        무인항공기 체계의 통합검증을 위한 무인항공기 체계통합실험실(UAV SIL) 개발

        . This paper describes the results of the development of the the unmanned aerial vehicle system integration laboratory(UAV SIL) for the integrated verification. This UAV SIL is designed to test the robustness of the UAV system including the operational logics and the flight control system behaviors under many abnormal and emergency conditions such as data-link losses, airborne subsystem failures, engine shut down conditions, and ground control station faults. This paper presents how to build the UAV SIL and how to verify the in-development UAV system through the UAV SIL

      • 골조송증을 隨伴한 脊椎壓迫 骨折에 對한 臨床的 考察

        The writer has made an observation on various clinical features in 31 cases with clinically detectable osteoporosis out of 97 patients who had compression fracture of the spine during 3 and a half years from March 1970 to Aug. 1973. The results obtained are summerized as follows. 1. The incidence of osteoporosis in 97 cases of compression fractures involving the spine was 32%(31 out of 97 cases), and osteoporosis was more prevalent in the female with a 1.6:1 ratio of female to male. 2. The peak age incidence was found in 7th decade (45%). About 90% of the cases were over 50 years of age, and only one case was under 30. 3. The most common cause of fracture in those osteoporotics was fail-down from a height C38,7%), and in only one case the fracture was thought t o be caused by longcontinued use of corticosteroids 4. The sites of predilection for compression fracture of the spine were 1st lumbar (25.8%), 12th thoracic (22. 8%), and 1st and 2nd lumber vertebrae (12.9%). First degree osteoporosis comprised 45% and third degree osteoporosis was found in 13%. 5. The fractures involving other sites besides the spine were found in 15(48.4%) out of 31 cases, Coles' fracture being the most frequent one (5 cases). 6. The majority of the cases (81%) have been cured by conservative measure while the remaining 6 cases (19%) were treated surgically. Laminectomy, was done in 3 cases and posterior spinal fusion was performed in other 3 cases.

      • 超音波圖를 利用한 正常韓國人의 腰椎管 測定에 關한 硏究

        The size and configuration of the lumbar spinal canal constitute on of the important factors in the production of symptoms referable to cauda equina and nerve roots of the lumbar spine and the narrowness of the spinal canal. Numerous attempts have been made to measure the size of the lumbar spinal canal, but most of those are not sufficient to measure the oblique diameter of the lumbar spinal canal. Also, echographic diagnosis is much simple, safe, less expensive, and non-invasive and furthermore demonstrates much more accuracy than other alternative radiographic procedures. The purpose of this study is to establish the range of normal values of the oblique diameter of the lumbar spinal canal in Koreans by echographic method in the interest of facilitating clinical evaluation of the lumbar spinal canal stenosis. The author measured oblique diameter of the lumbar spinal canal in thirty healthy persons of both sexes of ages between nineteen and twenty-five years, and twenty healthy persons of both sexes of ages between twenty-five and fifty years by ultrasound using sonolayergraphy model SSL-21A. Distance from the ligamentum flavum to the posterior longitudinal ligament was measured in millimeters with dial vernier caliper. Actual distance of oblique diameter of the lumbar spinal canal is obtained by multiplication of the distance of echogram by calibration factor 2.22. The results were as follows; 1. the mean values of the oblique diameter of the lumbar spinal canal in male and female between nineteen and twenty-five years of age were 14.77±0.85㎜ and 14.87±1.82㎜ in L1, 13.99±0.87㎜ and 14.13±0.96㎜ in L2, 13.40±0.69㎜ and 13.71±0.75㎜ in L3, 12.88±0.69㎜ and 12.93±0.68㎜ in L4, 14.58±0.79㎜ and 14.42±0.84㎜ in L5 respectively. 2. The mean values of the oblique diameter of the lumbar spinal canal in male and female between twenty-six and fifty years of age were 14.57±0.75㎜ and 14.66±0.80㎜ in L1, 14.05±0.80㎜ and 14.16±0.63㎜ in L2, 13.48±0.81㎜ and 13.65±0.92㎜ in L3, 12.74±0.95㎜ and 12.95±0.75㎜ in L4, 14.38±0.71㎜ and 14.32±0.69㎜ in L5 respectively. 3. The oblique diameter of the lumbar spinal canal was the widest at the first lumbar vertebra, the next at the fifth lumbar vertebra and the narrowest at the fourth lumbar vertebra. 4. There was no significant difference of the mean oblique diameter of the lumbar spinal canal between two different aged groups. 5. There was no difference of diameter of the lumbar spinal canal between both sexes.

