        산림 및 녹색산업분야 일자리 고용 전망에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to describe the policies and outlooks of the green jobs including the forest area. The Methodology of the study was mainly on literature review and second data used and analyzed to get the result. The findings of the study was the manpower of Green Jobs was 2.5% in 2009, it should be expected to 2.9 percent in 2016, and overall of the green jobs and forest area of the outlooks should be increased from 46 percent to 56 percent in each sector of green and forest area. The climate changes and environmental pollutions would push the conditions of new green jobs in forest area as well as waste-based industry. The suggestions were made based on the study of which one is policy-making should be prepared for creating Green Jobs and the forest area.

        충청지역 기능대학과 직업전문학교 기술인력양성 프로그램에서 교수 - 학습 방법의 활용 실태 인식 조사

        The objectives of the study were to identify the using instructional approaches and its effectiveness as perceived by professors of Institute of Technical Colleges and teachers of Institute of Vocational Schools and to derive the new paradigm their using instructional approaches for developing better technical resources in Chung-Cheong Provinces. The method of the study was employed and utilized to survey and literature review. The results of the study in the using instructional approaches were the two groups used lecture/dictation method high amounts in theoretical contents, and OHP was highly used on professors. They needed highly of newly developed approaches in their technical programs, which should be adopted faster. The four-step instructional approaches in technical training were heavily used than any approaches. In-service program for revolution of instructional approaches should be launched to provide them various instructional technology and teaching arts in their classes.

      • TV드라마 서사구조의 신화원형 분석을 통한 스토리텔링 디자인 모델

        This study presents the storytelling design model for cultural contents as well as narrative contents, through the monomyth (the hero's odyssey) analysis of TV drama narrative. The monomyth is a living archetype of the current story, the current story is a synchronized variation of the monomyth which is recontextualized in time and space context. The hero's odyssey can well be the practical model in the search of the storytelling design fundamentals. The 16 staging of the hero's journey, the character graph of hero's growth & change, and the (double- )helix spiral progress of episodes are presented as a practical designing model for storytelling of the current culture, contents as well as stories, analyzing the narrative structure of a popular TV drama, "Dong-yee"

        A Prospective and Sustainable Forestry Job Development in Korea

        이 연구의 목적은 미래 산림분야의 유망한 장기 일자리를 분석하고, 산림분야 일자리 수요-공급에 따른 유망한 일자리를 제안하는 데 있다. 연구방법으로는 산림분야 일반/전문직업을 도출하기 위해 전문가 델파이 연구 결과와 관련연구 결과를 비교, 분석 하였다. 연구결과 선정된 일자리는 최근 관심이 높아지고 있는 의료 및 복지와 관련된 직업, 산림 자체를 유지·관리·보호하는 직업, 기후변화에 따른 새로운 자원으로써 산림에서 구할 수 있는 유기물을 활용한 자원개발과 관련된 직업 등이었다. The purposes of this study were to analyze the long-term trends for the outlook for job development in the forestry sector and to identify supply and demand on job markets. Due to the results of the studies of the forest area would be focused on area of forest therapy and guide, forest biomass research, researcher on prevention & control of forest pests, technician for forest protection, expert in forest disaster prevention, investigating of overseas tree species, and similarly the qualification items should be given more in trees and or bio-energy producer, forest saver and preventer, forest therapist and guide, tree pesticide doctor, forestry job regulator, etc. The main implication of the study result is that the reason of climate changes, environment pollutions and green-energy productivity would push the conditions of job market trend in forest workforce area.

        환경기초 인적자원개발을 위한 교사의 환경소양 및 친화행동모델과 관련변인 고찰

        The objectives of the study were to: 1) extract the seriousness of and the importance of teachers’ environmental literacy and environment-friendly behaviors in elementary school. 2) determine the relative strengths of the relationships between each of these variables and environmental behavior, and 3) formulate a model of environmental behavior representative of the findings synthesized in the study. The major findings of this study were as: The variables were found to be associated with responsible environmental behavior: knowledge of issues, knowledge of action strategies, locus of control, attitudes, and an individual’s responsibility. Lewin’s field theory and life-span development theory provided the theoretical basis for the development of a model of environmental education commitment. In brief, this model assumes that different types of life experiences affect attitude toward teaching model of environmental education. Commitment, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control. These variables, in turn, affect teachers’ commitment to teaching environmental education. A teacher’s outdoor recreation experiences and perceived control about teaching are two key constructs that have a direct effect on commitment to environmental education. Environmental sensitivity, an important variable in environmental awareness and in the predisposition to take responsible environmental action were associated with teachers’ environmental attitude outcomes and friendly-behaviors in each.

