        Persimmon Vinegar와 Octacosanol 혼합 섭취가 등속성 근력과 혈청효소에 미치는 영향

        isokinetic muscle strength and blood in serum enzyme of taekwondo players. The seven male subject in this study were divided into two experiment, where the first experiment was the placebo administration for 2 week. and the second experiment was the persimmon vinegar(400ml/day: content of 30% persimmon vinegar) and octacosanol(40mg/day: content of 100% octacosanol) administration for 2 weeks. The parameters related to the isokinetic muscle strength were measured through ISOMED 2000(German). The subject who performed isokinetic exercise tests of the knee in extension and flection(5 repeat at 30°/sec). Plasma was sampled from an antecubital vein using a hypodermic syringe at rest, post-exercise(all-out), recovery 10 and 30 min after incremental maximal exercise. The blood in serum enzyme(CPK and LDH) was analyzed with DT 60Ⅱ(Kodak, U. S. A). The results was as follows. The peak torque and Average power were significantly increased by persimmon vinegar and octacosanol(right flexor, left extensor: p<.05). The blood in cpk and ldh were significantly differenced by persimmon vinegar and octacosanol(recovery 10min: p<.05 and rest: p<.01, recovery 10min, 30min: p<.05). In conclusion, the isokinetic muscle strength and blood in serum enzyme showed affirmatively influenced by administration of persimmon vinegar and octacosanol as compared to placebo experiment.

        Octacosanol 과 Branched-Chain Amino Acids 혼합 섭취가 혈중 지질과 등속성 근력에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to examines the effect of Octacosanol plus Branched-Chain Amino Acids(BCAA) compared to only Octacosanol adminstration on blood lipid and isokinetic muscle strength in human. The subjects of this study were 8 normal healthy males and all subjects were involved in each test. The 8 male subjects randomized in to three groups (Placebo, Octacosanol, Octacosanol+ BCAA) and after Placebo(water +OctacosanolㆍBCAA empty capsules), Octacosanol (water+Octacosanol+BCAA empty capsules), Octacosanol+ BCAA(water+ Octacosanol+ BCAA)supplementation. The Octacosanol (40㎎, 10㎎ × 4/day) was administration for 7 days and BCAA were compose L-valine 40%, L-leucine 35%, L-isoleucine 25%. The parameters related to the isokinetic muscle strength were measured through ISOMED 2000(German). The subject who engaged in the isokinetic exercised at 30% of l-RM(S repetitions). The assessment of isokinetic muscle strength factor was in concentric flexors and extensor of right and left knee Joint(peak torque, average work, total work). The blood lipid profiles were measured through DT60Ⅱ(Kodak U.S.A) by 3,000rpm. The blood lipid were TC(Tatal Cholesterol), LDL-C(Low Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol), HDL-C(High Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol) and TG(Triglyceride). The results were as follows : 1. The blood lipid were showed only Octacosanol administration significantly decreasedf'IC ; p<.01, LDL-C ; p<.001) than Placebo and simultaneous administration of Octacosanol+BCAA. 2. The isokinetic muscle strength were showed simultaneous administration of Octacosanol and BCAA significantly increased(Peak Torque-left extensor; p<.05 and right extensor; p<.01ㆍflexor; p<.05, Total Work=right flexor; p<.05, Average Work=right flexor; p<.05) than Placebo and only Octacosanol administration.

        태권한자 프로그램이 주의집중력과 운동능력에 미치는 영향

        This paper aimed to investigate the effects of Taekwon-Hania Exercise Program on children's attention performance, Hania learning ability, and physical fitness. 14 seven-year old male children from K kindergarten in Suwon, Gyeonggi-do, who didn't learn Taekwondo, were selected as the subjects in this research, and survey and physical fitness test were conducted for eight weeks. As to research procedures, the participants were divided into Taekwondo Group (seven children) and Taekwon-Hanja Group (seven children), and their attention performance, Hanja learning ability, and physical fitness test were checked before the test (the first measurement), during and after the test. (the 2nd and 3rd experiment). The test results were statistically processed by SPSS 12.0 package program, and the Means (M) and Standard Means (SM) according to each item were computed out accordingly, and in order to find out the significant differences according to each group and the measurement period, two-way ANOVA repeated measurement was used, and all significance level was set at α=.05. Results from the research are as follows: First, results from the test revealed that in case of attention performance, both Taekwondo and Taekwon-Hanja group made improvements, and that there were significant differences according to each between-subjects, measurement period(p<.05, p<.001), Second, Balance were significant differences in each measurement according to the group(p<.05). Third, Exercise ability were significant differences in each measurement according to the period(trunk flextion: p<.05, sit-up: p<.001, balance: p<.05, 6m run/return: p<.01), In conclusion, training taekwon-hania before measurement may have greater effects of exercise ability than dose taekwondo group.

