        나가이 다카시 원작 『나가사키의 종』과 동명의 가요・영화, 부록 「마닐라의 비극」과 그 서사성

        In this paper, Takashi Nagai’s essay “The Bell of Nagasaki”, which is recognized as a decisive factor in the image formation of ‘Praying Nagasaki’, and the narrative is analyzed focusing on the image of Nagai and his work. In addition, the essay "The Bell of Nagasaki" was allowed to be published on the premise that it was combined with the “Tragedy of Manila”, a collection of testimonies about the mass destruction committed by the Japanese military in the Philippines during World War II. In this paper, the narrative of the “Tragedy of Manila” was also considered. The essay “The Bell of Nagasaki” centers on the relief situation, symptoms of atomic bomb, treatment, and the narrative of the possibility of nuclear power, and there are only a few parts that mention that the dropping of the atomic bomb on Urakami is God’s providence. However, in popular media such as music and movies, a Catholic Nagai and God's providence theory were found to be greatly highlighted. This may have been a strategic description to pass the censorship because the description of the atomic bomb was limited due to GHQ censorship at the time. In “Tragedy of Manila,” there is a description that justifies the U.S. atomic bombing while accusing Japan of atrocities. In addition, most of the testifiers are Christian priests or believers, which have the function of evoking the Christian image and divine providence theory in “The Bell of Nagasaki”. In other words, it can be said that Takashi Nagai’s image of a Catholic who spoke of God’s providence expanded with the intention of the United States and the strategy of Japanese popular media at the time.

        신이 부재하는 교회 - 오에 겐자부로『공중제비(宙返り)』론 -

        <Somersault> of Oe Kenzaburou written in 1999 is the work converted from announcing the end of his writing career. This study considered the reason for converting of Oe Kenzaburou more specifically, analyzed writer's determination how to signify in work. And considered awareness in 'God' of characters and relation of awareness in God of Oe Kenzaburou. Also this study analyzed relation of God and words, and many different 'changes' showed in the work. First, this study pointed out that 'Patron' and 'Guide' are parts of the savior and the prophet in each but each part was inverted. In them, 'God' is 'nature God' as a whole of universe. This is related that Oe Kenzaburou had devoured Spinoza Books at that time. Next, this study analyzed for 'Gii' and 'Ikuo' connecting to 'new man's church'. Also 'Ikuo' accepts that an old painter, Kiz said man can rejoice without God, and he builds the church without God. This can be seen the remark for free of the soul in man. Above all, this is the work based deeply on anguish and pray for free in inner side of man, and the work of humanism excluding God.

        大江健三郎「セヴンティーン」「政治少年死す」論 ―「おれ」という名をめぐって ―

        「セヴンティーン」「政治少年死す」は一九六〇年十月に起った十七才の山口二矢の社会党委員長刺殺事 件を素材とした作品である。一九六〇年代の所謂〈政治の季節〉に出た「セヴンティーン」二部作は『風 流夢譚』と共にテロルの季節の記憶を喚起させる。「セヴンティーン」二部作は、大江健三郎の回想によれ ば、右翼と左翼両側から非難を受けた作品であり、第二部の「政治少年死す」は今でも活字化されない状 況である。大江健三郎はなぜこのようなラジカルな問題を抱えている「おれ」を描いたのか。大江は山口二 矢の行動から何を見て取ったのか。 「おれ」は失禁、失神という身体の欠陥を持っている。「おれ」のこのような身体性は、アイデンティ ティーを喪失した者の自意識過剰の心理作用によると言える。「おれ」のアイデンティティー喪失は作品に 「おれ」の名前が明記されていないことと関わる。「名付け」は存在にかぶせる単なる記号ではなく、存 在そのものの意味を付与する行為なのである。「おれ」の名が明記されていないことは社会において「お れ」の位置づけ、すなわちアイデンティティーが不明確であることの裏付けであるが、その原因の一つに 「重要な他者」の不在が挙げられる。本稿は「セヴンティーン」二部作の研究の第一部として、まず「お れ」という一人称をめぐって考察する論文であるが、大江の一九六〇年代に対する時代認識は、「おれ」 の行動が単ある「甘え」によるものではないことを物語る。

