        AR가상 피팅 시스템 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 AR가상 피팅 시스템의 사용의도를 알아보고자 실증 분석하여 결과를 도출하였다. AR가상 피팅 시스템의 독립변수들로 실재감, 몰입감, 상호작용, 조작 편의성, 정보 제공성을 선정하였으며, TAM, 기대일치를 활용하여 지각된 유용성, 만족을 매개변수로 최종적으로 사용의도를 종속변수로 선정하였다. 가설검증은 AMOS와 SPSS 통계프로그램을 사용하였으며, AR가상 피팅 시스템을 경험하거나, 사용의사가 있는 고객들을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하여 총 183부를 분석하였다. 분석한 결과 실재감, 몰입감, 상호작용, 조작편의성, 정보제공성은 지각된 유용성에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었으며, 만족에는 상호작용, 조작 편의성이 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 최종적으로 지각된 유용성, 만족은 사용의도에 유의미한 영향이 나타나는 것으로 검증이 되었다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the intention of using the AR virtual fitting system. In the AR virtual fitting system, the actual feelings, the immersion feeling, the interaction, the operational convenience, and the serviceability were selected as the independent variables. Finally, using the TAM, expectancy agreement, and perceived usefulness and satisfaction as the parameters, Respectively. Hypothesis testing was performed using AMOS and SPSS statistical programs. A total of 183 questionnaires were distributed to customers who experienced AR virtual fitting systems or were willing to use them. As a result of analysis, it was analyzed that the real feeling, the immersion feeling, the interaction, the operational convenience, and the information providing ability positively influenced the perceived usefulness. Finally, the perceived usefulness and satisfaction were verified to have a significant effect on intention to use.

        Anti-Aging Potential of Extracts Prepared from Fruits and Medicinal Herbs Cultivated in the Gyeongnam Area of Korea

        Many recent studies have focused on maintaining a healthy life by preventing and/or postponing the aging process. Numerous studies have reported that continuous exposure to reactive oxygen species can stimulate skin aging and that excessive accumulation of fat can cause an impaired skin barrier and tissue structure alterations. Thus, the maintenance of antioxidant homeostasis and the suppression of adipose accumulation are important strategies for skin anti-aging. Here, we prepared three types of extracts [whole juice, acetone-perchloric acid (PCA), and ethanol] from 20 fruits and medicinal herbs native to the Gyeongnam area of Korea. The total phenolic content of each extract was analyzed, and we observed higher total phenolic contents in the medicinal herbs. Consistent with this, the results of the oxygen radical absorbance activity capacity assay indicated that the in vitro antioxidant activities of the medicinal herb extracts were stronger than those of the fruit extracts. The fruits and medicinal herbs had strong effects on cell-based systems, including H2O2-induced oxidative stress in human keratinocytes and 3T3-L1 lipid accumulation. Nishimura Wase persimmon, Taishu persimmon, wrinkled giant hyssop, sweet wormwood, Chinese cedar, red perilla, tan shen, hiyodori-jogo, and cramp bark may be natural anti-aging materials with effective antioxidant and anti-adipogenic activities. Taken together, our findings may provide scientific evidence supporting the development of functional foods and nutraceuticals from fruits and medicinal herbs.

        Anti-oxidant and Anti-adipogenic Effects of Acorn (Quercus acutissima CARR.) Shell Extracts via Regulation of Wnt Signaling in 3T3-L1 Cells

        Acorn (Quercus acutissima CARR.) is a nut from the Fagaceae family that has been used in traditional medicine for many years. However, shells from acorns are regarded as a by-product and are mostly discarded. Anti-adipogenic activities of acorn shells were investigated using 3T3-L1 cells and methanol shell extracts (AE-M). AE-M demonstrated Cu2+-chelation activities and anti-oxidant activities via reduction of oxidative stress levels induced using AAPH. Six days after adipocyte differentiation, 50 and 100 μg/mL AE-M completely suppressed 3T3-L1 adipogenesis and the anti-adipogenic effect was stronger than for the positive control 50 μM quercetin. Treatment with AE-M in 3T3-L1 cells reduced mRNA expression levels of adipogenic genes. AE-M-inhibition was found in pre-adipogenic, early, and intermediate stages of adipogenesis in 3T3-L1 cells. The Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway is required for AE-M-inhibition of 3T3-L1 adipogenesis.

        C3H10T1/2 세포에서 Adipogenesis 조절을 통한 Selenate의 항비만 활성

        Adipogenesis was defined as a differentiation process of preadipocytes into adipocytes and its regulation is crucial in obesity prevention. Several transcriptional factors such as peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ (PPARγ) and CCAAT/enhancer binding protein family (C/EBPs) were known as a key factors in early stage of adipogenesis. Selenium, an essentional micronutrient, has been reported to possess nurmerous biological activities. However, anti-obese function of selenium, particularly selenate, is relatively unknown. In this study, we investigated that inhibitory activities of selenate against adipocytes differentiation of C3H10T1/2 cells. Selenate treatment showed no cytotoxicity up to 100 μM in C3H10T1/2 cells. It showed dose-dependent suppression of adipogenesis between 1 to 50 μM. We also found that dose-dependently inhibited adipogenesis of C3H10T1/2 cells accompanied by reduced expression levels of PPARγ and C/EBPβ as judged by PCR analysis. Our results imply that the inhibitory function of selenate is associated with the suppression of adipogenic genes in early stage of adipogenesis. These scientific evidences suggest that selenate could be used in development of obesity and/or overweight-related nutrient supplement and nutricosmetics.

