Smart phone advertising utilizes music, graphics, sound, text, and movie mainly. This ad is not subject to the constraints of time and space. And it focuses businesses, organizations, and individuals’ needs well. Therefore, the smart phone ad is tailored advertising. And it is also the next generation of marketing communications tools. Smart phone advertising is causing a paradigm shift in the advertising industry. Change is not affecting only advertisement producer. We abuts a tremendous amount of advertising per day. Changes in commercial production are also affected inmates. The ad’s past inmates had a passive stance. However, today’s ads have interactivity. Therefore, ad prisoners should respond actively to the ad. And a recent advertisement has a personality that complements the role of the traditional mass media.

창부도담환은 청대 섭천사가 선한 "섭천사여과"에 기재된 처방으로 형성다담하여 삭월행경, 형비담체, 비인백대다담한 경우에 사용되었으며 청해창사환은 명대 이천이 선한 "의학입문"에 기재된 처방으로 비인 담다하여 하혈자에 사용하였다. 습담은 습과 담을 합해서 이르는 말로 대개 비허불운으로 인하여 습담이 내생하거나 외감한습으로 속폐곤비하게 되어 수습이 내정하고 이것이 모여서 담을 형성한 것이다. 부인과적 질병중에서 비인다담자의 습담으로 야기될 수 있는 병중에는 경지중, 과소월경, 경행신통, 결폐증, 붕루, 대하, 징가적취, 불임 등 다양한데 송은 이러한 부인과적 질병에 창부도당환과 청해창사환을 사용하였다. 이에 술자는 창출 향부자를 주제로 하는 청해창사환과 창부도담환 두 처방의 습담에 관한 치료효능을 규명하고자 생쥐와 흰쥐를 이용하여 진통효과, 고지혈증 대한 작용(total cholesterol, triglyceride 및 phospholipide), 소장흡수력을 실험하였다. 실험결고 진통효과는 Control에 비하여 Sample Ⅰ이 53.2%, Sample Ⅱ 가 37.4%의 역제율을 나타내어 현저한 유의성이 있었고 total cholesterol 함양은 Control에 비해 Sample Ⅰ이 49.9%, Sample Ⅱ는 25.6%의 역제율을 나타내어 감소의 유의성을 보였으며, trigyceride 함양은 Control에 비해 Sample Ⅰ이 48.5%, Sample Ⅱ는 24.9%의 억제율을 나타내어 감소의 유의성을 보였고, Phospholipide 함양은 Control에 비해 Sample Ⅰ이 42.8%, SampleⅡ는 42.9%의 억제율을 나타내어 감소의 유의성을 보였다. 소장은 수액대사에 중요한 작용을 하므로 소장흡수력에 대한 실험을 하였는데 혈장에서 D-xylose농도는 Control이 2.38±0.54㎎/dl인 반면에 SampleⅠ은 6.52±0.72㎎/dl, SampleⅡ 6.47±0.41㎎/dl로 증가하여 모두 현저한 유의성을 보였으며, 소변에서 Control이 10.50±1.22㎎/5hrs인 반면 SampleⅠ은 8.93±0.87㎎/5hrs로 약간 감소하였으나 유의성은 없었고 SampleⅡ는 7.27±0.77㎎/5hrs으로 감소의 유의성을 보여 소장의 흡수력이 증가하였음을 인정할 수 있었다. 이상의 실험결과에서 본 바와 같이 청해창사환과 창부도담환은 전통의 효과 및 고지혈증에 대한 억제작용과 소장의 흡수력을 증가시키는 효과가 인정되었다. 따라서 창부도담환은 창출, 복령, 남성의 거풍 제습 이뇨 산견결의 작용과 향부자, 지각, 진피의 조기 개울 산결 출체의 효능으로 습담의 조체를 해소하며 청해창사환은 지각, 진피를 대신하여 향부자의 용량을 늘리고 복령 대신 천궁을 가하여 습담의 조체로 인한 혈행장애까지를 다스리므로 부인과 질병에서 습담으로 야기 될 수 있는 질병에 더 많은 활용 가능성이 있다고 인정된다. To study the analgesic effect and the effect on Hyperlipidemia and the absorbent power at the small intestine of Cheonghaechangsahwan and Changbudodamhwan. The following results were obtained: 1. Analgesic effect Both Sample I and Sample Ⅱ showed pain relieve effect (p<0.002). 2. The effect on the Hyperlipidemia (1). Total cholesterol were controlled at Sample Ⅰ and Sample Ⅱ (p<0.002). (2). Triglyceride were controlled at Sample Ⅰ and Sample Ⅱ (p<0.002, P<0.05). (3). Phospholipide were controlled at Sample Ⅰ and Sample Ⅱ (p<0.002) 3. Measurment of the absorbent power at the small intestine The consistency of D-xylose in serum was increased in Sample Ⅰ and Sample Ⅱ(P<0.002). The consistency of D-xylose in urine was marked only in sample Ⅱ(p<0.05). According to the above experimental results it was concluded that Cheonghaechangsahwan and Changbudodamhwan have the analgesic effect and inhibitory action for Hyperlipidemia and they increase the absorbent power of the small intestine. So they can be applied to woman disease caused by DamEum(痰飮)

