신교통시스템 도입을 위한 차량시스템에 관한 고찰

최근 국내에서도 대도시의 도로 교통 혼잡과 그로 인한 환경오염으로 인해 신교통시스템의 중요성이 증대하고 있는 가운데 기존 지하철의 과중한 건설비 및 운영비 부담을 대체할 수단으로서 신교통시스템의 도입에 대해 적극적인 정책을 수립하고 있는 실정이다. 현재의 도시교통의 문제점을 해결하고 미래 도시교통의 모습을 새롭게 만든다는 의미에서 신교통시스템에 대한 분명한 인식과 도입방안에 대한 검토가 시급한 시점으로, 신교통 차량시스템은 효율적인 서비스 제공 및 교통문제 해결을 위해 다양한 형태로 발전해 왔으며, 전용 주행로를 갖는 철도시스템의 장점인 정시성 및 안전성과 버스의 장점인 유연성을 만족시킬수 있는 시스템으로 개발되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 신교통시스템 도입시 차량시스템 선정시 고려사항 및 기존노면 교통수단과 공용으로 주행로를 사용할 수 있는 차량시스템으로 저상굴절버스, 노면전차, GRT(Guided Rapid Transit,유도 고속차량) 시스템의 해외운행 사례 및 시스템을 비교, 장단점을 중심으로 고찰 하고자 한다. As the increased importance is placed on the new transit systems owing to the environmental pollution caused by the road traffic congestion, the policy for the introduction of the new transit systems as an alternative solution to ease the heavy burden of the construction expenses is being actively established. Since the explicit recognition of such transit systems and the review on the method of its adoption have been a pressing matter in the light of reducing the pending traffic congestion, the development of the rolling stock systems in modes of new transportation has been made in various ways taking into consideration the regional circumstances to alleviate traffic congestion, and offer a more efficient service with the application of their intrinsic characteristics. Such systems also have been developed as a mix of punctuality for railway systems operating on the runway and flexibility for buses. This paper, therefore, deals in more detail with 3 modes of systems such as low-floor articulated buses, GRT(Guided Rapid Transit) and tram cars, and studies the overseas cases of the operation of those systems involving both negative and positive aspects.

효율적인 웹기반 전자 우편 시스템의 설계 및 구현

인터넷이 급속도로 발전하고 일반 텍스트 환경의 인터넷 서비스들의 WWW(World Wide Web)환경으로 바뀌어 가면서 쉬운 사용 환경으로 인한 인터넷 응용 서비스의 사용자들도 급속히 증가하고 있다. 따라서, 사용자들이 인터넷을 이용하면서 상대방에게 메시지를 보낼 수 있는 전자 메일 서비스를 이용하는 경우도 크게 증가하고 있다. 웹 기반 전자우편 시스템은 계정과 서비스를 제공하는 서버와 사용자와의 인터페이스 역할을 하는 클라이언트로 구성되며 웹 브라우저가 클라이언트의 역할을 담당한다. 즉, 일반 메일서버에 계정을 만들 수 없는 일반 사용자들이 웹 환경을 통하여 메일서비스를 제공받을 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 웹을 기반으로 하는 전자 우편 시스템을 설계하였으며, 인터넷 익스플로러(Internet Explorer)를 기반으로 하는 사용자 환경과 리눅스 시스템을 기반으로 기존 전자 우편 시스템의 문제점을 해결하고 저렴한 가격으로 큰 기대효과를 만족시켰다. 스팸으로 등록된 메일 처리, 다중 메일 처리 등을 통한 효율적인 사용자 편의성을 제공하고, 메일의 폭주와 사용자의 급증으로 인한 시스템 저하 현상을 극복하는 효율적인 메일 서비스 엔진을 구현해서 시스템의 안정성을 제공하는 전자 우편 시스템을 개발한다. With the rapid advance of internet service and the corresponding migration of service environment from the text-based one to WWW (World Wide Web) environment, the number of internet users is growing rapidly due to its easy usage. Accordingly, usage of internet as services for sending electronic mails to the other party over the network is becoming increasingly prevalent. Web-based electronic mailing system is comprised of a server and a client. The former provides the users with e-mail accounts and services, while the latter serves as a user interface. In other words, it enables those public users who dos not own e-mail accounts on the existing mail server to have an access to the mailing service through the web. In this paper, we designed a effective web-based electronic mailing system which is based on the internet explorer and linux operating system, which overcomes limitations of the existing e-mail systems and meets the need of a cost-efficient alternative. Our electronic mailing system also supports the convenience of users through appropriate handling of preregistered spam e-mails and multiple e-mails, and this facilitates the development of a stable e-mail system by being able to avoiding the low system performance due to the bursty characteristics of e-mail messages and the increasing number of users