        농업인의 교육요구를 고려한 농촌지도사업의 발전 방향

        The Extension Program accountability will continue to be an influential force to develop agriculture and rural area. As we incorporate new approaches into our service program and respond to new domains of knowledge, we must also consider how our assessment strategies may need to change in order to meet local and other external standards. The main purpose of the study was to be what the best way of Extension Service is set farmers` educational needs met and to be what kind of methodologies and role of Extension system should provide for their faced problem solving effectively. The major results of the study on Farmers` needs toward Korean Extension Services are summarized as follows. First, it is observed that, when the farmers` perceptions were analyzed, the most ranked by the farmers` needs was having nice extension workers to get advice and solve their problems on the farm in all at once. Farmers had especially more positive attitudes in the categories of interest and careers in ag-technology. To do services level up, the headquarter of Rural Development of Administration must be work with local branches to effectively deliver their missions and educational objectives to target crops and farmers group. And farmers were strongly needed a specialized service team will be organized to work closely with operating services for ag-products processing, packing and marketing. The recommendations were made by: farmers` needs should be identified and announced by computer networking development to solve their problems faster. Also, provincial and county level service members should have a chance to working at research institute or related work places with their incentives, which system will be easer to meet farmers` needs and deal with their problems so that the systematic approaches should be managed and recorded their educational attendings, education contents and even their farming corporations. Finally, Agricultural Extension Service should be met to general ag-technology literacy and be balanced with knowledge of other industries and be competitive service with better values in non-agricultural sectors.

        초등학교 교재원의 효율적 운영 방안에 관한 연구

        The purposes of this study were to analyse teaching plants-aids, to grasp the actual conditions and elementary teachers’ needs of the teaching materials-resources, to grope for the effective management of the teaching materials-resources. The major results of this study were follows; (1) The 128 texts of elementary school contained 204 species, appeared 992 times of plants. And Learning used teaching plants-aids has been executed in the curriculum of elementary school. (2) Learning used teaching aids plant has not been executed through all texts on curriculum but through practical arts and science. (3) Elementary school teachers must secure enough time and space, have an ability for effective management of teaching materials-resources. (4) Elementary school principals must assist the creation of teaching materials-resources, the preparation and management of teaching plants-aids.

        고등학교 환경 교육 프로그램의 문제점과 개선방안

        The primary purpose of this study was to identify perceptions of environmental education teachers in Korea high schools regarding environmental education situation, students'environmental knowledge and attitude and to prupose recommendations for better environmental education program management. The results were derived to not offering environmental subiect matter in many schools because of other subiects macers, not affecting to change students'knowledge and attitude even though offered environment subiect in some schools, no supporting policy to offer environmenlal subiects in high schools, no consistency and unifications in the program contents, not enough maiored teachers fo? the subiect and no chance to having in-service education to the teachers, etc. One of 7he main recommendations was to be needed more realistic and more future oriented offerings and managing environmental education and teaching-loaming approach in high schools.

        실과교육에서 ICT 활용의 철학적 배경 : 그 이슈와 대안 -구성주의 vs 객관주의를 중심으로 Constructivism vs Objectivism

        The objectives of this study were to ascertain philosphical basis between objectivism and constructivism and compare the two philosophical differences in the teaching and learning environment, and to discuss the two theories in utilizing ICT classes in practical arts education. The methodology used in the study was literature review and study organized to 1) philosophical issues in using ICT, 2) perspectives and characteristics of the two theories and 3) conclusions and recommendations. The result of the study were that utilizing ICT in practical arts education the objectives of teaching-loaning could be descrived to objectivism based, however the instruction might be implemented based on constructivism. It means that teachers could have errored on their using ICT in practical arts education. If we use all of the materials real and more picturesque examples, it could be much better approach than showing on the computer. Because one of the purposes of practical arts education is offered to raise their emotional domain, which means that real and manipulating concerns are developing on doing and handling rather than seeing and listening. Therefore teachers must keep in attention on their delivering subject matters that how ICT gotta be used and what philosophical basis should be involved. Objectivism or onstrctivism should not be understood to which are not against theories each other, which should be used by alternative tools on teaching and learing in practical arts education, especially for utilizing ICT.
