서비스경험데이터의 에스노그라피 방식 수집에 대한신뢰성과 타당성 연구– I know you_AI 서비스를 중심으로 –

최근 경험데이터에 대한 중요성이 커지면서 데이터사이언스적 관점으로 경험데이터를 다루려는 시도가 많아지고 있다. 빅데이터와 같은 수치적으로 계량화하려는 정량(quantitative)적 조사 방식의 수집방식으로 접근하는 경우에 경험이 가지고있는 가치에 대한 폭넓은 해석이 어려울 뿐 아니라 비용, 시간이 상대적으로 많이 들고, 개인정보 침해의 위험으로 분석에한계가 있다. 하지만, 정성(qualitative)적 조사 기반의 경험데이터 수집 절차인 에스노그라피(ethnograpy)는 사용자라는관점에서 미래 고객의 자연스러운 실제 환경에서 주로 실시되기 때문에 적은 표본으로도 고객이 직면한 본질을 확인할수 있고, 경험데이터가 가지고 있는 맥락적 차원의 관계를 해석하기에도 용이하다. 에스노그라피 방식의 경험데이터 수집이경제적이고, 효율적이라고 하여도 데이터의 수집 과정에 대한 과학적 절차의 미흡은 문제가 될 수 있기에, 수집과정의 오차를줄이는 것은 중요하다. 에스노그라피 방식의 경험데이터 수집에 대한 올바른 측정 도구를 사용했느냐에 대한 타당성 확보와측정대상을 정확하게 선정하여 타당성 있는 측정 도구와 방법을 사용했느냐의 신뢰성 확보가 중요하다. 이러한 관점에서에스노그라피 방식의 경험데이터 수집에 대한 올바른 측정 방법과 도구개발을 위해 타당성을 확보하고 측정대상을 명확하게선별하는 연구방법의 신뢰성을 검증할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 에스노그라피 방식의 경험데이터 수집에 기반하여자영업자의 고객경험을 분석해주는 ‘I know you_AI’ 서비스의 데이터와 방법론 사례를 중심으로 이에 대한 검증 연구를진행하였고, 연구 결과 신뢰성과 타당성이 있음을 확인하였다.

디자인의 확장적 적용이 정부 R&D 과제 수행에 미치는 영향

Although design is magnified as the core of government R&D task execution in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and the influence of application methods of design is getting more important, there is not sufficient research on this. Therefore, in this study, the involvement of design and the application of design thinking were defined as expanded application of design as an independent variable in government R&D task execution, and the verification of the causal relationship with the performance accomplishments was tried. In addition, the economic and social ripple effects due to government R&D task execution were verified. For the study methods, questionnaires were sent to those who were related to completed tasks that are considered to be involved with design except for tasks that directly support design among the tasks of Korea Evaluation Institute of Industrial Technology for the last three years, and the result was verified through multiple regression analysis. The result showed that the involvement of design and the application of design thinking had a positive(+) effect on government R&D task execution performance. The involvement of design had a positive(+) influence on the economic and social ripple effects of government R&D tasks, but the hypothesis on the application of design thinking was dismissed. This study revealed that the expanded application of design is an important factor in government R&D task execution. 4차산업혁명의 시대에 디자인은 정부 R&D 과제 수행의 핵심으로서 부각되고, 디자인의 적용 방식이 미치는 영향력이 중요해지고 있지만, 이에 관한 연구는 미비하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 디자인의 관여와 디자인씽킹의 적용을 독립변수로서 정부 R&D 과제 수행에 있어서의 디자인의 확장적 적용으로 정의하고, 수행 성과와의 인과관계 증명을 시도하였다. 추가적으로 정부 R&D 과제 수행으로 인한 경제적, 사회적 파급효과에 미치는 영향까지 검정하였다. 연구방식은 한국산업기술평가관리원의 최근 3년 과제중에서 디자인을 직접적으로 지원하는 과제를 제외하고, 디자인이 관여됐다고 판단되는 과제만을 대상으로 해당 관계자에게 설문지를 발송하여 다중회귀분석으로 입증하였다. 결과적으로 디자인의 관여와 디자인씽킹의 적용은 정부 R&D 과제 수행 성과에 있어서 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악됐다. 디자인의 관여는 정부 R&D 과제의 경제/사회적 파급효과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 디자인씽킹의 적용에 대한 가설은 기각됐다. 본 연구로서 정부 R&D 과제 수행에 있어서 디자인의 확장적 적용이 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있었다.

