        근관내 여러 가지 조건에 따른 Root-ZX의 정확도에 관한 연구

        Currently frequency-dependent type electronic apex locators have been widely used to determine working length in endodontic treatment. But, accuracy of electronic apex locators in controversial. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the in vitro accuracy of Root-ZX(Morita Co., Japan) at different kinds of conditions of root canals compared with radiographic working length. The 40 extracted human anterior teeth with fully formed apices and without any caries were used. The radiographs were taken for working length with the 0.5㎜ short of #15 K-file tip just visible at the foramen under the surgical microscope(Carl Zeiss Co., Germany) at 25X. Then the electronic working lengths were determined with Root-ZX at the different kinds of conditions of root canals according to the presence of electrolyte and Crown-down pressureless technique. The results were as follows ; 1. There was no significant statistical difference in working length between radiographic and Root-ZX. 2. There was no significant statistical difference in electronic working length between the canal with electrolyte and without electrolyte. 3. There was no significant statistical difference in electronic working length between the canal without any instrumentation and after Crown-down pressureless technique. 4. Of the total 40 root canals, 85% in Group Ⅰ, 92.5% in Group Ⅱ, 95% in Group Ⅲ and 95% in Group Ⅳ using Root-ZX showed coincidence within ±0.5㎜ accuracy compaing with the radiographic working length. The results showed that the Root-ZX can be use effectively for measuring the working length of root canal after instrumentation with Crown-down pressureless technique regardless of the presence of electrolyte in root canal.

        After the domestic stock market is opened to foreigner investors, foreigner investors are forming a great part of the domestic stock market. In this situation, investment patterns of foreigner investors are exerting a huge impact on the domestic stock market streaming. In this study, we extracted predictor variables through analyzing influencing factors on the domestic stock market streaming. Then the domestic stock market streaming is forecasted by using predictor variables. To establish a prediction model of the stock market streaming, we applied logistic regression analysis and neural network technique.

      • 정맥내 통증자가조절장치로 투여된 Fentanyl과 Ketorolac이 수술 후 오심 구토에 미치는 영향

        This study was performed to assess the effect of fentanyl and ketorolac in intravenous patient-controlled analgesia (IV-PCA) on postoperative nausea and vomiting. And we also evaluated the antiemetic effect of ondansetron. Ninety three patients who were undergoing elective operation of three departments (gynecology, GY; general surgery, GS; orthopedic surgery, OS) received enflurane anesthesia and IV-PCA. The IV-PCA device was filled with fentanyl 12-15 pg/kg, ketorolac 4-5 mg/kg and normal saline into total dose of 65 ml. After loading 5 ml of the above solution, the IV-PCA was started at a setting of 0.5 ml/h of basal infusion rate and 0.5 ml per demand, with 15 minutes lockout interval. Patients undergoing abdominal surgery were randomly allocated into ondansetron group and non-ondansetron group based on the addition of ondansetron 4 mg into the IV-PCA device. We assessed the incidence of nausea, vomiting by departments and ondansetron usage at operation day (OD), postoperative day 1 (POD1) and 2 (POD2). The incidence of nausea was 34%, 10.3% and 0% at OD in GY, GS and 0s respectively. There was no difference between ondansetron group and non-ondansetron group in the incidence of nausea and vomiting. The patients who received gynecological operation showed higher rate of postoperative nausea and vomiting at OD and PODI. Also, addition of ondansetron into IV-PCA with fentanyl and ketorolac did not reduce the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting in abdominal operation.

        Nutritional Values of Rice Bran and Effects of Its Dietary Supplementations on the Performances of Broiler Chickens

