The Expression Profile and Function of Satb2 in Zebrafish Embryonic Development
안현종,박유진,김수현,박해철,Su-Kyoung Seo,여상엽,금동호 한국분자세포생물학회 2010 Molecules and cells Vol.30 No.4
The present study shows the expression profile and func-tion of the homeobox gene, satb2 during zebrafish embry-onic development. Satb2 was ubiquitously expressed from the 1 cell stage to the 10-somite stage in zebrafish em-bryos. Satb2 showed stage-specific expression profiles such as in the pronephric duct at 24 hpf, the branchial arches at 36 hpf, and the ganglion cell layer of the retina and fins at 48 hpf. Additionally, satb2 knockdown embryos were arrested at 50-60% epiboly, and transplantation ex-periments with satb2 knockdown cells showed migration defects. Interestingly, satb2 knockdown cells also exhib-ited down-regulation of dynamin II and VAMP4, which are involved in exocytosis and endocytosis, respectively. Fur-thermore, satb2 knockdown cells have a disorganized actin distribution and an underdeveloped external yolk syncytial layer, both of which are involved in epiboly. These results suggest that satb2 has a functional role in epiboly. This role may potentially be the regulation of endo-exocytic vesicle transport-dependent cell migration and/or the regulation of the development of the yolk syncytial layer.
Application of therapeutic protein-based fusion toxins
안현종,박증석,조정제 대한독성 유전단백체 학회 2019 Molecular & cellular toxicology Vol.15 No.4
Purpose of review: Protein-based therapeutics have been applied for decades to remove most malignant tumors. Many anti-tumor drugs using antibodies have been developed and put to practical use. However, due to limitations of antibodies such as tolerance, high molecular weight, and poor tissue penetration, new types of fusion proteins have been developed for therapeutic purposes. In this study, we review the recent therapeutic trials and improvements of fusion protein toxins. Recent findings: As a targeting moiety, non-Ig scaffolds have not only the advantages of immunoglobulin such as high affinity and selectivity, but also small size, high stability, high yield expression. As a toxic moiety, non-immunologic and highly toxic endogenous proteins of human origin like proapoptotic protein or RNase are challenged. To lessen the adverse reactions of fusion toxins, several therapeutic strategies such as removal of epitopes, increase of serum half-life were developed.

The purpose of this study was to analyze sport media receptive motivation. The subjects of the study were 326 questionnaires. This study used SPSS Ver 21.0 for frequency analysis, t-test, one way anova, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results were as follows. There were shown significant difference in social exchange, recreation pursuit, spending time and direct participation according to age in soccer club members. There were shown significant difference in social exchange, recreation pursuit and information pursuit according to marriage or not marriage in soccer club members. There were shown significant difference in social exchange, recreation pursuit, information pursuit, spending time and direct participation according to academic ability in soccer club members In correlation analysis of each factor, there were shown the correlation between direct participation of sport participation and information pursuit, between direct participation of sport participation and vicarious satisfaction. Also, there were shown the correlation between indirect participation and social exchange, between indirect participation and recreation pursuit, between indirect participation and spending time, and between indirect participation and vicarious satisfaction. Information pursuit and vicarious satisfaction of sport media receptive motivation had a significant influence on direct participation and recreation pursuit and vicarious satisfaction had a significant influence on indirect participation.