        3T3-L1 세포에서 울금(Curcuma longa L.) 추출물의 항비만 및 항산화 활성

        Turmeric (Curcuma longa L.) has been used as a spice such as curries. Although its various biological functions including anti-allergenic, and anti-carcinogenic activities were investigated, the total phenolic content of water and ethanol turmeric extracts and correlation between phenolic content and biological functions including antioxidant and anti-adipogenic activities of turmeric are relatively unknown. Here, we prepared water and ethanol turmeric extracts (W-TE and E-TE). The total phenolic content of W-TE and E-TE were 1.64%, and 9.31%, respectively. To examine the antioxidant activities of W-TE and E-TE, DPPH assay was employed. The E-TE showed strong scavenging activity against DPPH radicals than that of W-TE. The MTT assay was employed to evaluate the cytotoxicity of E-TE on 3T3-L1 cells. The treatment of 10, 25, and 50 μg/ml E-TE for 24 h dose not affect to the 3T3-L1 cell viability. Therefore, the 10 and 50 μg/ml of E-TE were chose further experiment. We also found that the 3T3-L1 adipogenesis was dose-dependently and significantly inhibited by 10, and 50 μg/ml E-TE treatment. The 50 μg/ml of E-TE suppressed 3T3-L1 adipogenesis by 71.53% when compared to adipocytes control. Moreover, the markedly suppressed lipid droplets were observed in E-TE treated 3T3-L1 adipocytes. The evidences suggest that the E-TE has the potential as a functional ingredient in the development of functional foods and nutri-cosmetics on overweight and obesity.

        3T3-L1 세포 모델에서 Adipogenesis 조절을 통한 녹색입 홍합 추출물의 항비만 활성

        Adipogenesis was defined as a differentiation process of preadipocytes into adipocytes. It is a key processin determining the number of mature adipocytes in the development of obesity. Thus, to regulation ofadipogenesis is crucial target in obesity prevention. Mussel (Mytilus corscus ) has been reported to possessabundant dietary proteins and savory amino acids. However, antiadipogenic role and function in obesityprevention remains unknown. Here, we employed green-shelled mussel and its water extract (GME) wasprepared. To elucidate the potential role of GME in 3T3-L1 adipogenesis, 3T3-L1 cells were treated with GMEbetween day –2 to day 6. We found that GME dose-dependently suppressed adipogenesis and inhibitedformation of lipid droplets accompanied by reduced level of adipogenic transcriptional factors such as C/EBPαand FAS. Our study further revealed that inhibitory function of GME wa largely limited to the adipogenesis day0 to day 6. Taken together, our evidences provide new insights into the molecular basis underlying the antiadipogenicfunction of GME.

        Anti-adipogenic Activity of Blue Mussel (Mytilus edulis) Extract by Regulation of 3T3-L1 Adipogenesis through Wnt/β-catenin Signaling Pathway

        The blue mussel (Mytilus edulis) is widely distributed in European waters but it is little consumed. Although several studies have been reported biological activities of mussels, the anti-adipogenic activity of blue mussel and the molecular mechanism in anti-obese activity remain unknown. Here, we prepared a water extract of blue mussel (BME) and its anti-adipogenic activity was assessed in 3T3-L1 cells. BME treatment dose-dependently inhibited 3T3-L1 lipid accumulation, as judged by Oil Red O staining and microscopic analysis. Consistent with this, BME treatment markedly suppressed mRNA expression levels of adipogenic genes, such as C/EBPβ, PPARγ, C/EBPα, and FAS, in 3T3-L1 mature adipocytes. BME-inhibited lipid accumulation in 3T3-L1 adipocytes was limited with treatment after adipocyte differentiation, particularly in the early and intermediate stages. We also showed that the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway is required in BMEinhibited 3T3-L1 adipogenesis. These finding may provide scientific evidence for the development of functional foods against obesity.

        3T3-L1 세포에서 Adipogenesis 억제를 통한 Kaki-tannin의 항비만 활성

        Persimmon (Diospyros kaki Thunb.) is widely cultivated in Asian countries such as Korea, China, andJapan. Although its various beneficial functions have been well-documented, its anti-obese effect and isrelatively unknown. Here, we prepared kaki-tannins from unripe astringent Daebong persimmon (DU), redripenon-astringent Daebong persimmon (DR), unripe astringent Cheongdo flat shaped persimmon (CU),red-ripe non-astringent Cheongdo flat shaped persimmon (CR), and unripe non-astringent Fuyu persimmon(FU). Cytotoxicity of the kaki-tannins were evaluated by MTT assay in 3T3-L1 cells. The treatment up to100 μg/mL of all kaki-tannins for 24 h did not affect to the 3T3-L1 cell viability. Thus, the concentration upto 100 μg/mL of the kaki-tannins were chosen for subsequent experiments. The treatment with 100 μg/mLof kaki-tannins prepared from DR and CU significantly inhibited lipid accumulation of 3T3-L1 adipocytes. In line with this result, the decreased number and size of intracellular lipid droplets in 3T3-L1 adipocytestreated with DR and CU kaki-tannins were observed. The 3T3-L1 cells treated with DR and CU kaki-tanninsshowed down-regulated mRNA expression levels of C/EBPα and FAS as judged by RT-PCR. Our studyalso revealed that DR and CU kaki-tannins-inhibited adipogenesis are strongly limited in the early stageof 3T3-L1 adipogenesis. These evidences suggest that kaki-tannin has the potential as anti-obese naturalmaterials, and different function and role of kaki-tannins in anti-adipogenic activities may be mediated topersimmon types and maturation stage.
