This study is to examine how survivors' perceived variables concerning layoff affects organizational effectiveness, and this study has the following major objectives. 1. To examine how perception of survivors about layoff(perceived justice, perceived co-workers' reactions, perceived identity feelings with layoff victims, perceived job insecurity) would affects in job satisfaction and organizational commitment. 2. To find if survivors' perception of concerning layoff affects the change of job satisfaction and organizational commitment, demographic factors will operate as moderate variables. To examine the above objectives, empirical study is conducted: seven companies were selected as samples for this study and 743 questionnaires were analysed. The findings show that job satisfaction and organizational commitment decreased after layoff. The perceived of co-workers reactions influence job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The perceived of identity with layoff victims negatively influence job organizational commitment. The relations between perceived job insecurity and job satisfaction and organizational commitment are not significantly correlated. The moderating effects of demographic variables were found in union membership, and marital status. Finally, the implications of this study are that employees' job satisfaction and organizational commitment as job attitude variables are decreased after layoffs. Therefore, human resources manager are required to consider the survivor's perception and try to maintain their psychological stability in jobs. Perceived justice of layoff has a positive influence on organizational effectiveness, do personnel manager should consider the procedural and distributive justice about layoff.

This study investigates how Korean hospitals develop organization and human resources to grow long-term viability in environmental change from structural perspective. In order to accomplish this goal, this study relies upon literature research and experience research of author. The change and the development of the hospital organization is described by government policy, change of system and historical flow. The following is a summary of the results. First, hospitals should be against the routine and arbitrary organization behavior. It will be possible to meet the needs of times that the organization structure is converted into patient-centered system. Second, hospitals should be flexible not rigid by reducing the control on core manpower such as doctors and nurses. Consequently, hospitals would be able to develop target healthcare service that customers want and need. Third, hospitals have to change organizational structure to overcome uncertainty of environment and make the culture that is demanded by the future medical market. Because the organizational culture that has been developed by adjusting to the external environment and internal combination have a influence on consciousness and behavior of members.

항공서비스 전공 대학생의 셀프리더십과 자기효능감이 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향 연구 : 자기효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로

As the number of airline service majors in domestic universities increases, related research is also increasing. However, prior research on self-leadership of college student majoring in airline services is insufficient. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of self-leadership on self-efficacy and employment preparation behaviour of college student majoring in airline services. This study found that self-leadership affected self-efficacy of sub factors of constructive thought pattern strategies, natural reward strategies and behavioral-focused strategies in sequence. Self-leadership affected employment preparation behavior and self-efficacy also affected employment preparation behavior. Mediating effect of self-efficacy between self-leadership and employment preparation behavior was verified. To conclude, this researcher suggests the students guided to develop self-leadership and self-efficacy to intensify employment preparation behavior to accomplish their goal to be an airline cabin crew.

웰에이징을 위한 경제교육의 필요성 연구

한국 사회는 갈수록 노인 빈곤율이 높아지고 경제적 양극화가 증폭되고 있는 가운데 노인 경 제의 양극화 율도 40%를 넘어서는 등 노인들의 빈곤이 중요한 사회문제로 부각되고 있다. 본 연 구는 이와 같은 문제를 해소하고 건강한 사회발전에 기여하기 위해 노인요양복지 사업현장에서 각종 교육을 담당하고 있는 교육자들에게 노인의 경제복지를 향상 목적의 체계적인 교육을 수행 하기 위한 방안을 모색하는데 있다. 이 연구는 노인들의 경제력을 높이기 위해 경제교육 프로그 램을 효과적으로 기획하고 수행하는데 필요한 기초자료를 제공하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료 수집은 한국갤럽을 통해 이루어졌으며, 총 응답자는 37명이었으며 현재 근무분야에서 일한 기간은 평균 16.6년이었다. 수집된 자료는 다음과 같이 분석하였다. 대상자의 일반적 특성은 빈 도와 백분율, 경제프로그램 운영중요도와 실행도, 경제교육프로그램 중요도와 지식정도, 재직기 간에 따른 업무 중요도 및 수행도 은 평균과 표준편차로 분석하였으며, 재직기간에 따른 경제프 로그램 운영의 중요도와 실행도, 경제교육프로그램 중요도와 지식정도, 재직기간에 따른 업무 중 요도 및 수행도는 회귀분석을 실시했다. 교육자의 경제교육 관련 영역별 인식을 살펴보기 위해 서 경제교육 프로그램 운영 시 각 항목별 중요도 및 수행도에 대해 IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis)를 통해 분석한 결과 ‘프로그램계획 수립’이 중점 개선영역으로 나타났다. 경제 교육내 용에 대한 항목별 중요도 및 지식정도를 분석한 결과 ‘은퇴 후 경제생활’이 경쟁우위영역으로 나타났고, ‘정부의 경제지원정책’이 중요도는 높으나 이에 대한 지식정도는 평균 수준에 불과하 여 개선이 요구된다고 하겠다. 또한 경제교육 프로그램 제공 및 지도·관리에서 중요도와 수행도 모두 낮아 개선영역으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과로 볼 때, 사회적으로 조기 경제교육이 절실하 며 노인들에 대한 합리적 투자와 소비에 대한 교육프로그램 개발이 요구된다.

