Hemingway 의 최초의 성공적인 장편소설이 된 「해는 또 다시 뜬다」가 비극적인 소설이기는 하지만 이 작품의 핵심은 인생의 허무나 절망,좌절과 속죄없음에 있는 것이 아니라,바로 이 작품의 제사로 사용된 전도서의 인용 귀절들 중에 있는“the earth abideth forever.”에 있다는 것을 알 수 있다.여기서 Hemingway는 땅에서 영원성을 발견하고,또한 인생이 본받아야 할 규범으로서의 땅의 가치를 인식하고 있는 것으로 여겨진다.그러므로 이 작품을 “잃어버린 세대”에 중점을 두고 해석하는 것은 이 작품을 정확히 파악하는 것이 아니다.“잃어버린 세대”라는 말은 이 작품이 나온 1920년대의 사회사의 한 양상을 제시한다는 의의를 가지고 있을 뿐이다.이 작품의 주인공 Jake는 전상에 의한 성불구자로서 그가 처한 상황이 더욱 힘들고 처절하면 그만큼 더 그의 도덕률도 그 빛을 발한다.삶에 대한 매우 높은 감수성을 또한 지닌 그는 비록“황무지”속에 내던져진 상황에 처하여 있긴 하지만,완전히 길잃은 인간은 아니다.오히려 그는 그의 도덕률이나 규범을 갖추고 “황무지”인 세상을 탐험하고 극복하여 나가고 있다.주인공 Jake에게서는 그야말로 순례자의 면모를 볼 수 있다.성불구라는 장애와 이로 인해 파생되는 이 작품의 여주인공 Brett와의 사랑의 불모성에서 오는 고통을 당하면서도,이를 극복해 나가면서 “이 세상에서 어떻게 살아갈 것인가를 알기 위해 애쓰는,”그러면서도 자존을 잃지 않고 살아가는 Jake에게서 순례자의 모습이 보인다.

This paper shows that a strong passion with Hemingway is the sense of place. 'Unless you have geography, background,' he once told George Antheil, 'you have nothing.' Few writers have been more place-conscious. Few have so carefully charted out the geographical groundwork of their novels while managing to keep background so conspicuously unobtrusive. There are places in Hemingway's stories when action suddenly ceases and one concentrates on the fulfilling moment. The description of Spain's countryside in The Sun Also Rises, while Robert Cohn sleeps, is one of the longest and most famous of these, but they abound.

Study on diachronic persona for minority studies --centered on naxi nationality

In the modern society of global informatization, it is rare to find frameworks and models for identifying regional culture or minority culture. From the perspective of user experience design, user-centric design is divided into user research itself and user-based research decisions. The persona model is a real user integrated prototype. Characters bring user research to a higher realm and become the most efficient tool for implementing a true user-oriented online business strategy. It is a imperative research concept among the research fields of design. For the original user datas are in huge diversity and it is hard to extract efficient characters, this essay analyzes the connotation of Naxi persona portrait in method of quantified classification while processing the origin of data and demonstrate the construction of Naxi persona portrait in tree diagram user model. Which sets a standard for the study of other ethnic minorities and offers reference of construction method for persona portrait of ethnic minorities.

Since The Sun Also Rises all of Hemingway's novels have been tragedies. There seems to be a critical consensus that Hemingway wrote tragedy consistently or on occasion and many appear to hold that his residual and enduring statement is that of the tragic. Hemingway saw man as born to lose for one reason or another because he is fated to do so in unequal battle with some force in the universe, or because he always carries something in himself that brings the universe crashing down upon him, or both. Hemingway's Frederic Henry in A Farwell to Arms is an example of the modern tragic hero. Hemingway's heroes, presumably typical of the modern tragic hero, refuse to submit meekly to the absurd and its tyranny. Many symbols and symbolic images show the tragic Vision in A Farewell to Arms. Though the tragic vision in A Farewell to Arms affirms no principle of moral or spiritual transcendence, it does exhibit the drama of unjustified and unrelieved suffering.

