        시뮬레이션활용 경영 교육의 품질요인과 성과에 대한 학습유형의 조절효과

        This study aims to explore the effect of quality factors and learning styles on users’ satisfaction in the use of business simulation tools in business education. For this purpose, statistical methods such as reliability test, factor analysis, ANOVA, regression analysis were carried out using the survey data from university students. The quality factors of education using simulation were classified into contents, education environment, interpersonal activities, and instructor support while learning styles were classified into proactive, self-directed, environmental-dependent, and passive styles. The results showed that each quality factors of education using business simulation had a strong positive effect on user satisfaction. Proactive and environment-dependent group had higher satisfaction than other groups. Learning styles had moderating effects on the quality-satisfaction relationship, and the direction and degree varied depending on the quality factors and learning styles. Theoretical and practical implications were drawn from these findings. 이 연구는 경영시뮬레이션 도구를 활용한 교육이 학습자 만족도에 미치는 영향과, 품질요인과 만족도 간의 관계에 있어서 학습유형의 조절효과에 대해 실증적으로 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구를 위해 경영시뮬레이션 활용 교육에 참여한 학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 신뢰분석, 요인분석, 분산분석, 회귀분석등 데이터분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과 경영시뮬레이션도구 활용 교육의 품질요인은 컨텐츠, 교육환경, 학생 간의 상호작용, 교강사의 지원기능 요인으로 나뉘었고, 학습유형은 적극적-소극적, 자기주도적-환경의존적 유형으로 분류되었다. 시뮬레이션 활용 교육의 각 품질요소는 학습자 만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 적극적, 환경의존적 학습유형을 가진 그룹이 통계적 유의성 밖에서 만족도 수준이 높았다. 학습유형은 경영시뮬레이션 교육의 품질요소와 만족도 간의 관계에 조절효과를 보였으며, 학습유형에 따라 조절하는 정도가 달랐다. 특히 학습자 간 상호작용은 만족도를 증가시키는 주요 요인이 된 반면, 교강사의 적극적 지원은 오히려 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 학습유형에 따른 차별화된 교수전략이 요구되는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 교육 서비스 관점에서 경영시뮬레이션 교육의 품질요소와 만족도 간의 관계에서 학습유형이 미치는 조절효과에 대해서 학술적인 성과를 추가하였고, 경영시뮬레이션 도구 개발자 및 공급자, 이를 활용하는 교수자, 학습자, 교육기관에게도 유용한 시사점을 제공한다.

        라이브커머스 품질특성과 구매의도와의 관계: 고객 관여도의 조절효과

        This study aims to explore the effect of quality factors and customer involvement on users' intention to purchase in the live-commerce context. For this purpose, statistical methods such as reliability test, factor analysis, ANOVA, regression analysis were carried out using the survey data from live-commerce users. The quality factors of live-commerce were classified into contents, system, service, and show host characteristics, and customer involvement was analyzed by dividing it into product involvement and service involvement. The results showed that each quality factor of live-commerce had a significant positive effect on the intention to purchase. On the other hand, customer product involvement had a significant moderating effect on content and system quality, service involvement had a significant moderating effect on service and show host characteristics. The degree of each quality factor on intention to purchase was higher as customer involvement was higher. Theoretical and practical implications were drawn from these findings.

        ISO15197에 따른 혈당측정기의 분석적 수행능 평가

        배경 : 저자들은 결과값을 혈장 값으로 환산하여 보고하고 병 원 전산망과 연결 가능한 SureStep Flexx (Johnson and Johnson, USA)의 분석적 수행능을 혈당측정기 평가지침인 ISO- 15197에 따라 최초로 평가하였다. 방법 : ISO15197에 따라 정밀도와 정확도를 평가하였다. 정밀 도는 10대 장비로 반복성과 중간정밀도를 평가하였고, 정확도는 GEM Premier 4000 (Instrumentation Laboratory, USA)을 혈당 측정 참고법으로 사용하였다. 또한, CLSI 지침에 따라 중 앙 장비 측정치와 상관성 및 직선성 평가를 하였다. 중앙 장비 측정치와 상관성 평가를 위하여 혈당 측정 참고법으로 TBA- 200FR 자동화학분석기(Toshiba Medical Systems, Japan)를 사용하였다. 이를 위하여 환자 검체와 시판되는 대조물질을 사 용하였다. 결과 : SureStep Flex의 반복성 변이계수는 4.0-7.3%였고, 중간정밀도 변이계수는 4.3-6.2%였다. 정확도는 75 mg/dL 미 만인 검체와 75 mg/dL 이상인 검체는 모두 참고법에 의한 혈당 값 차이가 각각 ±6 mg/dL, ±12.7% 범위 내에 분포하여 ISO- 15197 기준을 만족하였다. 농도범위 36-491 mg/dL에서 직선 성을 보였다. 또한, Error Grid 방법으로 분석한 결과, GEM Premier 4000 및 TBA-200FR 값과 비교한 모든 측정치는 임 상적으로 정확한 범위인 A영역에 포함되었다. 결론 : SureStep Flexx는 ISO1597 기준을 충족하는 신뢰성 있는 검사 값을 제공함으로써, 효과적인 당뇨병 관리에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. Background : We have evaluated the analytical performance of SureStep Flexx (Johnson and Johnson, USA) which can report the plasma equivalent glucose test results and be connected to the hospital information networks, following ISO15197 analytic procedure for glucometer for the first time. Methods : Adopting the guidelines of ISO15197, we measured the precision of ten glucometers from their repeatability and intermediate precision, and determined the accuracies of the glucometer, comparing to those of GEM Premier 4000 (Instrumentation Laboratory, USA). In addition, the guidelines of CLSI EP9-A2 and EP6-A were applied to correlate between data of glucometer and those of laboratory reference method by TBA-200FR (Toshiba Medical Systems, Japan) and to examine its linearity of glucose concentrations measured by SureStep Flexx. We used the clinical specimens and commercial control materials. Results : Repeatabilities and intermediate precisions of those glucometers were 4.0-7.3%, and 4.3-6.2%, respectively. When glucose levels are under 75 mg/dL, the difference between results of those meters and the reference values were within ±6 mg/dL. However when glucose levels are over 75mg/dL, those differences were within ±12.7%. These results were acceptable for the ISO15197 criteria in all glucose concentrations. The glucose concentrations showed the clinically relevant linearity in the range from 36 mg/dL to 491 mg/dL. Moreover, Error Grid Analysis showed that all glucose results were in ‘‘zone A’’, which means that these values were clinically accurate. Conclusions : This study showed that SureStep Flexx can provide reliable results for patients and clinicians to manage the diabetes mellitus, satisfying the ISO15197 criteria.

