Eleven new species of two genera, Psammocinia and Ircinia (Demospongiae: Dictyoceratida: Irciniidae) are described from Gageo Island, Ulleung Island and Jeju Island, South Korea. The separation of these two genera was made on basis of morphological evidence, especially skeletal structure with foreign debris. Six new species of Psammocinia and five new species of Ircinia were added to known fauna. All skeletal fibres are very irregular.

A New Species of the Genus Caminus (Astroporida: Geodiidae) from Korea

Caminus jejuensis n. sp was collected from depth of 20 m at Geomeunyeo, Seogwipo, Jejudo Island by a SCUBA diving from April 2004 to December 2008. This new species is similar to C. chinensis from China in the composition of spicules except for the spherasters and they differ in spicule size and growth form. This species has longer orthotriaenes and spherules, smaller sterrasters and oxyasters than those of C. chinensis. This species also has many spherasters in choanosome, but C. chinensis lacks. Morever, the new species is a massive shape with wrinkles, whereas C. chinensis is a club shape with smooth surface. Description and figures of the new species are provided.

This paper describes eight new species of the genus Coscinoderma from Chuuk Island, the Federated Statesof Micronesia. This genus is characterized by very fine, meandering uncored secondary fibres. All the newCoscinoderma species are compared with eight other valid species from tropical regions. Coscinoderma foliumn. sp. is characterized by its large thickly foliate shape, and cored primary fibres are easily found betweensecondary fibres in choanosome. Coscinoderma lacium n. sp. differs in having round conules and no coredprimary fibres. Coscinoderma cavernosa n. sp. is distinguished from other species by its cavernous shape andlong sharp conules. Coscinoderma wenoa n. sp. is characterized by long conules and primary fibres. Coscinodermamappula n. sp. differs in having a thick sand crust in the choanosome. Coscinoderma bakusi n. sp. ischaracterized by having several oscules at the top of the sponge and color changed grey to dark brown inalcohol. Coscinoderma pollax n. sp. is characterized by having a small thumb shape. Coscinoderma truki n. sp. similar to C. pollax in shape but differs in cored primary fibres with many spicules.

Five New Species of Genus Hyattella (Dictyoceratida: Spongiidae) from Korea

Five new species of the genus Hyattella (Dictyoceratida: Spongiidae); Hyattella chaguiensis n. sp., H. munseomensis n. sp., H. sumsangiensis n. sp., H. bakusi n. sp., and H. purpurea n. sp., were collected fromJeju-do, Korea. Hyattella chaguiensis n. sp. is similar to H. mara Sim and Lee, 2014 in shape, but differs indermal membrane and primary fibres. Hyattella munseomensis n. sp. differs in cored primary fibres, havingmiddle-size sand. Hyattella sumsangiensis n. sp. is characterized by color changes and very soft texture. Hyattella bakusi n. sp. and H. purpurea n. sp. are similar in shape, having tube-like elevated holes, but differin skeletal structures.

Four new species of the genus Hyattella (Dictyoceratida: Spongiidae); H. sinchangensis n. sp., H. mara n. sp.,H. chuja n. sp. and H. lendenfeldi n. sp., were collected from Jeollanam-do and Jeju-do, Korea. Hyattellasinchangensis n. sp., H. mara n. sp., H. chuja n. sp. and H. grobosa Lendenfeld, 1889 are very similar to eachother in some characters. However, Hyattella sinchangensis n. sp. characterized by no special dermal lamellaand no tertiary fibres, and more thin secondary fibres than H. globosa. Hyattella mara n. sp. is differs inhaving well developed dermal lamella, slightly fasciculated primary fibres, and thick tertiary fibres. Hyattellachuja n. sp. differs in surface characters with a slightly elevated part, skeleton with abundant spongine, andvery complex meshes. Hyattella lendenfeldi n. sp. is similar to H. tenella (Lendenfeld, 1889) in skeletal structure,thickness of primary and secondary fibres, but differs in growth form.

대학생에 대한 사회적 지지가 자아존중감에 미치는 영향: 코칭역량의 매개효과

본 연구는 대학생에 대한 사회적 지지가 자아존중감에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 그 과정에서 코칭역량의 매개효과를 실증적으로 검증하고자 한다. 이를 위해 충청도 N대학교에 재학 중인 대학생 193명을 대상으로 설문을 실시한 후, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 27.0 및 AMOS 27.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였고 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 사회적 지지, 코칭역량, 자아존중감은 경향성과 정규성 가정을 충족하는 것으로, 측정변인들 간의 상관관계는 통계적으로 유의미한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 잠재변인들 간의 집중타당성과 판별타당성이 있는 것으로 확인되며, 잠재변인들 간에 모두 유의미한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학생의 사회적 지지는 자아존중감에 직접적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 코칭역량의 매개를 통해서도 자아존중감에 영향을 미치고 있으므로, 코칭역량은 사회적 지지와 자아존중감 간의 관계를 부분 매개하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 대학생의 사회적 지지는 자아존중감을 높이는 요인이며, 코칭역량이 매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 자아존중감을 높이는 데 사회적 지지와 코칭역량을 중요하게 고려해야 함을 알 수 있었고, 자아존중감을 높이기 위한 교육 및 프로그램의 기초자료로 활용 될 수 있기를 고대한다.

대학생의 코칭 참여 경험에 관한 연구: 진로장벽과 진로준비행동 중심으로

본 연구는 대학생들이 코칭 참여 경험을 통해 어떻게 진로장벽 요인을 극복 하고 진로준비행동 확립을 통해 나만의 진로찾기에 이르는지 심층적으로 탐색 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 대학생으로서 코칭에 5회 연속 참여한 학생들을 대상으로 그들이 대학생활에서 코칭에 참여하게 된 동기가 무엇이며, 코칭 참여 경험 이 코칭에 참여한 대학생들의 진로장벽과 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 질적 연구의 방법론 중 근거이론의 접근방법으로 탐색하였다. 탐색 결과 대학생들은 대학생활과 진로로 인한 다양한 문제들과 스트레스를 해결하기 위해 코칭에 참여하였으며, 코치와 함께 코칭을 통해 다양한 방법으로 자기탐색 과정을 거치며 나는 어떤 사람인지, 나의 강점은 무엇인지 등을 인지 하는 경험을 한다. 또한 진로탐색 과정을 통해 대학생들의 나는 어떤 일에 흥미를 느끼는지, 나의 어떤 심리적․환경적 요인이 나만의 진로를 주춤하게 하는지 등을 경험한다. 마지막으로 대학생들이 진로를 준비하고 결정하기 위해 필요한 행동적 즉 실천적 요인인 진로준비행동을 확립하는 등 코칭을 통해 나만의 진로 찾기와 대학생활에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다. This study explores in-depth how college students overcome career barrier factors through coaching participation experience and reach their own career search through establishing career preparation behavior. To this end, students who participated in coaching five times in a row as college students were asked what motivated them to participate in coaching in college life, and what effect did coaching participation have on career barriers and career preparation behavior. As a result of the search, college students participate in coaching to solve various problems and stress caused by college life and career, and through coaching with the coach, they experience recognizing what kind of person I am and what my strengths are. In addition, through the career exploration process, I experience what kind of work that I am interested in and what psychological and environmental factors of college students slow down my career path. Finally, college students have a positive effect on their own career search and college life through coaching, such as establishing career preparation behavior, which is a practical factor, necessary for preparing and deciding their careers.