공간적 다기준평가 기법을 이용한 공공자전거 서비스위치 선정 연구

본 연구는 자전거이용 잠재성을 토대로 Location-allocation model을 이용하여 공공자전거 서비스위치를 선정하며, 위치선정 시 교통서비스의 형평성을 검토한다. 잠재적으로 자전거이용 수요에 영향을 주는 지표들을 선정한 후, 공간적 다기준평가 기법을 이용 하여 산정된 공공자전거이용 잠재지수로 공공자전거이용 잠재성을 설명한다. 본 연구의 방법론은 ‘생태교통 수원2013’ 사업 이후, 지속적으로 도심생활형 자전거이용 활성화를 추진하고 있는 수원시를 대상으로 적용하였다. 분석결과, 국도1호선 축으로 시 중심에 서 서비스가 밀집되고 있어, 공공자전거 시스템 도입 시 형평성 측면의 고민이 요구된다. 서비스위치 선정은 일반적으로 이용되는 세 가지 방법을 적용하여 분석하였다. 서비스 형평성 측면을 고려한다면, 상대적으로 더 균등하게 배치되는 Minimize Impedance (P-median)을 적용할 수 있다. 세 방법 모두 스테이션의 수가 증가함에 따라, 전체 지역을 서비스하는 것으로 분석되었다. 분석대상 인 수원시는 공간적 개발 특성상 시 중심에서 시범사업을 시작하여 확대하는 방안을 고민해볼 수 있다.

SWMM을 활용한 농업용수 네트워크 모형 단순화 분석 - 만대 저수지 사례를 중심으로 -

This study established a water supply network based on the operation case of Mandae Reservoir in Yanggu-gun, Gangwon-do, to analyze the efficient distribution and management of agricultural water supplied from the reservoir to irrigation areas using the hydraulic analysis model SWMM. In order to construct a model to analyze the water canal network, network conditions needs to be simplified, and in particular, excessive detail or simplification of the irrigation area can lead to errors in the analysis results. Therefore, the effect of the water canal network model was analyzed by simulating the appropriate simplification process step by step. The results of simplifying the actual block shape of the analysis target area using SWMM showed that there was no significant difference in the results even if 7 lots were simplified to 2. Also, it was found that the construction and analysis of a simplified network model were reliable when the excess quantity was 2% or more compared to the required quantity for each case of analysis of the paddy field.

과산화수소 촉매 분해를 이용한 하이브리드 로켓 자연 점화

고농도 과산화수소를 산화제로 이용하는 하이브리드 로켓의 자연 점화 연구를 수행하였다. 별도의 점화기 없이 촉매 반응을 통한 과산화수소 분해가스를 파라핀 및 폴리에틸렌에 분사함으로서 점화를 하였고 연속적인 재점화 및 즉각적인 점화 특성을 확인하였다. 안정적인 연소를 위해 파라핀은 PE에 비해 높은 연소실 특성길이가 요구된 반면, 펄스 응답특성은 점화지연 13 ms, 상승시간 30 ms 로서 폴리에틸렌의 응답성에 비해 두 배 가량 빠른 특성을 보였다. The auto-ignition tests of hybrid rockets with the concentrated hydrogen peroxide as an oxidizer were presented. Auto-ignition, restartability, and instant ignition were successfully demonstrated by injecting decomposed gases from H2O2 into paraffin or polyethylene fuels. In addition, much faster response time was demonstrated in case of a paraffin, which was 13 and 30 ms at ignition delay and rise time respectively.

NCS 도입에 따른 뷰티서비스 분야의 연구 동향 분석

본 연구는 인체의 아름다움과 개성표현의 수단으로 역할을 담당하는 뷰티서비스 산업에도 NCS가 도입되어 일과 교육제도 및 자격체계 등의 많은 변화가 발생되고 있는 가운데 많은 연구자들이 NCS 개발 완료 및 도입에 따라 다양한 연구를 진행하여 발표하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 뷰티서비스 산업의 NCS 관련 연구자료를 수집하여 분석함으로써 연구 동향에 대해 파악하고자 한다. 연구 자료의 검색은 한국학술정보, 한국과학기술정보연구원, 한국교육학술정보원 등에서 수집되었으며, 검색 결과 도출된 47,116개의 자료 중 본 연구에 적합한 자료를 선별한 결과 76건의 자료가 최종 분석에 사용되었다. 이를 통해 뷰티서비스 산업의 다양한 패러다임의 변화와 학문적 경향 등을 파악하고 향후 뷰티서비스 산업 현장에 적합한 인력양성과 산업 발전 방향을 제시하는 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다. The beauty services industry which plays a role as a means of expressing the beauty of the human body and individuality is now adopting NCS(National Competency Standards) with many changes including systematic education qualification system so that many researchers have been conducting various studies related NCS in the beauty services industry. The purpose of this study is to analyze research trends by collecting and analyzing researches related to NCS in the beauty services industry. The researches were collected from the Korean studies Information Service System, the Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information, the Korea Education and Research Information Service. Among the 47,116 data extracted from the research results, 76 data suitable for this study were selected for the final analysis. Through this study, we will identify the various paradigms shift and academic trends in the beauty services industry to utilize them as the basic data to suggest the way of human resource training suitable for the industry and the direction for the development of the beauty services industry.