        군용 무인기의 항공전자 아키텍처 설계

        This paper describes the design of the avionics architecture for military unmanned aerial vehicles considering the airworthiness requirements for the first time. This design considers the redundancy in the system data bus and the power system and the data link system to meet the system safety requirements of the airworthiness requirements of military UAVs. This avionics architecture design has been verified through the system integration test and the flight test after manufacturing the UAV.

        척추 기기 고정술 후 발생한 후기 감염

        연구계획 : 본 연구는 척추 기기 고정술후 발생한 후기 감염의 5예에 대한 후향적 분석을 시행하였다. 연구목적 : 척추 기기 고정술후 생긴 후기감염의 위험인자와 임상양상을 관찰하여 진단 및 치료를 하고 그 결과를 알아보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 저자들은 1993년 4월부터 1999년 6월까지 한국보훈병원 정형외과에서 척추 기기 고정술을 받았던 421명의 환자중 1년이상 추시 관찰이 가능하였던 374명을 대상으로 하여 후기감염으로 진단된 5예에 대하여 임상양상, 진단 및 치료결과를 후향적으로 분석하였다. 결과 : 전환자에서 악화되는 동통 및 이로 인한 파행이 나타났고, 동통은 진통제로 호전되지 않았다. 혈액검사에서는 ESR이 평균 44.8로, CRP가 평균 26.2로 증가되었다. 백혈구수는 1예에서만 경미한 증가소견을 보였다. 전환자에서 술후 4주에서 6주정도 항생제가 정맥 투여되었다. 방사선 소견에서는 나사못 주위의 골용해 간격이 3에서 7㎜로 평균 4.6㎜의 간격을 보였다. 5예중 2예에서 기기제거 및 변연절제술 후 항생제 투여를 하였고, 3예에서는 기기제거, 변연절제, 세척술과 동시에 기기 고정술을 재시행하였다. 수술 소견상 전례에서 모두 기기의 이완 및 나사못 주위로의 화농성 농양 소견을 보였으나, 2예에서 coagulase(-) staphylococcus와 S. epidermidids로 균이 동정되었다. 1예를 제외한 전례에서 동통의 감소가 있었고, 전례에서 혈액검사에서 ESR과 CRP의 수치가 정상화되었다. 평균 추시기간은 18.2개월이었다. 결론 : 척추 술후의 후기감염의 진단에는 임상적 추정이 상당히 중요하리라 사료된다. 정상적인 술후 회복 기간을 거친추 시작하여 악화되는 통증, ESR과 CRP의 증가, 방사선 소견상 나사못 주위의 골요해 소견을 진단의 실마리로 삼았다. 이러한 증상 및 소견이 나타나는 경우 후기 감염에 대한 가능성을 고려하여야 할 것으로 사료된다. 저자들의 경우 5예에서 술적 치료를 시행하여, 1예를 제외하고 만족스러운 결과를 얻었다. Study Design : A retrospective analysis of five cases of late spinal infection after spinal instrumentation and fusion. Objectives : These cases are reviewed to verify risk factors for late spinal infection after elective instrumentation and to manifest the treatment of this complication. Summary of Literature Review : Late spinal infection after elective spinal instrumentation and fusion are uncommon. The diagnosis is usually hard and requires much clinical suspicion. Materials and Methods : 5 cases were in total 374 patients of the author's cases. These cases are reviewed retrospectively. Results : All patients reported aggravated back pain. 4 patients had elevated erythrocyte sedimentation rates, aveaging 44.8㎜/hour and elevated C-reactive protein, averaging 26.2㎎/L. No distance foci of infection was identified. All patients got the raieolucent zone around screw fixation site, averaging 4.6㎜ width. The organisms were S. epidermidis in 1 case and coagulase(-) staphylococcus in 1 case. All cases were treated by operative method with debridement, instrument removal with or without revision and postoperative intravenous antibiotics. The average follow-up period was 18.2 months, one patient recurred back pain at 7 months after operation. Conclusion : The diagnosis of late infection after eletive spinal instrumentation and fusion requires high suspicion of clinical symptoms and signs. All except one were successfully treated by operative treatment.

      • 상부 집중하중을 받는 고강도 철근콘크리트 깊은 보의 전단거동에 대한 실험적 연구

        This experimental program was intended to understand the shear behavior of reinforced concrete deep beams without shear reinforcement. Therefore, in the test program, concrete strength(f_(ck)), and shear span-to-overall depth ratio(a/h) are considered as two main variables. All the beams were tested to failure under two-point symmetric top loading. Test results indicate that the ultimate and diagonal shear strength were proportional to the f_(ck), but inversely proportional to a/h. And the ACI code predictions code can be very conservative at the high-strength concrete. Especially, through the comparison with existing experimental results, it was convinced that the proposed equation can properly estimate the ultimate shear strength.