        본 실험은 생미강을 부존 사료 자원으로 사용하기 위한 사료적 가치 평가와 육계의 생산성에 미치는 영향을 구명함과 동시에 TAAA와 TMEn을 이용한 사료배합의 필요성을 검증하기 위하여 실시하였다. 실험 1에서는 종계 수탉을 공시하여 생미강을 강제 급여함으로서 TME, TMEn 그리고 TAAA를 측정하였고, 실험 2에서는 대조구, 생미강(5, 10, 15%) 첨가구의 4개 처리구에 처리당 3반복 반복당 6수로 완전 임의 배치하여 사양실험을 실시하였다. 생미강의 TME와 TMEn은 건물기준으로 각각 3.25 kcal/g와 3.12 kcal/g이었고, 16개 아미노산의 평균 생체 이용율(TAAA)은 76.21% 이었다. 3주령부터 6주령까지 실시한 사양실험에서 생미강 첨가구에서 사료섭취량이 다소 증가하는 경향을 나타내었지만, 유의한 차이는 인정되지 않았다. 증체량과 사료요구율에 있어서도 생미강 첨가구에서 다소 높은 경향을 보였으나 유의한 차이는 인정되지 않았다. 본 실험 결과 TMEn과 TAAA를 기초로 사료를 배합할 경우 부존원료의 이용에 의한 성장성적의 저하를 막을 수 있었고, 생미강을 15%까지 첨가하여도 아무런 부정적인 영향 없이 사료를 배합할 수 있어 부존 사료 자원으로 이용할 수 있음이 입증되었다. Two experiments were conducted to evaluate the nutritional values of rice bran and to examine effects of its dietary supplementation on broiler performances. In the first experiment, true metabolizable energy(TME), nitrogen corrected true metabolizable energy(TMEn), and true amino acid availability(TAAA) values of the rice bran were determined by force-feeding sixteen roosters(ISA-Brown). In the second experiment, 3-week-old male broiler chickens(Avian) were divided into four groups and fed each one of four experimental diets containing 0, 5, 10 or 15% rice bran for 21 days. TME and TMEn values of the rice bran(dry matter basis) were 3.25 kcal/g and 3.12 kcal/g, respectively, and the average TAAA value of the 16 amino acids was 76.21%. The average feed intake and body weight gain of the birds fed diets containing rice bran were apparently greater than those of the control group although the differences were not significant statistically. From the results, it can be concluded that feed formulation using bioavailability values, such as TMEn and TAAA, is an effective method for protecting the high variation in growth performances and that rice bran can be used for broiler feeds to 15% without any significant negative effects.

      • 가축사양에 있어서 감 과피와 감 과피 탄닌 추출물의 이용

        Tannins are phenolic compounds that precipitate proteins and composed of a very diverse group of oligomers and polymers. Tannins are potential biological antioxidants, which are widely believed to be an important line of defense against oxidative damage and may participate in the prevention of cancer and cardiovascular disease. Persimmon(Diospyros kaki L.) has been cultivated in East Asia and is a good source of nutritional antioxidant vitamins, carotenoids and tannins. In general persimmon peel was regarded as a waste matter, although based on recent studies, the peel contains more carotenoids and polyphenols than pulp. Several investigation conducted in experimental animals have reported that dietary persimmon fruit and peel effectively lowered the levels of plasma total cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol. We conducted experiments to investigate in vitro antioxidative activities of persimmon peel powder (PP) and its soluble tannin extract (ST) and their dietary effects on productive performances and physiological responses in poultry. The PP and ST exhibitedin vitro antioxidative activity in SODlike activity model. The yolk color and eggshell color were significantly improved by the addition of PP and ST into layer diets. The contents of total cholesterol, triacylglycerol and phospholipid of liver in the groups fed diets containing PP and ST tended to be reduce as compared with those of control. With adding of PP and ST, Haugh unit was increased after 7 and 14 days of storage. In conclusion, PP and ST can be used as valuable feed additives for reducing hepatic lipid contents without harmful effects on overall productive performances and physiological responses in laying hens.

        고안전도 차량을 위한 자율주행 시스템

        This paper is concerned with development of system to detect an obstructive vehicle which is an essential prerequisite for autonomous driving system of ASV(Advanced Safety Vehicle). First, the boundary of driving lanes is detected by a Kalman filter through the front image obtained by a CCD camera. Then, lanes are recognized by regression analysis of the detected boundary. Second, parameters of road curvature within the detected lane are used as input in error-BP algorithm to recognize the driving direction. Finally, an obstructive vehicle that enters into the detection region can be detected through setting detection fields of the front and lateral side. The experimental results showed that the proposed system has high accuracy more than 90% in the recognition rate of driving direction and the detection rate of an obstructive vehicle. 본 연구는 고안전도 차량의 자율주행을 위해 필수적인 장애물 차량 탐지를 위한 시스템 개발에 관한 것이다. 먼저 칼만필터를 이용해 차량에 부착된 CCD 카메라에 의해서 획득한 전방 영상으로부터 주행차선의 경계를 탐지한다. 그리고 탐지된 경계의 회귀분석을 통해 차선을 인식한다. 다음으로 주행 방향을 인식하기 위해 탐지된 차선내의 도로 굴곡 파라미터를 오류 역전파 알고리즘의 입력값으로 사용한다. 마지막으로 전방과 측방에 탐지영역을 설정함으로써 탐지영역으로 들어오는 장애물 차량을 탐지할 수 있다. 제안한 방법으로 실험한 결과 주행방향 인식과 장애물 차량의 인식 모두 90% 이상의 높은 정확도를 보였다.