헤밍웨이는 신의 문제를 통하여 그의 작품들의 문학적 효과를 더욱 크게 거두고 있다. 그의 작품들에 나타난 신의 문제는 기독교 교리를 주장한다기 보다는 이를 통하여 등장인물들의 정신세계를 명확히 조명하여 줌으로써 작품들의 휴머니스트 테마를 더욱 돋보이게 하여 주고 있다. 헤밍웨이는 그의 작품에서 신중하게 신의 문제를 다루고 있으며 이를 통하여 분명히 literary efficacy와 universality를 얻고 있는데 이로 인하여 그의 작품의 예술성의 깊이를 더하고 있다.

David Bourne in The Garden of Eden experiences the exchange of values in the sea. Swimming in the sea, he immerses himself, is made whole again and clean, and re-establishes footholds upon the earth. In other words, through the immersion ceremony in the form of swimming, he is awakened to go through the exchange of values and becomes a self-restored man. The "exchange of values" concept is a thing biblical and we can find many examples of it in the bible. In respect to the exchange of values, David Bourne in The Garden of Eden is closely connected with biblical characters such as Adam and King David. Through the exchange of values, these biblical characters come to hear the voice of God. But David Bourne in the novel gets to know how to live in the world.

‘학습 도구 어휘’의 교과서 용법 연구 -개정 <한국어(KSL) 교육과정> 초등학교 3~4학년군 어휘의 국어 교과서 출현 용례를 중심으로-

Purpose:The purpose of this study was to analyze how the ‘Learning Tool Vocabulary’ of the revised <Korean as a Second Language Curriculum>(2017, Ministry of Education) is used in the elementary school textbooks. This is to reveal what the actual form of vocabulary usage associated with subject learning is and to explore how to organize the content of vocabulary education based on this usage information. Methods:The analysis is focused on the vocabulary for elementary 3rd and 4th grade and their usage examples in data made up by Korean elementary textbooks. ‘Learning Tool Vocabulary’ in the Korean elementary textbooks has been analyzed from the point of view of ‘usage pattern’, in particular, ‘textbook usage’ correlated with a learning context. Results:As a result of the analysis, distribution and frequency of ‘Learning Tool Vocabulary’ in Korean elementary textbooks are confirmed, larger units of these vocabularies like ‘expression patterns(grammatical and lexical usage patterns)’ and ‘routines(context based chunking patterns)’ are then reveled. Conclusion:Based on the analysis so far, this study suggested educational method and principles needed for construction of usage-centered contents and vocabulary learning activities. 목적:이 연구는 개정 <한국어(KSL) 교육과정>(2017, 교육부)에서 새롭게 제시된 ‘학습 도구 어휘’ 항목의 교과서 용법을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이는 교과 학습에 실제적으로 결부된 어휘 사용의 양상이 어떠한지를 밝히고 이러한 어휘 사용 정보를 바탕으로 하는 어휘 교육의 내용 구성 방안을 탐색하려는 것이다. 방법:이 연구에서 어휘 용법의 분석은 <한국어(KSL) 교육과정> 초등학교 3~4학년군 학습 도구 어휘 목록에 한정하여 진행되었으며, 이들의 국어 교과서 출현 용례가 주요한 분석 대상이 되었다. 용례 분석은 어휘의 출현 빈도 분석 및 어휘의 기능적, 문법적 사용 양상을 유형적으로 기술하는 ‘사용패턴’ 분석의 측면에서 수행되었다. 결과:교과서의 학습 맥락에 따른 어휘 사용이 문법 형태소 결합을 기반으로 하는 ‘표현패턴’, 맥락에 따라 연어적 구성이 관습화되는 ‘상용표현’, 두 측면의 용법을 드러내고 있음을 밝힐 수 있었다. 결론:이러한 분석 결과를 바탕으로 용법 중심의 어휘 학습 활동을 구성할 수 있는 원리와 방안을 제안하였다.