Modulation of Pro-inflammatory and Anti-inflammatory Cytokines in the Fat by an Aloe Gel-based Formula, QDMC, Is Correlated with Altered Gut Microbiota

Abnormal inflammatory responses are closely associated with intestinal microbial dysbiosis. Oral administration of Qmatrix-diabetes-mellitus complex (QDMC), an Aloe gel-based formula, has been reported to improve inflammation in type 2 diabetic mice; however, the role of the gut microbiota in ameliorating efficacy of QDMC remains unclear. We investigated the effect of QDMC on the gut microbiota in a type 2 diabetic aged mouse model that was administered a high-fat diet. Proinflammatory (TNF-α and IL-6) and anti-inflammatory (IL-4 and IL-10) cytokine levels in the fat were normalized via oral administration of QDMC, and relative abundances of Bacteroides, Butyricimonas, Ruminococcus, and Mucispirillum were simultaneously significantly increased. The abundance of these bacteria was correlated to the expression levels of cytokines. Our findings suggest that the immunomodulatory activity of QDMC is partly mediated by the altered gut microbiota composition.

본 연구는 소비자의 니즈를 이해하여 서비스를 제시하는 스마트서비스의 창의적 변이성이 지각된 용이성과 신뢰성에 미치는 영향을 중점적으로 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구결과, 창의적 변이성이 지각된 용이성과 신뢰성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 창의적 변이성은 스마트서비스에서 제공하는 하나의 콘텐츠를 가진 장점을 그대로 살리며, 소비자의 요구에 따른 다양한 디바이스와 다양한 사용자 인터페이스 환경에서, 적절한 서비스를 제공한다는 부분이 스마트서비스의 중요한 특성을 나타내는 변수라는 것을 증명하였다. 이것은 스마트서비스 이용자가 스마트서비스 시스템에서 창의적으로 변이하여 제공하는 다양한 콘텐츠를 이용할 경우, 정신적으로나 신체적으로 수고가 적게 들고 사용하기 쉬울 것이라는 믿음과 신뢰성에 창의적 변이성이 영향을 미친다는 것을 설명한다. 한편 창의적 변이성에 미치는 영향은 신뢰성보다 지각된 용이성이 더 크다는 것을 알 수 있었는데, 이러한 결과는 변이된 콘텐츠는 손쉬운 사용이 전제 되어야 신뢰할 수 있다는 것을 입증한 것이다. 즉 사용하기 쉽다는 부분은 결국 사용하는 스마트서비스가 유용할 것이라는 이용자의 믿음에도 상당한 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있는 부분이다. 본 연구는 서비스적 관점에 기초한 스마트서비스의 이론적 외연을 확장하고, 기업에서 상품이나 서비스를 스마트서비스로 출시할 경우 실무적 함의를 제공할 것으로 기대한다. This study is to examine the effect of smart services' creative variability, which understands consumers' needs and provide services, on perceived ease of use & reliability. Upon result of the study, creative variability do influence perceived ease of use & reliability. In other words, creative variability proved that bringing out the merit of having one contents provided by smart service, providing various devices required by consumers and providing proper service on interface environment are the variable which presents smart service's significant characteristic. This explains that when the user of smart service utilize various contents which are creatively differentiated and provided, one can relieve mental and physical suffer and creative variability affects belief and reliability of use with ease. Meanwhile, it turned out that creative variability have more effect on perceived ease of use than reliability and what this result testifies is differentiated contents is reliable only when the use with ease exists. It is inferred that the part of use with ease has huge effect on user's belief of considering smart service useful. This study is expected to expand theoretically denotation of smart service based on the respect of service, and provide operational implication when enterprises release goods or services as smart services.