광주광역시 외국인 근로자의 보건의료 및 정신적 스트레스 실태에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to examine the health care situation and mental stress of foreign workers living in Gwangju metropolitan city. To accomplish this goal, I conducted surveys in cooperation with immigrant support agencies and churches in Gwangju. The main results of this study are as follows. First, more than half of foreign workers in Gwangju are covered by workplace and regional health insurance. The health status of foreign workers was generally good. Currently, most of the diseases suffered by foreign workers are hypertension. Second, migrant workers living in Gwangju experience most stress in everyday. According to nationality, workers from China seem to feel relatively more. The policy implications of this study are as follows. First, institutional improvement should be made to increase the health insurance participation rate of foreign workers. Second, it is necessary for foreign workers to take measures to regularly receive health checkups by foreign workers. Third, it is necessary to create an environment that can relieve the stress from the fact that foreign workers are mostly stressed in daily life. 이 연구는 광주광역시에 거주하고 있는 외국인 근로자들의 보건의료 실태와 정신적 스트레스를 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이 연구를 위해 광주지역에서 무료진료 활동을 펼치고 있는 이주민지원기관과 교회 등의 협력을 받아 설문조사를 실시하였다. 주요 결과를 요약하면 첫째, 광주광역시 거주 외국인 근로자들은 절반이 조금 넘는 근로자들이 직장 및 지역건강보험에 가입되어 있으며, 외국인 근로자의 건강상태는 전반적으로 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 현재 외국인 근로자들이 앓고 있는 질병은 고혈압이 가장 많았다. 둘째, 광주광역시 거주 외국인 근로자들은 일상생활에서 대부분 스트레스를 경험하고 있으며 특히 중국 출신 근로자들이 상대적으로 많이 느끼고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 대한 정책적 시사점은 첫째, 외국인 근로자들의 건강보험 가입률을 제고하는 제도적 개선이 이루어져야 한다. 둘째, 외국인 근로자들이 정기적으로 건강검진을 받을 수 있는 조치가 필요하다. 셋째, 외국인 근로자들은 일상생활 속에서 대부분 스트레스를 받고 있다는 점에서 스트레스를 해소할 수 있는 환경 조성이 필요하다.

지역 특성 연계 레저스포츠-관광산업 활성화 방향에 관한 연구: 제천시 초경량비행장치 열기구 사업 적합성 평가를 중심으로

본 연구는 친환경 레저스포츠 종목인 초경량비행장치 열기구를 활용하기 위한 과정에 수반되는 요인들에 대한 탐색적 접근을 통해 제천시 지역 특성과 연계한 레저스포츠 관광 산업의 활성화 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 제천시의 관광적 특성 요인들에 대한 자료를 수집 및 분석하고, 국내의 초경량비행장치 열기구 운영 모델 사례를 비교하여 제천시에 적합한 운영 모델을 확인하였다. 열기구의 비행방식은 계류비행(Mooring)과 자유비행(Flying), 사용 연료는 헬륨과(Helium)과 액화석유가스(LPG: Liquified Petroleum Gas)를 기준으로 각 요소들의 특성을 비교분석하였다. 분석 결과, 제천시의 경우 헬륨연료를 사용하는 계류비행 방식의 운영 모델의 적합성이 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 결론에는 연구내용을 바탕으로 제천시의 열기구 기반 레저스포츠-관광산업 활성화 방향을 제시하고 있다.
