DC 마그네트론 스파터링의 비대칭 자석강조에 의한 ITO 박막 제조 및 물성에 관한 연구

Transparent conducting indium tin oxide (TC-ITO) thin films are deposited on soda lime glass by a dc magnetron sputtering technique having the unbalanced-magnet structure in order to improve the electrical/material characteristics and to avoid the surface damages. The material properties are measured by the x-ray diffractometer (XRD) and atomic force microscope (AFM). The (400) peak as the preferred orientation of <100> direction for ITO thin films is stabilized with the increase of substrate temperature. The surface roughness estimated by AFM 3D image at the substrate temperature of 40$0^{\circ}C$ is extremely uniform. The best resistivity of ITO films (5500 $\AA$ thick) at 40$0^{\circ}C$ is about 1.3$\times$10$^{-4}$ $\Omega$cm on the position of 4 cm from substrate center.
기업가정신과 관리적 단기지향성 간에 전략적 성과측정시스템 이용의 역할

This study examines the effects of entrepreneurship on the managerial short-termism, the effect of entrepreneurship on the SPMS, the effect of SPMS on the managerial short-termism, and in total, the mediation effect of SPMS between entrepreneurship and managerial short-termism. We also provide some implications. In this study, we have three hypotheses from the previous studies. We conducted an empirical analysis on the survey method of domestic companies with sales of more than 10 billion won and employees with more than 100 employees. Entrepreneurship measured the degree of innovation, risk-taking and progression of organizations. SPMS measured the diversity of performance indicators and the degree of strategic alignment of performance indicators. Managerial short-termism was measured as decision-making to achieve the best results in the short term but not in the long term. The results are as follows. Entrepreneurship did not have a direct relationship with managerial short-term orientation. Entrepreneurship has a positive relationship with SPMS, and SPMS has a significant negative relationship with managerial short-termism. To exercise entrepreneurship, you need to control short-termism and maintain a long-term perspective. To do this, it will be important to use SPMS to clarify the company's objectives and to link strategy and drivers of performance so that members of the organization know how their work relates to their long-term goals. 본 연구는 기업가정신이 관리적 단기지향성에 미치는 영향과 기업가정신이 SPMS에 미치는 영향, SPMS가 관리적 단기지향성에 미치는 영향, 그리고 이를 종합하여 기업가정신과 관리적 단기지향성 간에 SPMS의 매개효과 관계를 실증하고 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 선행연구를 검토하여 3개의 가설을 도출하였다. 이를 검증하기 위해 국내 기업 중 매출액 100억 원 이상이고 종업원 100명 이상인 기업을 대상으로 설문조사기법을 통한 실증분석을 하였다. 기업가정신은 조직의 혁신성, 위험감수성, 그리고 진취성 정도를 측정하였다. SPMS는 성과측정지표의 다양성과 성과측정지표의 전략적 정렬 정도를 측정하였다. 관리적 단기지향성은 장기적으로 최선이 아니지만 단기적으로 최선인 결과를 얻기 위한 의사결정 추구 정도로 측정하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 기업가정신은 관리적 단기지향성과 직접적인 관계는 나타나지 않았다. 기업가정신은 SPMS와 정(+)의 관계가 있고 SPMS는 관리적 단기지향성과 유의한 부(-)의 관계가 나타났다. 기업가정신을 제대로 발휘하려면 단기지향성을 통제하고 장기적 관점을 유지할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해서는 SPMS를 활용하여 기업의 목표를 명확히 나타내고 전략과 성과동인을 연결하여 조직구성원이 업무와 조직의 장기목표가 어떻게 관련되는지를 알게 하는 것이 중요할 것이다.
300 M 강의 피로특성에 미치는 Shot-Peening 의 영향

Effects of shot peening on the residual stresses and fatigue properties of 300M steel were studied. The fatigue strength was enhanced by 90 ㎫ and the fatigue life was improved approximately by 800% with the shot peening at 24 amp. of impeller current for 2 min. Excessive shot peening caused surface defects and reduced the improvement of fatigue properties. The fatigue crack initiation site was found to move to subsurface mainly near non-metallic inclusions, with the increase of shot peening intensity and residual stress, but the defects on the surface was dominant crack initiation site in the excessively shot-peened specimen. The mechanism of improvement in fatigue properties in case of the subsurface fatigue crack initiation was discussed.
High Pressure Gas Atomizer 에 의한 Al 합금분말의 제조에 관한 연구

The effects of gas atomization variables on the particle size distribution and particle shape of Al alloys were studied with the self-manufactued high pressure gas atomizer at the range of melt flow rate (Mm) of 1.8-8.0 ㎏/min and gas flow rate (㎎) of 1.7-3.0 ㎏/min. In these ranges, powders of mass mean diameter of 40-100㎛, and geometric standard deviation of 1.2-2.8 were obtained. The ratio of ㎎/Mn seemed to be the dominant factor determining the particle size distribution by affecting the prefilming behavior of the melt: as the ratio of ㎎/Mm increased, the melt prefilm seemed to become thinner, and finer particles were produced. Liquid state volume contraction, oxidation and collision between powders were the main factors determining the powder shape. The cooling rate of 270 mesh powders manufactured in this study was estimated to exceed 5×10⁴K/sec.