기업의 문화예술후원 활동이 수요자의 구매의도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 가업의 안정적이고 지속적인 성장을 위한 사회공헌활동(CSR: Corporate Social Responsibility)이 기업의 이미지 제고와 제품 및 서비스 구매의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 관한 연구이다. 다양한 사회공헌 활동을 추구하는 기업의 이미지는 일반 소비자에게 어떻게 인식되며 기업의 이미지 제고에 따른 제품 및 서비스 구매의도와의 상관관계를 알아보기 위한 목적이 있다. 서울과 충청지역의 대학생을 대상으로 323부 설문지를 배포하여 그 중 314부를 분석에 사용하였다. 인구통계학적 요소, 기업의 사회공헌활동 중 중요분야, 기업이 사회공헌활동을 하는 이유, 문화예술후원기업 중 선호기업 등을 조사하였다. 기업이미지는 ‘제품/서비스’, ‘잠재역량’, ‘공익관련’ 세 가지 항목을 살펴보았고 회귀모델에서는 이세가지 요소가 구매의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 조사하였다. 연구결과 사회공헌 이유를 ‘기업에 대한 사회적 인식 개선’, ‘기업에 대한 부정적 인식전환’ 순으로 나타났다. 사회공헌 활동을 적극적으로 지원하는 기업에 대하여 소비자들은 선호도를 가지고 있으며, 이는 대체적으로 기업성과로 이어진다고 볼 수 있으며, 기업은 기업시민 정신을 가지고 수요자중심으로 지역사회에 공헌하고, 전향적으로 문화예술후원을 확대하여야 할 것으로 사료된다. This Research is to Find how the CSR Activities for the Growth of Stable and Sustainable Family Business do Influence the Improvement of Company"s Brand Image and Service Purchase Intention. It is Aimed for Finding how the Image of Company Pursuing the Diverse CSR Activities is Recognized by General Consumers and the Correlation between the Improvement of Company"s Image and the Product & Service Purchase Intention. 323 Exemplars were Distributed to the University Students in Seoul Metropolitan and Chungcheong Area, and 314 Finally were Used for the Analysis. It was Investigated the Demographical Factors, the Important Fields among Company"s CSR Activities, the Reason for Company"s CSR Activities, the Preferred Companies among Sponsoring Companies. It was Analyzed Three Items of Company Image such as Product/Service, Potential Competence, Relation to Public Benefit and the Regression Model was Investigated how these Three Items do Influence the Purchase Intention. The Research Results Show "the Improvement of Social Awareness for Company" and "Negative Awareness Change for Company" as the Reason for CSR. Consumers have the Preference to the Companies Actively Sponsoring Culture & Arts, and this Generally Affects the Business Results, and thus, it is Considered that the Companies have to Contribute the Local Society with the Sprit of Corporate Citizenship in Accordance with the Consumers needs, and Actively to Extend the Culture & Arts Sponsorship.

보중익기탕연조엑스의 1회 경구투여 후 안전성 평가에 관한 단일기관 연구

Objectives This study is designed to evaluate the safety of Bojungikgi-tang soft extract in healthy male volunteers. Methods 12 healthy male volunteers were recruited and this study was carried out by a single center. Laboratory test results, vital signs of the volunteers were collected to evaluate safety. According to registration order, the 12 subjects were allocated by serial number. To evaluate safety, blood samples were taken and vital signs were checked 4 times - screening, pre administration, post administration and follow up-during the whole trial. The difference between pre (before medication [0 hr]) and post-administration (after medication [48 hr]) variables was summarized as mean±standard deviation. The normality test was performed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and Shapiro-Wilk test. When the normality is satisfied, the paired t-test is applied. Otherwise, the non-parametric method, Wilcoxon signed rank test is applied. The significance level was p<0.05. The incidence of all adverse effects are shown in percentage. Results In the case of red blood cell, hemoglobin, hematocrit, lymphocytes, neutrophils, protein, γ-glutamyl transpeptidase values, the normality test result of the variable for the difference value before and after the dosing has a significance level <0.05. But most of values did not deviate from the normal range, and the deviation from the normal range could not be regarded as the significance associated with this clinical trial. And adverse event wasn’t observed associated with the clinical trial drug. Conclusions Bojungikgi-tang soft extract were considered to be safe for healthy male volunteers.
