        유한요소해석을 이용한 복합거동 연결체의 하중지지 특성

        In this study, a complex behavior connector is proposed to overcome the problems that may occur when small pile pipe and micro pile is used as a friction pile concept in the lower foundation of an oil sand plant where a piloti foundation is used. The individual settlement and heaving of piles were connected in one group to allow the composite behavior. This study performed to analyze the load carrying capacity to identify a complex behavior. In addition, the shape of the composite behavior connector was examined to apply the advantages of pile-group and piled raft foundations to oil sand plants. A scale model was constructed to measure the behavior of the load. The stability and weakness of the device were selected to determine the shape of the connector using the scale model testing. 본 논문에서는 고상식(Piloti) 기초가 사용되는 오일샌드 플랜트의 하부기초에 소형강관 말뚝이나 마이크로 파일 등을 마찰 말뚝개념으로 사용할 경우 발생할 수 있는 문제점을 극복하고자 복합거동 연결체를제안하였다. 말뚝의 개별 침하나 융기(Heaving)를 1개의 군으로 연결하여 복합거동이 가능하도록 하였으며, 하중 지지특성을 분석하였다. 기존 무리말뚝과 말뚝전면(Piled raft) 기초의 장점을 오일샌드 플랜트에 적용 할 수 있도록 복합거동 연결체의 형상을 결정하였다. 또한, 축소모형을 제작하여 하중에 대한거동을 계측하고, 이를 통해 장치의 안정성 및 취약부위를 검토하여 연결체의 형태를 평가하였다.

        어머니의 심리적 통제가 대학생의 심리적 적응에 미치는 영향: 완벽주의와 인정욕구의 매개효과

        This study investigated the effects of perceived maternal psychological control, perfectionism, and the need for approval on psychological adjustment including anxiety and depression. A total of 500 (N=500) students from several universities in the greater Seoul area participated in the current study. The results showed that the students who either resided with their parents or whose mother was a housewife perceived a higher level of maternal psychological control than others. A full mediational model where maternal psychological control influenced perfectionism, which increased the need for approval and subsequently raised the level of anxiety and depression, showed good fit. These findings indicated that maternal control was a significant risk factor for psychological adjustment among Korean college students. Perfectionism and the need for approval were significant in mediating the effect of maternal control on anxiety and depression. Implications of the current findings in terms of providing counseling for college students, and suggestions for future study are included in the discussion. 본 연구에서는 부모의 심리적 통제가 대학생의 심리적 적응에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 이 과정에 완벽주의와 인정욕구의 관련성을 확인하였다. 이를 위해 남녀 대학생 500명(N=500)을 대상으로 어머니의 심리통제가 대학생의 우울과 불안에 영향을 미치는 경로에 완벽주의와 인정욕구의 매개효과를 가정한 경로구조모형을 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 첫째, 부모와 동거하는, 그리고 어머니가 전업주부인 대학생이 어머니의 심리통제를 유의미하게 높게 지각하였다. 둘째, 심리통제, 완벽주의, 인정욕구, 우울 및 불안은 유의미한 상관을 보였다. 셋째, 구조방정식 분석 결과 심리통제가 증가할수록 완벽주의가 가중되었으며, 완벽주의가 심화될수록 인정욕구가 증가하여 우울과 불안이 높아지는 이중완전매개 경로구조모형의 적합도가 좋게 나왔다. 본 연구결과는 어머니의 심리통제가 완벽주의와 인정욕구를 매개로 대학생의 우울과 불안에 영향을 미치는 경로를 확인함으로써 성인이 된 대학생 자녀의 심리적 적응에 부모의 심리통제가 유의미한 위험요인임을 밝혔다. 또한 어머니의 심리통제가 자녀의 적응문제에 영향을 미치는 과정에 인정욕구와 완벽주의의 역할을 확인하여 관련연구를 확장하였다. 본 연구결과의 상담적 함의와 후속연구를 위한 제언을 논의에 포함하였다.

        Semicircular Horizontal Approach in Breast Reduction: Clinical Experience in 38 Cases

        Background Various techniques are used for performing breast reduction. Wise-pattern and vertical scar techniques are the most commonly employed approaches. However, a vertical scar in the mid-lower breast is prominent and aesthetically less pleasant. In contrast, a semicircular horizontal approach does not leave a vertical scar in the mid breast and transverse scars can be hidden in the inframammary fold. In this paper, we describe the experiences and results of semicircular horizontal breast reductions performed by a single surgeon. Methods Between September 1996 and October 2013, our senior author used this technique in 38 cases in the US and at our institution. We used a superiorly based semicircular incision, where the upper skin paddle was pulled down to the inframammary fold with the nippleareola complex pulled through the keyhole. Results The average total reduction per breast was 584 g, ranging from 286 to 794 g. The inferior longitudinal pedicle was used in all the cases. The average reduction of the distance from the sternal notch to the nipple was 13 cm (range, 11–15 cm). The mean decrease in the bra cup size was 1.7 cup sizes (range, a decrease of 1 to 3). We obtained very satisfactory results with a less noticeable scar, no complication such as necrosis of the nipple or the skin flap, wound infection, aseptic necrosis of the breast tissue, or wound dehiscence. One patient had a small hematoma that resolved spontaneously. Conclusions This technique is straightforward and easy to learn, and offers a safe, effective, and predictable way for treating mammary hypertrophy.

