        사회적 의사소통장애 아동의 사례를 통한 한국형 당나귀치료 프로그램의 효과

        말매개치료란 말을 매개로 하여 신경작용과 감각처리과정을 향상시키는 재활지료의 방법이다. 치료사에 의해 계획된 말매개치료는 언어능력을 발달시킬 수 있으며, 기능적인 활동과 삶의 질에 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 본 연구는 사회적인 의사소통에 어려움을 보이는 아동에게 당나귀를 적용한 말매개치료를 실시함으로써 대상자들의 의사소통능력을 개선시키고자 하였다. 이를 위해 사회적 의사소통장애를 가진 3명의 아동을 대상으로 한국형 당나귀 치료 프로그램을 실시하였고, 사전-사후 평가를 통해 그 결과를 확인하였다. 그 결과 프로그램에 참여한 사회적 의사소통장애를 지닌 3명의 아동 모두가 표현 어휘력과 수용 어휘력이 향상되었다. 이와 더불어 대상자들의 사회성이 향상되었다. 또한 당나귀를 활용한 승마치료 프로그램을 통해 말을 활용한 승마치료에서와 일치되는 긍정적인 효과를 확인할 수 있음이 증명되었고, 기존의 말을 활용하는 승마치료의 약점을 보완시킬 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다.

        Carbon Dioxide Laser를 이용한 상안검성형술에 대한 임상적 고찰

        The safety and efficacy of the CO₂ laser as a replacement for the steel scalpel is well documented in plastic surgery, but the use of the laser blepharoplasty has been controversy. This study compares and contrasts the use of the CO₂ laser with conventional method in cosmetic upper eyelid blepharoplasty. Thirteen patients underwent blepharoplasty in a paired comparison study. Four patients (Group A) underwent blepharoplasty by laser, another four patients (Group B) underwent blepharoplasty by conventional method, and the other five patients(Group C) underwent upper eyelid blepharoplasty using the laser on one eye and a conventional method on the other side. Preoperative factor (set up time, equipment), intraoperative factor(actual operation time, bleeding, visibility), postoperative factor(swelling, ecchymosis, immediate & short term result) were evaluated. The advantage of using the CO₂ laser rather than the steel scalpel in blepharoplasty are less bleeding and superior intraoperative visibility. The disadvantage of using the laser compared with steel scalpel include the cost of purchasing and maintaining the laser equipment, the need for additional and extensive laser training for surgeons and assistants, and the need for two assistants rather than the one needed for scalpel surgery. There were no complications with either the scalpel or the laser.

        내시경을 이용한 손목 터널 증후군의 치험례

        For many years the standard surgical treatment for carpal tunnel syndrome has been division of the transverse carpal ligament under direct vision through a palm incision. Although the effectiveness and patient acceptability of the conventional open carpal tunnel release are good, disability from a painful palm, cutaneous neuroma, and prolonged swelling are reported. Endoscopic carpal tunnel release seems to result in less postoperative morbidity, and minimal serious complications. Because endoscopic carpal tunnel release leaves the overlying skin, the subcutaneous fat, and the palmar fascia and its attachments to the thenar and hypothenar musculature intact, its proponents maintain that their patient have less scar tenderness, quicker recovery of grip strength, and earlier to return activities of daily living and work. The endoscopic approach(Agee single portal technique), which includes specific localization of the hook of hamate, flexor retinaculum, and the superficial palmar arch utilizing topographical landmarks, avoids entry into Guyon's canal and common digital nerves. We experienced four cases of carpal tunnel syndrome. In four cases, patients with carpal tunnel syndrome have been performed endoscopic carpal tunnel release with minor complication.

        With the development of the technology the usage of the car has been increased to the allowed limit of the road and has caused global warming and air pollution. Subway is good transit system with punctuality safety and eco-friendliness but it needs relatively much money for construction considering the needs of transit. So it is hard to balance the finance. Many developed countries have adopted advanced transit system including tram for the linking small and medium sized cities after 1980s due to the relatively low construction cost. This paper reviews the way to increase the role of tram which is planed to be introduced to the local governments as a kind of Advanced transit system.

        Hexascan 을 이용한 Tunable Dye Laser 의 임상 치험례

        The prime concept of the laser was first described by Einstein in 1917, and its application to clinical medicine began in the 1960s. Since then, a great development of laser technology and understanding of its implementation ensued. Among these, argon pumped tunable dye laser is a continuous wave laser that is truly tunable across a wavelength spectrum determined by organic dye medium used. Treatment technique with a tunable dye laser have been diverse. Each method has its own uniqueness. However, there appear to be limitations of reproducibility, lack of homogenous energy delivery, and infeasibility to rapidly treat large cutaneous vascular disorders such as portwine stain. Hexascan is an automated handpiece of scanning laser and adapted to the laser systems delivering a different visible wavelength. The advantages of hexascan are: minimum discomfort; ease of follow-up case; little interference with sicial activities; coverage of large area; speed, reproducibility and reduce cost. From January, 1992 to April, 1994 we had treated 560 cutaneous vascular and benign pigmented lesions. All those were treated with Argon emitting tunable dye laser with Hexascan. For vascular lesions 577nm and 585nm wave length were used and 514nm argon green light to pigmented lesions. We have obtatined a good result with few complications by using the tunable dye laser with Hexascan. A series of 496 cases were followed for 4 to 28 months. Among 174 vascular lesions, 71 were port-wine stain, 78 hemangioma, 25 telangiectasia. Out of 322 pigmented lesions 39 were lentigines, 60 freckles, 15 melasms, 99 Ota's nevus and others were 109. In 174 vascular lesions, 140 results(80.4%) were excellent or good and 34(19.6%) fair or poor. In 213 pigments lesions 182 results(85.4%) were excellent or good and 31(14.6%) fair or poor. Side effect were seen in 19 cases (3.8%). Hypertrophic scar occured in 7 cases(4.0%) in vascular lesions and 3 cases(1.4%) in pigmented lesions. Hyperpigmentation was appreciated in 12 cases(5.6%).

