Although turbulent flow separation in two dimensional diffuser was in an old topic, little credible information is available on the flow details that must be understood to predict flows of this type. Consequently, flow models that are based on valid data are not well developed. Then the present paper is prepared the fundamental experiments and discussion for the flow characteristics in a two dimensional nonsymmetric diffuser. The divergence angles of diffuser was varied to 0˚, 2.5˚, 3.5˚, 5˚, 7˚, 8˚, 9˚, 10.5˚. The working fluid was air, and the static pressure distribution on the diffuser walls were measured by a static pitot tube and a digital micromanometer, the backflow rates were measured by a backflow rate probe and an equipment composed of backflow rate circuits. Also the mean velocity components and turbulent quantities were measured by a hotwire anemometer and a Random Signal Ensemble Statistical Analysis Instrumentation.

Screw compressors with alternative refrigerants to protect ozone layer and minimize global warming are used for the air conditioning and process cooling, heat pump cycle, etc. Now the use of alternative refrigerants for chiller has been spread to all of air conditioning & refrigeration industry. Therefore the development of 80HP semi-hermetic screw refrigeration compressors has been accompanied with a test using alternative refrigerants. We tested the 80HP screw refrigeration compressor using R22, R134a and R407C, and measured the cooling capacity, input power, volumetric efficiency and adiabatic efficiency by pressure ratio.

In this paper, passage tunnel in three dimensional turbulent flow by Reynolds mean Navier-stokes equation of motion was object method of analysis and the valuation, the subject of three dimensional flow inducement by pressure grade in winding pipe passage tunnel of squre section were investigated measure on velocity fluctuation and time mean velocity of three direction that is measurement of flow.

본 연구는 지방권력 교체기에 지압정부의 복지배정에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고, 원인을 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 제 5회 지방선거가 실시되었던 2010-2011년 시기를 중심으로 사회경제적 요인, 복지수요 요인, 지방정치 요인 등이 전국 228개 기초자치단체의 복지예산비율과 그 변화량에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 2011년 자치단체의 전체예산 대비 복지예산비율에 유의한 영향을 미친 요인은 자치단체 유형, 재정자립도, 빈곤 및 노인인구 비율, 단체장의 득표율과 정치경력 및 이념 성향, 단체장과 지방의회의 경쟁관계로 나타났다. 또한 2010-2011년 사이 복지예산 비율의 변화량에는 자치단체 유형, 재정자립도와 의회권력 구조가 결정변수로 작용하였다. This research explores the factors that explain budget allocation for welfare services in municipal government around a political election period. Drawing insights from the relevant literature, an analytical framework is constructed to identify the predictors of local welfare budget allocation and change, including socioeconomic factors, the size of policy target groups, and political factors. Data were collected from the national database on local government affairs, which is provided by the Korean Statistical Information Service. Findings from the regression analysis suggest that the budget allocation for welfare services in municipal government is significantly influenced by the type of government and its financial capability, local governors" ideological inclination, the level of political support from the local constituency, and the competition between governors and councils. Increases in welfare budget are also found to be facilitated by the financial capability of municipal governments and competition between political parties in local councils.

A centrifugal compressor for HFC-134a has been newly designed and developed. Flow analysis using commercial programs was used to evaluate performance and internal flow of the impeller, inlet guide vane and diffuser etc. The purpose of this study is to establish the design theory necessary to the development of HFC-134a centrifugal compressors and to supply basic data related to design by reviewing design values and experimental values through the performance test. The compressor for HFC-134a was also investigated experimentally to check compression performance. The calculated data coincide the test results of compressor. The data obtained in the present study are useful for design of HFC-134a centrifugal compressors.