This paper crosses the research fields of cultural policy and urban design, and examines a new globally significant experiment in creative city development/creative placemaking strategy: the Seoul Digital Media City (DMC). In order to examine important factors in creative placemaking – the ‘vitality’ and ‘authenticity’ of the DMC – the paper investigates the arts and cultural/creative activities in the area. In particular, it conveys how arts and culture is carefully and strategically used as a ‘tool’ to accomplish the national political aim of developing the new urban district as a ‘creative’ urban place and its identity-making for achieving ‘local globalness’ as a global competitiveness strategy.

감염성 경골 불유합에 시행한 혈관 부착 유리 피부편 및 생비골 이식 수술의 임상적 고찰

February 1995 to September 1999, authors have experienced seven cases of infected nonunion of tibial fractures with associated soft tissue injury and skin defect, and have accomplished union in all cases by free vascularized fibular graft. All grafts healed with no radiographic evidence of bone necrosis or resorption and have been able to treat large bony defect and skin defect simultaneously. In this study, five cases of vascularized free fibular osteocutaneous flap transfer and two cases of free fibular graft are reported. All of seven cases were infected nonunion of tibia. The results were obtained as follows 1) The mean duration of the radiologic bone union was average 5.3months. 2) Grafted fibular has been hypertrophied, average 10.6 months. 3) In five cases of preservation of posterior cortex of tibia, bony union and hypertrophy of grafted bone were earlier than that two cases of complete segmental resection of tibia. 4) In two cases which only free vascularized fibular graft were performed because achievement of cutaneous flap was failed, authors found that soft tissue defect was filled with granulation tissue and split-thickness skin graft was possible over the granulation tissue after 3 weeks postoperatively.

노인복지시설의 입지적 특성에 관한 연구 : 서울시 노인복지관을 중심으로

우리나라는 2000년 이미 고령화 사회에 진입하였으며 2017년 고령사회로 진입하게 될 전망이다. 우리나라는 1981년 노인복지법이 제정되고 1982년 노인헌장이 공포되면서 지역주민들의 노인부양 부담을 덜어주고 노인들의 여가 활동을 지원해 주기 위한 노인복지관의 중요성이 부각되기 시작하였다. 1989년을 시작으로 1999년 14개소였던 서울시 노인복지관은 현재 64개소의 시설이 운영 중이다. 서울시는 대부분의 자치구에 이미 1개소 이상의 노인복지관이 자리하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 노인복지관은 균등한 분포를 보이지 않으며 한쪽으로 치우쳐 개관되었다. 이에 따라 해당 자치구 주민의 이용만 허용하는 구립시설의 경우, 이용자는 접근성이 좋은 타자치구시설을 뒤로 하고 상대적으로 접근성이 떨어지는 해당자치구시설을 이용해야 한다. 따라서 넓은 범위의 노인인구를 수용해야하는 기존 노인복지관에 대한 입지적 특성을 살펴보고 문제점을 도출하여 그 원인을 밝히고 향후 노인복지관의 입지 및 확충 시 다양한 공간적 검토를 통한 계획이 이루어 질 수 있도록 하고자 한다.

여성 및 치매노인 보호와 미아 방지를 위한 SOS 브로치

본 논문에서는 귀가길 여성 및 치매노인 보호와 미아장비를 위한 정책을 제안한다. 이 정책은 GPS기능을 가진 작은 칩을 사용자가 원하는 어느 물체에든 부착하여 사용자가 원하는 시간대에 작동하며, 자신의 위치를 집이나 핸드폰에서 확인이 가능하고 유사시 정보를 보내어 가까운 공공기관(경찰서 및 소방서)에서 집으로 귀가하는 그 시간까지 체크가 가능한 시스템이다. SOS브로치는 늘어나는 아동 범죄와 귀가길 여성을 대상으로 하는 범죄 예방 및 치매노인을 대상으로 한 실종 사건 등 각종 사건 사고발생시 빠른 대처와 예방을 위하여 고안되었다.