        댄스스포츠 운동강도가 여성고령자의 면역글로블린에 미치는 영향

        The main purpose of this dissertation is to discuss and analyze the effect of immunoglobulin on exercise intensity in the elderly women over 70. For the purpose, this researcher 6 elderly women 70 or over who had no experience of exercise program participation, had no problem in using motor functions for daily life and agreed to participate in the study. Those elderly women were asked to participate in dance sport Dance sport programs were performed one time per week for three weeks with RPE 9~13 intensity corresponding to 45-70%HRmax(low intensity : 45~53%HRmax, middle intensity : 55~60%HRmax, high intensity : 65~70%HRmax). The following conclusion can be obtained by analyzing and comparing the change of immunoglobulin on exercise intensity in the elderly women over 70 years. IgG is increase in 55~60%HRmax and 65~70%HRmax. If we judge the result of analyzing immunoglobulin on exercise intensity, immunoglobulin of 55~60%HRmax and 65~70%HRmax are better than 45~50%HRmax, but their concrete and detailed mechanism is not yet explained fully. Elderly people`s disease is mainly due to the degeneration of their immunoglobulin. For this reason, exercise intensity suitable for those people should be carefully considered in exercise intensity and exercise program. Therefore, there needs more continuous and profound researches on the immunoglobulin.

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the isokinetic strengh in dance type of university students. For the purpose, the subjects were 18 female dancer(ballet 6, modern dance 6, Korean dance 6) in Sin Ra university and isokinetic strength test of 18 subjects were proceed at speed of the 60deg/sec, 120deg/sec, 250deg/sec by the Cybex 770+TMC system. 1. The peak torque of hamstring 1) In dominant limb, ballet was significantly higher than modern dance and Korean dance at speed 60deg/sec, 120deg/sec, 250deg/sec. 2) In nondominant limb, ballet was significantly higher than modern dance and Korean dance at speed 60deg/sec, 120deg/sec, 250deg/sec. 2. The peak torque of quardriceps 1) In dominant limb, there is no significant at speed difference of 60deg/sec, 120deg/sec, 250deg/sec. 2) In nondominant limb, there was no significant at speed difference of 60deg/sec, 120deg/sec, and ballet, modern dance is significantly higher than Korean dance at speed of 250deg/sec. 3. The peak torque %BW of hamstring and quadriceps. In hamstring: 1) In dominant limb, ballet was significantly higher than modern dance and Korean dance at speed 60deg/sec, 250deg/sec, and there was no significant at speed of 120deg/sec. 2) In nondominant limb, ballet was significantly higher than modern dance and Korean dance at speed 60deg/sec, and there was no significant at speed of 120deg/sec, 250deg/sec. In quadriceps: 1) In dominant limb, ballet was significantly higher than modern dance and Korean dance at speed 60deg/sec, ballet and modern dance are significantly higher than Korean dance at speed 120deg/sec, 250deg/sec. 2) In nondominant limb, ballet was significantly higher than modern dance and Korean dance at speed 60deg/sec, 120deg/sec, and there was no significant at speed of 250deg/sec.

        This paper describes to evaluate the performance of ventilation as a change of CO₂ concentration with ventilation rate under 35 occupants in a school classroom. Variations of the CO₂ concentration as a function of time are measured at center point of classroom with air ventilation rates by the CO₂ gas monitor. For 800 ㎥/h of ventilation rate in the classroom, the average CO₂ concentration is 913 ppm. The ventilation rate is sufficient to meet acceptable indoor air quality (≤ 1,000 ppm of CO₂, KS school standard) in the classroom of 35 students.

        자연과학편 : 저강도 해변 걷기운동이 고령자의 면역글로블린에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate effects of low intensity beach walking exercise on elderly men`s immunoglobulin. For the purpose, this researcher 6 old men aged 70 or over who had no experience of exercise program participation, had no problem in using motor functions for daily life and agreed to participate in the study. Those men were asked to participate in low intensity beach walking exercise.Low intensity beach walking exercise were performed two times per week for 12 weeks with RPE 9~10 intensity corresponding to 45~50%HRmax. It is observed that immunogloulin IgA, IgG, IgM. All date were expressed as mean and standard deviations by using SPSS window 10.0 package programs and were analyzed by using paired t-test to evaluate the change of within group.The following conclusion can be obtained by analyzing and comparing the change of immunoglobulin on low intensity beach walking exercise in the elderly men.IgA and IgG are increased in 4550%HRmax.The present study supposed that the low intensity beach walking exercise can have positive effects on immunoglobulin in elderly men. but their concrete and detailed mechanism is not yet explained fully. Elderly people's disease is mainly due to the degeneration of their immunoglobulin. For this reason, exercise intensity suitable for those people should be carefully considered in exercise intensity and exercise program.Therefore, there needs more continuous and profound researches on the immunoglobulin.
