Local exhaust system used in toilet and cooking place of low-rise public house installed roof ventilator at terminal of stack. There are many high riser public houses in Korea. These buildings were not viewed as being major contributors to exhaust pollutants producted in indoor. It was because many engineers thought that exhaust in high riser public house depends on stack effect. But Neutral pressure level represents in a terminal of stack with air tightness for the best exhaust efficiency. Thereby, lower floors have the worst indoor air quality. This paper focuses mainly on the exhaust efficiency improved by roof fan with motor installed in high riser public house. It is observed there is higher exhaust efficiency than the existing natural roof ventilator.

Abstract In this paper, we have examined the relationship between human communication and human relations. It has been observed that its relationship is complementary. Effective interpersonal communication depends upon the following communicators characte- ristics ; 1. Recognition of the transactional nature of communication. 2. Adaptation to the complexity and uniqueness of others by remembering their cognitive structures, their interpersonal perceptions, their orientations towards others. 3. Meaning-centeredness. 4. Sensitivity to the demands of the situation. These characteristics are examined carefully by examining Ahn's interpersonal communication model. It has also been observed that credibility, attraction, homophily, and power perceived by communicators while they are engaged in communicative situation are the key factors that enforce successful interpersonal communication and relations, In this paper, we have examined the relationship between human communication and human relations. English has already become a world language, by virtue of the political and economic progress made by English-speaking nations in the past 200 years, and it likely to remain so, gradually con-solidating its position. An impressive variety of facts about usage supports this view. According to statistics, about 1,828,000,000 people from 75 nations in the world use English for their daily life communication. Global Internet Statistics also shows that English is the major internet language in the world. In this astonishing information era, it is the right time to propose English as an official language in Korea. Of course, the Korean language should remain as Korean people’s national language. However, English should be introduced as an official language in Korea. By adapting bilingual language policy in Korea, we can build our nation as one of leading nations in the world and we can share our wonderful cultural heritage with people in the world.

The purpose of this study, using the Psychological Skill Inventory for Sports, was to survey the correlation among gender, career, weight, and player-class, (1=high-school student, 2=college student, 3=member of the national team) with 6factors (anxiety control, concentration, mental preparation, self-confidence, motivation and team-work). The subjects of this survey consist of 171 male weight lifters and 51 female weight lifters. One-way ANOVA and t-test were and post inspection was practiced for the factors which had meaningful correlation. The results are as follows ; 1) Seeing the correlation among mender ㆍ player class ㆍ weight ㆍ career and 6 subfactors, gender showed meaningful correlation with only motivation and team-work. Player class showed meaningful correlation with only self-confidence. Weight showed no meaningful correlation with other factors. Career showed meaningful correlation with only motivation and mental preparation. 2) In One-way ANOVA, the factors which had meaningful correlation with gender were motivation and team-work only and no factors showed meaningful correlation with weight. Only motivation showed meaningful correlation with career. 3) Motivation & team-work Psychological skill compared by t-test was shown a significant difference in only motivation and team-work.
