Since the early detection rate of breast cancer is increasing and skin- or nipple-sparing mas-tectomies have become popularized recently, the need for breast reconstruction using implants is continuously increasing. Simplicity of surgical techniques, short operation time, short hospital stay, short recovery time, no need for donor site defects and scars, and reconstruction with tissue of same color, texture, and sensation are the main advantages of implant reconstruc-tion. However, reconstructed breasts using implants tend to be less natural and ptotic, sensitive to external temperature, unable to adapt to the normal aging process of the breast, and may have implant related complications. In patients with postoperative radiation, implant reconstruc-tion is not indicated because of decreased skin flap circulation and increased implant related complications. Although autologous tissue reconstruction is known to produce natural and aes-thetic breasts, similar results can be achieved by implant reconstruction when it is well indicated and performed with appropriate techniques by experienced surgeons. Implant reconstruction is best suited for young, active women with small round breasts and slender bodies.

The necessity for harmonically growing of economy and environment has been on the rise late in the twentieth century. Green transformation is defined as efficiency enhancement of conventional guns and ammunitions. We also define green innovation as evolution of fire power systems breaking with conventional methodology. This kind of green innovation could even change a paradigm of warfare in the future. In this paper, we classify the green technology in the field of fire power into five technological groups, and the research and development trend of green technology in the field of fire power is analyzed.
피스톤 슬랩에 의해 발생되는 엔진 블록의 표면 진동 속도 예측 모델

Piston slap is one of the sources producing engine block surface vibration and mechanical noise. To analyze piston slap-induced vibration, a realistic but simple model is proposed and verified experimentally. A piston is modeled by 3 degree of freedom system and an impact point between piston skirt and cylinder wall by 2 degree of freedom system. Numerical simulation estimates impact forces of piston in cylinder, and the engine block surface vibration response is predicted by the convoluton of the impact forces with measured impulse responses. Experimental verification on the predicted response has been also performed by using a commercial 4-cylinder diesel engine. the predicted and experimental vibration responses confirm that the suggested model is practically useful.
잔향의 객관적 평가량에 근거한 5자유도 실내 잔향 모델

실내 잔향을 해석하기 위하여 잔향의 주관적 지각에 대한 여러 가지 객관적 평가량들이 제안되어 왔으나, 그러한 개별적인 평가량들 사이의 관계를 이해하고 그들을 통합적으로 바라보는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니다. 본 논문에서는 다섯개의 대표적인 객관적 평가량-잔향시간, 초기 감쇠시간, 초기시간지연, 명료도, 도달에너지강도-을 선정하고 잔향 감쇠 곡선을 이용하여 그러한 평가량들을 통합하는 잔향모델을 수립한다. 제안된 모델의 기하학적 형태와 주관적 지각 특성 사이의 관계를 해석하고, 이를 잔향의 해석이나 합성에 응용할 때의 유용성 과 한계에 대해 논의한다. To analyze a room reverberation, many objective parameters have been suggested as measures of subjective perception in concert hall acoustics. However, it is difficult to understand the relationship among the individual parameters and to have a whole image of them. In this paper five primary objective parameters were selected and a reverberation model based on them was established by the reverberation decay curve.
