        Fe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>−CoO−Cr<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>−MnO<sub>2</sub>계 안료의 합성 및 유약에서의 발색

        Synthesis and characterization of pigments by using $Fe_2O_3,\;CoO,\;Cr_2O_3\;and\;MnO_2$ were undertaken. The resulting pigments were characterized by using XRD, SEM, FT-IR and UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The color of glazed tiles containing 6 wt% pigment changed from dark green to black depending on the compositions of used materials. Pigments were calcined with mixed materials at $1350^{\circ}C$, and the dark green and dark brown color were obtained. Pigments were used to determine possible interactions between a pigment and a glaze.

        (Cr, Fe)-doped Y<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>계 붉은 안료의 합성과 특성

        Perovskite codoped with chromium and iron have been studied. Samples with $YAl_{0.96}(Cr_{0.04-x}Fe_x)O_3$(x=0.01, 0.02, 0.03, 0.04) were prepared by solid state reaction at $1450^{\circ}C$ for 6 h and were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, Raman spectroscopy, SEM and UV-vis spectrophotometer. The color of the synthesized pigments were from red to dark brown(in bulk). Up to 0.02 mole $Fe_2O_3$ for substituting $Cr_2O_3$ development of color in lime-glaze gives good red color but as increasing amount of $Fe_2O_3$ and decreasing $Cr_2O_3$ proportionally produce from brownish red to brown. Increasing $Fe_2O_3$ amount lead to weaken crystal field relatively due to have smaller ionic radius than $Cr_2O_3$ ionic one. The UV-vis peaks were shifted to lower wavelength.

        Cr-doped Y<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>계 붉은 안료의 합성과 적용

        New inorganic red pigments based on Cr-doped $Y_2O_3$ and $Al_2O_3$ were synthesized by solid state method and characterization of their pigments were characterized by using XRD, FT-IR, SEM and UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The single perovskite phase revealed at $1450^{\circ}C{\sim}1550^{\circ}C$ for 6 h due to using mineralizers. The color of pigment powders resulted out various red-shades depending on the compositions of used materials and temperatures. Glazed tiles painted with pigment powders showed red color in oxidation and reduction firing. The best red colour was obtained when the $Cr_2O_3$ was used 0.04 mole at $1450^{\circ}C$ for 6 h.

        Zn<sub>2</sub>TiO<sub>4</sub>가 아연결정유약에 미치는 효과

        아연결정유약에 Anatase 형 $TiO_2$에 의해 생성되는 $Zn_2TiO_4$가 효과적인 결정 생성제로 나타났다. 이에 저온에서 생성되는 $Zn_2TiO_4$를 인위적으로 합성하여 유약의 미치는 효과를 규명하였다. 첨가 $Zn_2TiO_4$는 저온에서 생성되는 결정으로 아연결정 W의 핵으로 작용하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 합성된 $Zn_2TiO_4$를 유약에 5 wt% 첨가하면 유약 내에 결정생성이 증가하며 안정적으로 유지된다. 특히, $Zn_2TiO_4$ 합성 시 발색제로 CoO, NiO, CuO를 각각 고용시켜 유약에 첨가하면 발색제의 고용효과가 커져 Willemite 결정의 다양한 발색에 큰 효과를 얻을 수 있다. $Zn_2TiO_4$, using an anatase form of $TiO_2$ on zinc crystalline glaze, was shown as effective nuclear agent. Thus the effects on glaze were studied with synthesized $Zn_2TiO_4$ at low temperature. First, the chromophore elements were employed in synthesized $Zn_2TiO_4$ then add them in the zinc crystalline glaze. Crystal creation and development of color by $Zn_2TiO_4$ addition on the zinc crystalline glaze were more effective. Addition of $Zn_2TiO_4$, which is developed in low range temperature, is effected as zinc crystalline nuclear in the willemite glaze. When 5 wt% of synthesized $Zn_2TiO_4$ was added to the willemite glaze, nuclear creation increases and steadily retains. Therefore addition of respectively doped $Zn_2TiO_4$ with CoO, NiO, and CuO would increase doped effects in the glaze, various color willemite crystal were obtained.