        Anohito・Kowasuhito와 기원으로서의 언어 -오에 겐자부로 「두 개의 중편」과 『동시대 게임』을 중심으로-

        『みずから我が涙をぬぐいたまう日(以下、『みずから』)』と『月の男(ムーン・マン)』、『同時代ゲーム』は1970年起こった三島由起夫の割腹自殺を契機としている。本稿では、‘父’と‘天皇’を表す「あの人」が三作品にどのように描かれているか、その位相の違いと同一性を考察し、また、『同時代ゲーム』における村の神話と歴史の記録者である「僕」の位相と「壊す人」との関係について分析した。『みずから』においては「あの人」がそれぞれ肉親の父と天皇の位相に行き来しており、『月の男』では「エコロジカル」すなわち、生態学的な種の起源としての天皇の意味が強調される。だが、両作品における「あの人」は‘起源’としての同一性を持つ。『同時代ゲーム』では二つの作品に見える「あの人」は登場しないが、「あの人」を連想させる「壊す人」が登場する。「壊す人」は「あの人」に見られる‘父’と‘天皇’の意味より、中心的なものを相対化する周縁の村=国家=小宇宙の中心である。ただ、「壊す人」も一つの共同体の創造と起源としての機能を持つことから「あの人」と同様‘起源’としての意味を有していると言える。このように、三島事件を発端とする『同時代ゲーム』は、作者大江の最初の企画意図の、天皇の問題より周縁的なものの神話・歴史の構想が繰り広げられている。その背景には大江が当時山口昌男らの構造人類学に興味をもっていたことがあげられる。もう一つは、沖縄のひめゆり搭事件を契機として、中心を相対化する周縁の共同体を大江が見たためであろう。さて、「僕」は「壊す人」の村=国家=小宇宙の神話・歴史の構想の中に存在しつつ、外部で「壊す人」の構想をみ、それを記録している。又「僕」の記録の中には「壊す人」が存在する。つまり、「僕」が書いていく記録、すなわち言葉=「壊す人」なのである。何回もの死と再生を繰り返し、これからも生きていく不死の「壊す人」──言葉=「村=国家=小宇宙」の神話と歴史──は時間の蓄積の中で巨大化していく。『同時代ゲーム』は、最初の企画意図とは異り、‘天皇’の問題より中心と周縁という問題が提示されている作品なのである。

        고노 후미요 원작 만화와 애니메이션 이 세상의 한구석에 론 – 전쟁 기억의 재현방식과 기억의 장소로서의 구레와 히로시마와 스즈의 신체성을 중심으로 –

        This thesis examines the characteristics of the female protagonist Suzu and her role as a reproducer of war memories, focusing on Fumiyo Kono's original manga "In this Corner of the World" published in 2006-2009 and an animated film produced in 2016. Through this, we examined how individual narratives are established as collective narratives. In addition, the meaning of the places of Hiroshima and Kure, which are the main spaces of this work, was highlighted. Kure is the Suzu's memories place where of the air raid, loss of hers right hand, and the death of hers niece are imprinted on her, and Hiroshima is the place where Suzu's family was sacrificed. Both of these spaces are remembered as spaces of damage. Above all, Suzu's body is a collection of damage, and it is a space of damage that embodies the damage of war in person, and serves as a starting point to remember and reproduce the war after the war. Through an analysis of this work, I pointed out that this work, like other Japanese war literature, talks about anti-war peace from the standpoint of women and victims as victims. However, it can be said that the fact that the words of the perpetrator appear in the original and animated works, albeit ambiguous, along with the Korean flag, is an improvement in historical awareness. However, it is undeniable that this scene, which seems to appear as a discourse of remorse for the responsibility of the war, is abrupt from Suzu's behavior, which until then was adaptive to the social system. It can be said that the author's attempt to express all perceptions and discourses about war responsibility in a single Taegeukgi reveals the naivety of historical perception. Efforts are required to talk about anti-war and peace based on a more objective and thorough understanding of history.

