역학적 평형에 관한 지속적 불일치 상황에 대면한 대학생의 반응

The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics of the responses from students confronted with a sustained anomalous situation. For this purpose, we made a questionnaire that would lead students to a sustained anomalous situation related with the concept of the mechanical balance and investigated the responses of 20 university students' to the situation. The results of this study show that the students exhibited five types of responses to anomalous data: denial, abeyance, choice, critical embrace, and non-critical embrace. Furthermore, the response types that the students exhibited when confronted with a sustained anomalous situation could be divided into four types: maintained, returned, changeable, and compromised. Most of the students' responses to the anomalous situation were determined with no rational basis or reason. Moreover, students with low confidence in their own initial expectations tended to change their expectations more easily in anomalous situations to accept evidence that confirmed their ideas more easily than evidence that refuted their ideas. 이 연구의 목적은 지속적인 불일치 상황에 대면한 학생에게 나타난 반응의 특성을 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 역학적 평형 개념에 관한 지속적 불일치 상황을 유도할 수 있는 검사 문항을 제작하여 대학생 20명의 반응을 조사하고 개별 면담을 실시하였다. 각각의 불일치 자료에 대한 학생의 반응은 거부, 보류, 우선 선택, 비판적 수용, 무비판적 수용 등 5가지가 나타났으며, 지속적으로 제시되는 불일치 자료에 대해 자신의 예상 변경 여부에 따라 나타난 응답 유형은 유지형, 회귀형, 변화형, 절충형 등 모두 4가지로 나눌 수 있었다. 학생들이 불일치 상황에 대해 보인 반응은 대부분 합리적인 근거나 이유를 동반하지 않은 채 정해졌다. 또한 처음 예상에 대한 확신 정도가 낮은 학생일수록 불일치 상황에서 자신의 예상을 쉽게 바꾸며, 자신의 생각을 확증해주는 증거를 더 수용하는 경향을 보였다.

Background: Angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEI) and angiotensin II receptor blockers (ARB) have proven to be a critically important drug for beneficial ventricular remodeling in patients with AMI. And, N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide (NT-pro BNP) is correlated with recovery of myocardial function and prognosis after AMI. We therefore investigated to assess the effect of ARB, ACEI, and combination of the two drugs for the improvement of clinical outcomes in AMI patients according to the level of NT Pro-BNP. Methods: A total of 10,531 AMI patients from January 2008 to June 2011 were included in this study. The study population was divided into two groups. [Group I (n=6,804): patients with high level of NT pro BNP, Group II (n=3,727): patients within normal range of NT pro BNP value] Each group was divided into patients having ACEI/ARB dual therapy, ACEI monotherapy, ARB monotherapy and having neither of them. We compared the incidence of major adverse cardiac events (MACEs) including cardiac death, re-MI, re-PCI, coronary artery bypass grafting during 12 months between the groups. Results: Group I was consisted of 318 (5.2%) patients with ACEI/ARB dual therapy, 1,029 (15.1%) ARB monotherapy, 4,295 (63.1%) ACEI monotherapy, and 1,162 (17.1%) neither ACEI nor ARB treatment. Group II was consisted of 128 (3.43%) patients with ACEI/ARB dual therapy, 478 (12.8%) ARB monotherapy, 2,592 (69.5%) ACEI monotherapy, and 529 (14.1%) neither ACEI nor ARB treatment. The baseline clinical characteristics were not significantly different between among the groups. The incidence of MACE was significantly higher in the group I (21.6% vs. 11.0%, p<0.001). Single therapy of ACEI or ARB was more effective to reduce the incidence of MACEs than neither of them in both group I and II. However, the effects of combination treatment were not significantly differenct compared with monotherapy of ACEI or ARB in both group I and II. Conclusions: Dual blockade of RAS with ACEI and ARB might not be helpful to improve the clinical outcomes in patients with AMI regardless of the level of NT-pro BNP. Further study will be needed including changes of left ventricular function and level of NT-pro BNP.
중전기기용 Epoxy/SiO<sub>2</sub> 나노복합재료의 유전분산 연구

Recently, Nanotechnology becomes a major issue in most part of industries. Nanotechnology is expected to develop various application products due to nano material mired composites is improved physical and electrical properties compared to conventional composites materials. Dielectric and insulation materials need to develop and improve like other field about nanotechnology. In this paper, we reported dielectric dispersion by size(no filler, $1.2{\mu}m$, 500 nm, 10 nm), frequencies(60, 120, 1 kHz), and temperatures($30{\sim}170^{\circ}C$). Dielectric constant of composites materials with filler shows higher than composites materials without filler and increased depending on rising temperatures in low frequency region. It was the effect that nano-filler and impurities in composites contributed to electrical conductivity. And dielectric properties depending on temperatures shows to change in low frequency region dramatically We analyzed interfacial polarization in low frequency region($10^{-2}$ Hz) and oriented polarization in high frequency region($10^{-5{\sim}6}$ Hz) on composites materials.