      • Preparation and characterization of SPEEK(sulfonated poly ether ether ketone)/ nafion for vanadium redox flow battery

        While ensuring chemical stability, the vanadium redox flow battery (VBR) used in the system has to keep the cost of the membrane low. Our problem is that the existing membrane ( Nafion 117) is very expensive. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to develop an ion selective membrane that will achieve high stability, while keeping the cost down. We compensate for disadvantage of the nafion that we choose polymer of sulfonated Polyetheretherketone(PEEK) which has excellent chemical stability. Ion conductive membrane conduct to hydrogen ion as shown in Figure 10. But Nafion has a problem that is transferred to vanadium. The rightside above Figure 10 displys structure and ion transport channel of Nafion. This is a picture showing passage of water. The bottom of Figure 10 show ion transport channel of SPEEK. The SPEEK membrane is expected to decrease in cross-over of vanadium ion due to small channel of SPEEK. But SPEEK has low durability and chemical stability. Then we blend SPEEK and Nafion for improving of disadvantage of SPEEK.

        시판 고춧가루의 매운맛 등급 표시에 따른 capsaicinoid 함량 및 품질 특성 조사

        As per Korean Industrial Standards (KS), red pepper powders are classified into five groups based on their pungency level: mild hot (<150 mg capsaicinoid/kg), slight hot (150-300 mg capsaicinoid/kg), medium hot (300-500 mg capsaicinoid/kg), very hot (500-1,000 mg capsaicinoid/kg), and extreme hot (>1,000 mg capsaicinoid/kg). In the Korean market, the pungency level is voluntarily declared as labels for red pepper powders; however, whether the labeled pungency level reflects the KS pungency level remains unknown. In this study, we determined the total capsaicinoid content (i.e., sum of capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin content) of 93 red pepper powders by using high performance liquid chromatography. Additionally, other quality attributes such as moisture content, American Spice Trace Association (ASTA) color values, and free sugar content were investigated. The capsaicin, dihydrocapsaicin, and total capsaicinoid contents ranged between 35.9-1,029.5 mg/kg, 22.4-472.3 mg/kg, and 60.7-1,402.0 mg/kg, respectively. Of the 93 red pepper samples, the labeled pungency levels of 51% samples matched the KS pungency levels. All the samples contained less than 15% moisture. The ASTA color values and free sugar content ranged between 43.5-121.6% and 6.2-17.2%. respectively. It may be recommended that red pepper powder manufacturers label the pungency levels according to the KS pungency level.

      • Synthesis of Sulfonated Poly (Ether-Ether-Ketone) for improving the ionic conductivity of the ion-exchange membrane Sulforcinic acid (SSA)

        While ensuring chemical stability, the vanadium redox flow battery (VBR) used in the system has to keep the cost of the membrane low. Our problem is that the existing membrane (Nafion 117) is very expensive. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to develop an ion selective membrane that will achieve high stability, while keeping the cost down. To be ideal, ion-exchange membrane must have high ion selectivity and have properties that give it high chemical stability in a strong acid in aqueous solution and it must be of low cost. This is because the system being employed is a redox flow battery in a strong oxidizing solution using strongly oxidizing transition elements. The membrane must be acid and oxidation resistant. In this study, the RFB used for improving the ionic conductivity at room temperature using H2SO4 acid using PEEK sulfonated acid groups. We combined three substances sulfonated acid groups, and the SSA had hydroxyl equivalent conductivity structure and SPEEK. Then the physical characteristics and ionic conductivity changes were observed.
