Au/Ta₂O /p-Si Capacitor의 Memory 특성

RF-reactive sputtered amorphous Ta₂O?? films on p-Si are analyzed for their application to semiconductor devices. The influence of SiO₂formed on a silicon wafer during Ta₂O?? deposition on the dielectric characteristics of Ta₂O?? capacitor is investigated. Capacitance measurement gave a relative permittivity of 27-30, in the range show by reactive sputtered Ta₂O?? films when measured at 100KHz. A very thin SiO₂films estimated to be 23-30Ågrows of Ta₂O??/Si interface during Ta₂O?? deposion. The memory characteristics of Au / Ta₂O?? / p-Si capacitor have been investigated. The C-V dependence on the condition of voltage-time stress and temperature is investigated. The Ta₂O?? / SiO₂and SiO₂/ Si interface charge distribution is investigated from C-V measurements. The SiO₂/ Si interface state density are obtained by evaluating measured DLTS signals. The capture cross section and state density of the SiO₂/ Si interface obtained from DLTS measurement varies between 10?? and 10?? ㎠ and between 10?? and 10㎝ ̄²eV ̄¹.
과학화 장비를 활용한 무인 보안시스템 운영 방안에 관한 연구

본 연구는 군부대의 과학화 보안시스템 구축에 대한 운용시험평가를 토대로 부적합 사항을 보완한 무인 보안시스템의 운영방안을 제안하였다. 우리는 과학화 보안시스템에 대해 운용시험평가를 실시하 여 요구성능의 충족성, 군 운용의 적합성, 전력화지원요소의 실용성을 중점으로 취약점의 원인을 식 별하고 개선방향을 제시하였다. 그 결과 무인 보안시스템 구성모델의 표준화 부재와 구성장비의 기능 부족으로 제 기능을 발휘하지 못한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이에 군부대의 운영특성과 구성모델의 구 성요소인 감시/감지/통제 시스템간의 운영 표준화와 각 시스템별 발휘할 수 있는 성능 요구사항을 충족시키며 오경보율을 줄이고 향상된 운영방안을 제시하였다.
임프란트 fixture와 abutment의 연결방식 에 따른 나사풀림에 대한 연구

Screw loosening in dental im plant treatment is one o f the m ajor problem that has been frequently reported by m ultiple authors. There are several factors involved in keeping im plant screws tight. The purpose o f this study was to determine whether various im plant fixture and abutment connection system w ould affect screw looseness. Im plant fixture and abutment o f the four different connection system were connected and tightened w ith 30N Cm and then the loosening torque was measured. T ightening screw removal values were measured 10 times repeatedly under same condition. The results were as follow s. 1. The highest loosening torque value appeared after tightening 3-5 times repeatedly. 2. Morse taper connection system showed statistically significant high loosening torque value. There were no significant difference in loosening torque values w ith other connection system, spline, internal hex, external hex.
Nonsubmerged 임프란트 식립후 조직형태학적 반응과 시간경과에 따른 Periotest? 측정값에 대한 연구

The purposes of this study was to evaluate Periotest values regarding to functional changes and compare Periotest values(PTV) to histologic findings with a nonsubmerged "Protect-447" dental implant. In the first part of the study, PTV measurements of 10 nonsubmerged implant were done immediately after implant placement and repeated every 2 weeks up to 3 months in beagle dogs. Mean PTV for nonsubmerged implants increased on 2 weeks after surgery and then decreased gradually from 4 weeks after implant placement. After 3 month of experimentation, in the 2nd part, PTV of the each implant were measured and the implants with surrounding bone were removed for the histomorphometric analysis. The results were as follows. 1. Histomorphometric analysis after 3 months showed that osseointegration was obtained successfully without fibrous connective tissue at the interface and bone-implant contact ratio was 64.43%±10.53 in beagle dogs. 2. PTV measurements during the 3 months experiments showed that Protect-447 dental implant could be osseointegrated with an excellent primary stability.