      • 전통발효식품중의 유기산 함량 모니터링과 감식초 중의 항산화성 물질 분리

        전통발효식쭘인 된잣, 고추장, 간장 그리고 식초류중에 유jrl산 분표를 조사하고, 재래식과 개량식을 비요, 검토하였다. 또한 발효에 의해 천연적으로 프로피온산의 생성 유무를 확인f'.였으며,저장중의 유기산 변화 여루를 조사하였다. 한편 조미료뿐만 아터라 건강음료로 사용되는 감식초중의 항산화활성을 확인하였다. 간장에서 재래식은 lactic acid, citric acid, oxalic acid, succinic acid, propionic scid가, 개량식은 formic acid, citrlc acid, lactic acid, oxalic acid, acetic acid, suecinic acid가 검출되언으며 Propionic acid는 겊출되지 않았파. 된장의 경우 재래식은 lactic acid, acetic acid, citric acid, oxalic acid, formic acid, succinic acid, propionic acid가,개량식은 formic acid, citric acia, acetic acid, lactic ac펐, succinic acid, oTalic acid, propionic ac;긴가 검출죄었다. 고추장의 경우 재래식과 개량식에서 citric acid, atetic acid, formic acid, lactic acid, mallc acid, ox-alic acid, soccinic acid가 검출되었으며, 재래식에서만 prop'ionic ac;검가 검출되었다. 일반식초와 감식초의 줄요유기산은 acetic ac펐였으띠 , 감식초에서만 propionic acid가 조사되었다. 또한 실온과 35'c에서 9주간 저장실험한 결과 각 유기산 별로 뚜편한 변화를 보이지 않았다. 한편 감식초에서 출레놀함량은 nnic acid로서 366.Bs~989.77mg%범위였고, 항산화 활성은 ethyl acetate추출물이 r't장 활성력이 높았으며 그 활성은 BHT 또는 B됐A의 황 성과 비슷하였다. The studies that contents of organic acids in traditional and inoaified fermeated were compared and productioa of propionic acid with fermentation was investigated. Also we invested for chaBge organic acids during storage for 9· weeks at room temperature and 35'C . Tn addition, lue in-vestigated antioxidative activity in persimmon vinegar. The organic acids in traditional soysauce weudistributed lactic acidr acetic acid, citric acid, formic acid, succinic acid, oxalic acid and propionic acid.And the organic acids in modified soysauce were distributed formic acid, citric acid, oxalic acid, larticacid, acetic acid and succinic acid but propionic acid was not found. The organic acids in traditional andmodified soybean paste were distributed lactic acid, acetic acid, citric acid, oxalic acid. formic acid, suc-cinic acid aBd propionic aeid. The organic acids in traditional and modified JfocfuJanB· were distributedcitric acid, acetic acid, forTnic acid, lactic acid, malic acid, oxalic acid and succinic aeid, but propionicaicd was not found in modified Jfoeaujang. The major organic acid in persimmon and commercial vinrgars waffcetic acid, and propionic acid was found in persimmon vinegars alone. Also changes of organ-ic aicds composition in fermented foods during st,orage was not showed a remarkable difference. Totalphenolic compounds in persimmon vinegars was determined 366.85~909.77 fng% as tannic acid.Antioxidative activity of ethrlacetate fraction of IAhese phenolics showed higher than the other solvenH(n-hexane, chloroform) fractions and antioxidal÷ive activity was similiar to that of BHT or BHAactivity.

        자료포락분석법을 활용한 국가연구개발사업의 효율성 분석

        최근 유가급등, 실물경제 위기 및 에너지 환경 위기 시대에 직면하여 공공부문에서의 효율성 증대에 대한 요구는 높아지고 있다. 그간 국가연구개발사업의 효율성은 개별 사업별 절대적 성과치를 근거로 재량적으로 판단되어 온 경우가 많은 점을 인식하고, 본 연구는 사업별 비교를 통해 원자력연구개발사업의 상대적 효율성을 도출함으로써 객관적 결과를 도출함을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위해 교육과학기술부 주요 사업인 기초연구개발사업, 특정연구개발사업 및 원자력연구개발사업의 성과보고서에 제시된 자료를 활용하였고, 문헌검토와 관련이론을 통해 분석방법 및 모형을 설계하였다. 한편 상대적 효율성을 판단하기 위하여 자료포락분석법을 활용하였으며 이의 분석결과를 토대로 원자력연구개발사업의 효율성 증진방안을 세부사업별로 제시하였다. 연구개발사업의 효율성 측정을 위하여 자료포락분석법이 활용된 사례가 없는 만큼, 동 분석법의 한계를 극복할 수 있는 개선된 자료포락분석법이 적용된다면 연구개발사업의 효율적 관리에 기여할 것으로 기대한다. This paper studies the efficiency of public sector confronting with increasing oil price, economy crisis and energy-environment problems. In consideration that efficiency of national R&D program has been subjectively evaluated, this paper focuses objective validity by relative efficiency through a comparison among R&D programs in Korea. To implement this study, data published in national reports on R&D programs is used and analyzing method is induced by related books and theories. At the result of Data Envelopment Analysis on the collected data, this paper suggests the way to enhance the efficiency of nuclear R&D program. This study is the first on efficiency of national R&D programs applied DEA methods and is expected to contribute exploring the more efficient way of program management if more sophisticated DEA could be developed and applied.
