        ISO 50001:2018 에너지경영시스템의 특징과 적용 사례 연구

        The demand against the energy saving activities from the companies or the agencies which operate an management system is increasing. ISO (International Organization for Standardization) 50001 was established by ISO. This standard is international and authoritative standard of energy. Also this standard provides guidance for the use of the organization to improve occupational health and safety performance by preventing occupational accidents and diseases. This paper is to review how the ISO 50001:2011 to ISO 50001:2018 focusing on reasons for transitions. Additionally, therefore, this paper shows case study for understanding ISO 50001:2018 implementation.

        식도협착과 급성신부전이 합병된 개미산 중독 1례

        Formic acid or formate is a common industrial compound used in the production of ensilage, disinfectants, decalcifying agents and mainly as a precursor in industrial chemical synthesis. It is also a well-known toxic metabolite produced in methanol poisoning. Thus, formate is a potential source of both accidental and deliberate poisoning. Very few reports have been published thus far, on the toxicology of direct formic acid poisoning. Here, we report a case of a 74-year-old man without a history of depression, who ingested about 30 gm of formic acid. The patient presented with profound high anion gap metabolic acidosis, acute renal failure and esophageal stricture. The patient was successfully treated with hemodialysis and supportive measures. But permanent esophageal stricture was complicated by formic acid burns in the gastrointestinal tract. We discuss the pathophysiology and treatment of this case.

        Brown & Gibson 모형 및 AHP를 이용한 공항 입지 비교 연구 - 동남권 신국제공항 사례를 중심으로 -

        Aviation industry in South Korea steps into the new era after opening Incheon International Airport in 2001 which is the hub airport of north eastern Asia. Incheon International Airport contributed to boosting national competitiveness by not only resolving congestion in Gimpo International Airport, but also promoting safety, diversifying airlines and creating demands through developing airport vicinity. However, Gimhae International airport located in the second largest city in South Korea has implied controversial issues in the aspect of safety and environment. Various solutions were contrived to tackle the safety issues by expanding facilities, but effective result has not come out yet. Moreover, several researches show us that time and economic loss of passengers is enormous due to the lack of international flights since they deliberately have to take the long way to Incheon International Airport for their trip. In an effort to resolve this issue several airport candidate sites are compared and assessed based on assumption of development of new hub airport in south eastern corner of South Korea. Brown & Gibson model and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) are used to narrow down several sites to consider both quantitative and qualitative factors. This analysis illustrates the effectiveness of Brown & Gibson model and AHP in selecting locations for the state-run businesses including airport construction. Finally, several ideas are suggested concerning the necessity of comprehensive manuals that cover decision making procedures of policy makers as well as quantitative and qualitative factors. 2001년 동북아 중추 허브공항인 인천국제공항의 개항 이후 우리나라의 항공 산업은 새로운 전기를 열어가고 있다. 기존 김포공항의 과밀화 현상을 일시에 해소함은 물론 다양한 노선의 확대, 안전상의 획기적인 개선, 공항 주변 개발로 인한 새로운 수요 창출의 효과로 국가경쟁력 제고에 큰 기여를 하고 있다. 그러나 우리나라 제2의 도시를 끼고 있는 김해국제공항은 안전성 및 환경적 측면 등에서 심각한 문제를 안고 있다. 문제점들을 점진적으로 해결하기 위해 시설 확충에 의한 안전성 문제의 해결을 꾀하고 있으나 안전 확보에 대한 개선방안들이 실제적 효과를 거두고 있지는 않다. 또한 부족한 국제노선으로 인해 남부권 국제선 공항 이용객들이 인천국제공항으로 가기 위한 시간적 낭비와 경제적인 손실비용도 대단히 큰 것으로 조사되고 있다. 이에 대한 일환으로 본 연구에서는 동남권 신국제공항이 개발된다는 전제하에서 입지 선정 과정에서 정량화 지표와 정성적 요인별 평가지표를 모두 고려할 수 있는 Brown & Gibson 모형과 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 기법을 적용하여 동남권 신국제공항의 입지권역의 후보 대안지를 비교 평가하였다. 이러한 분석 과정을 통해서 앞으로 계속될 공항 건설과 같은 대규모 국책사업의 입지 선정 과정에서 Brown & Gibson 모형과 AHP 기법의 효용성에 대해 알아보고, 정량적 요인, 정성적 요인뿐만 아니라 정책결정권자의 의사결정과정도 모두 포함시킬 수 있는 새로운 통합 매뉴얼 개발의 필요성에 대해서 나름의 의견을 제시하였다.