      • 수지(手指)에 발생한 Glomus Tumor - 치험 2례 보고 -

        Glomus tbmor of the hand has been well documented lesion that usually presents as painful dermal nodule in the finger. Glomus tumor may be difficult in diagnostic and therapeutic problems because of relatively rare and not easily experienced cases. Normal glomus body presents in the skin and subcutis of the extremity, but the normal body is not more than 1 mm3) in size. Most evidence indicates that the main function of the normal glomus body is to aid in regulation of the skin circulation. The glomus tumor is thought to be an abnormal proliferation of the glomus body and accompained by the classic triad of symptoms : pain, tenderness and temperature sensitivity. This paper reports two cases of glomus tumor occurring in the nail bed and finger pulp. One case was found 30 years later & another case 15 years after the onset in spite of srvere pain, tenderness and lancinating pain when exposed to the cold tempera ture but the excision of the tumor resulted in complete recovery.

      • 알코올 및 인삼액이 효소활성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        This study was investigated for the change of r-GTP, CPK activity and CPK-isoenzyme by alcohol and Ginseng administration, The normal white S.D rats were classified with four groups; ethanol treated was group A, ethanol pretreated group combined pretreated with Ginseng extract was group B, Ginseng extract treated was group C, and Ginseng extract treated group combined pretreated with ethanol was group D. The white rats of four groups were treated with 20%, 30%, 40% ethanol and/or 1% Ginseng extract. Then enzyme activities such as r-GTP, CPK and CPK-isoenzyme had been measared in serum, hepatic, and renal tissues. The sample was collected by 5 day intervalus for 25 days. The following results were obtained. 1. The changes of serum r-GTP activities were significantly increased in ethanol-treated group, decreased in Ginseng-treated group. 2. The changes of hepatic r-GTP activites were significantly increased in ethanol-treated group, decreased in Ginseng-treated group. 3. The changes of renal r-GTP activites were significantly increased in ethanol-treated group, decreased in ginseng-treated group. 4. The changes of serum CPK activites were significantly increased in ethanol-treated group, decreased in ginseng-treated group. 5. The changes of hepatic and renal tissue CPK activites were not significant. 6. The changes of serum and hepatic tissue CPK-isoengyme were significantly increased in ethanol-treated group, decreased in ginseng-treated group combined pretreated with ethanol. 7. The changes of CPK-isoengyme, CPK 1 and CPK 2 were not significant.

      • 인삼액이 알코올 투여 흰쥐의 효소활성에 미치는 영향

        The S.D. rats were classified with four groups: ethanol-treated group, ginseng-treated group which was pretreated with ethanol, ginseng-treated group and ethanol-treated group which was pretreated with ginseng. Then enzyme activities such as γ-GTP, Alk phosphatase and amylase had been measured in serum, hepatic and renal tissue. The descriptions were based on the analysis of samples collected by 5 days interval for25 days. The following results were obtained. 1. The changes of serum γ-GTP, Alk phosphatase and amylase were significantly increased in ethanol-treated group, decreased in ginseng-treated group which was pre treated with ethanol except amylase, amylase activity was especially decreased in ginseng-treated group. 2. The changes of hepatic γ-GTP, Alk phosphatase and amylase were significantly increased in ethanol-treated group, decreased in ginseng-treated group which was pretreated with ethanol except amylase, amylase activity was especially decreased in ginseng-treated group. 3. The changes of renal γ-GTP, Alk phosphatase and amylase were significantly increased in ethanol-treated group, decreased in ginseng-treated group which was pretreated with ethanol except amylase, amylase activity was especially decreased in ethanol-treated group which was pretreated with ginseng. Based on these results, it suggested that ethanol increased the concentrations of γ-GTP, Alk phosphatase and amylase but ginseng suppressed the hepatotoxic effect by ethanol.

      • 알코홀이 r-GTP 활성에 미치는 인삼의 영향

        This study was carried out to investigate the effects on the changes of the r-glutamyl transpeptidase activity of ethanol-administered white rats. There was classified into group; ethanol treated group(group A), ethanol treated group which was pretreated with ginseng extract(group B), ginseng extract treated group(group C), and ginseng extract treated group which was pretreated with ethanol(group D). White rats of four groups were treated with combined 1% ginseng extract and / or 20% ethanol for 30 days, and were measured the changes of r-GTP activity on the serum, hepatic and renal tissue sample collected at 5 days interval. Following results have been obtained. 1. The changes of serum r-GTP activity were significantly decreased in ethanol treated group B which was pretreated with ginseng extract than in ethanol treated group A. The values were highly significant at the 20th day of feeding. 2. The changes of hepatic r-GTP activity were more increased in group A and decreased in group D. The values were found significantly lowest in 10th and highest in 5th days. 3. The changes of renal r-GTP activity were more increased in group A and decreased in group D. The values were significantly highest in 10th and lowest in 20th days. Based on these results it was found that the changes of r-GTP activity between serum and hepato-renal tissue were exist and the protective action of ginseng against alcohol degradative effects was noted.