        일본의 단기 고등교육기관의 문교시책과 변화의 방향

        This paper examined the direction and the method of university reform, focusing on short-term higher education institutions of Japan : junior colleges, technical colleges, vocational colleges. First, it was found that the enrollment rate and employment rate of short-term higher education institutions in the prefecture are significantly higher than those of four-year universities, thus contributing more to community relations. Next, this study analyzed the operation and the problems of community colleges(Department of Regional Comprehensive Science) as part of junior college reform. And, the contents of the 2040 Grand Design of Higher Education announced in 2018 were reviewed, focusing on <Brush up program for professional> and <Professional College> to considered about features and problems. It can be seen that such university reforms are focused on accepting office workers, linking them with the local community, and creating linkages between industry and academia. However, since this is required for most universities, there is a concern that the competition between universities, the characteristics of universities tend to be erase, and the problems of the community colleges which has not succeeded in accepting office workers are still present. It is necessary to find a more fundamental solution

        신경 분화 유도한 인체 지방조직 유래 간질세포의 신경 표현형과 유전자 발현

        Purpose: Human adipose tissue-derived stromal cells(hADSCs) can be expanded in vitro and induced to differentiate into multiple mesenchymal cell types. In this study we have examined various neuronal phenotypes and gene expression profiles of the hADSCs in the neuronal induction.Methods: The hADSCs were isolated from human adipose tissue and they were characterized by the flow cytometry analysis using CD13, CD29, CD34, CD45, CD49d, CD90, CD105 and HLA-DR cell surface markers. We differentiated the hADSCs into the neuronal lineage by using chemical induction medium and observed the cells with contrast microscopy. The immunocytochemistry and western blotting were performed using the NSE, NeuN, Trk-A, Vimentin, N-CAM, S-100 and β- Tubulin III antibodies.Results: The hADSCs were positive for CD13(90.3 ±4%), CD29(98.9±0.7%), CD49d(13.6±6%), CD90 (99.4±0.1%), CD105(96%±2.8%) but negative for CD34, CD45 and HLA-DR. The untreated cultures of hADSCs predominately consisted of spindle shaped cells and a few large, flat cells. Three hours after the addition of induction medium, the hADSCs had changed morphology and adopted neuronal-like phenotypes. The result of immunocytochemistry and western blotting showed that NSE, NeuN, Trk-A, Vimentin, N-CAM, S- 100 and β-Tubulin III were expressed. However, NSE, NeuN, Vimentin were weakly expressed in the control. Conclusion: Theses results indicate that hADSCs have the capabillity of differentiating into neuronal lineage in a specialized culture medium. hADSCs may be useful in the treatment of a wide variety of neurological disorders.

        오타 요코의 『저녁뜸의 거리와 사람과』와 고노 후미요의 『저녁뜸의 거리 벚꽃의 나라』론 - 히로시마와 조선인 서사 그리고 기록과 허구를 중심으로 -

        In this paper, I will examine the relationship of manga artist Fumiyo Kono's 2004 manga "Town of evening calm, Country of cherry blossoms" and Ota Yoko's 1954 "Town of evening calm and People and" clarified the similarity and difference. In addition, I investigated how Hiroshima is perceived in both works, and the discourse and historical awareness of Koreans. Looking at the genre of both works, Ota's "Town of Evening Calm and People" is a kind of reportage novel, while Kono's "Town of Evening Calm Sakura no Kuni" uses video mockumentary techniques. It turned out to work as a kind of mockumentary novel.