        BCAA 섭취가 무산소성파워와 근세포손상지표 LDH에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Branched-chain Amino acid(BCAA) administration on anaerobic power and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH). The subjects of this study were 10 normal university male and all subjects were involved in each test. The BCAA(valine 40%, leucine 35%, isoleucine 25%) solved in distilled water 500㎖ was administration and parameters related to the anaerobic power and LDH were measured through testing to BCAA administration before and after each treatment. The subject who engaged in this anaerobic power at 30% of 1-RM(5 repetitions). The assessment of anaerobic power factor was in concentric flexors and extensors of right and left knee joint(peak torque, average work, total work). anaerobic power tests were performed by each subject on a Isomed 2000. The assessment of boold in serum factor was in LDH Statistical analysis were performed using analysis of variance paired t-test and 2-way ANOVA repeated measurement, accepting level for all significant was above α=.05. The administration of BCAA was significantly increased and change of anaerobic power and LDH. The results were as follows 1. The administration of BCAA was significantly increased of peak torque in anaerobic power(right flexors; p<.05, extensors; p<.01). 2. The administration of BCAA was significantly increased of average work in anaerobic power(right extensors; p<.05). 3. The administration of BCAA was significantly increased of total work in anaerobic powertright extensors; p<.05). 4. The administration of BCAA was significantly change of LDH(time; p<.05 interaction; p<.01).

        최대운동시 아로마처치가 자각적피로도와 혈중 글루코스 및 지질대사에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of aromatherapy on ratings of perceived exertion, blood in glucose and triglyceride of taekwondo players. The subject of this study were 7 males and all subjects were involved in each test. The parameters related to the ratings of perceived exertion were measured through incremental maximal exercise testing before and after each treatment. Plasma was sampled from an antecubital vein using a hypodermic syringe at rest, post-exercise(all-out), recovery 10 min and 30 min after incremental maximal exercise. The results was as follows. The ratings of perceived exertion were significantly decreased by aromatherapy(3, 6 stage: p<.05, p<.01). The blood in glucose were significantly measured time by aromatherapy(p<.001). The blood in triglyceride were significantly treatment group and measured time by aromatherapy(p<.05, p<.001). In conclusion, The results of this study that physiological and psychological effects of the body as to aroma therapy were positive, it was required the detail effect examination through designing the systematic study about the composing methods of essential oil and the applying methods.

        단계적 최대 운동부하시 피로물질의 상관성연구

        The purpose of this study was to examine the blood ammonia, lactate, and phosphorous concentration changes following incremental maximal exercise. Secondary purpose of this study was to find correlation relationship between ammonia, lactate and phosphorous concentration. The subject of this study were 42 normal healthy males and all subjects were involved in each test. The stage incremental maximal exercise was measured on the tests breathed through breathing values using modified bruce protocol of quark b2(Italy). Plasma was sampled from an antecubital vein using a hypodermic syringe at rest, post-exercise(all-out), recovery 10 min, recovery 30 min after exercise and analyses for blood ammonia, lactate and phosphorous. The results were as follows first, Blood lactate, ammonia, phosphorous concentration on stage incremental maximal exercise were increased linearly according to intensity of exercise, but remained elevated above pre exercise values after 30min of recovery. Second, Between blood lactate, ammonia and phosphorous post incremental maximal exercise were not correlation. but Between recovery 30min lactate and recovery 30min ammonia(r=-.405, 0.008), phosphorous(r=-.346, 0.025) was correlation of negative; Between recovery 30min ammonia and recovery 30min phosphorous(r=.45, 0.002) was correlation of positive. In conclusion, the result of lactate, ammonia and phosphorous concentration make use of independent threshold by variables in exercise.

        옥타코사놀섭취와 향기요법이 지구성운동능력과 항산화효소에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of octacosanol administration and aroma therapy on endurance capacity and antioxidant enzyme of taekwondo player. The subject of this study were 7 males and all subjects were involved in each test. The parameters related to the endurance exercise capacity(VO₂max, HRmax, AT)were measured through incremental maximal exercise testing before and after each treatment. Antioxidant enzyme was sampled from an antecubital vein using a hypodermic syringe at rest, post(all-out), recovery 10 min and 30 min after incremental maximal exercise. The results was as follows. Fist, the endurance exercise capacity were significantly improved by octacosanol and aroma therapy(VO₂max, HRmax, AT: p<.05). Second, SOD(Superoxide Dismutase) was significantly different by octacosanol and aroma therapy(p<.01). In conclusion, taking octacosanol and aroma therapy before excercise have effects of ergogenic aids than that of a placebo.

        감식초 섭취가 태권도선수의 혈중 글루코스 및 전해질대사에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of persimmon vinegar administration on exercise performance glucose and electrolytes(potassium, chloride, sodium) of taekwondo player. The subjects in this study were 7 male player, who were divided into two groups. During the administration period, one group intake persimmon vinegar(400 ml/day: content of 30% persimmon vinegar) for 4 weeks, and the other was the placebo group. The subjects performed exhaustive exercise on a treadmill. The parameters related to the plasma were measured through incremental maximal exercise testing before and after each treatment. Plasma was sampled from an antecubital vein using a hypodermic syringe at pre and post(all-out), recovery 10 min and 30 min after all-out. The results are as follows. The blood in glucose was significantly by persimmon vinegar(p<.05). The potassium(K+) and sodium(Na+) was significantly by persimmon vinegar(measurement time: p<.05). In conclusion, intake persimmon vinegar before exercise may have a greater effect of ergogenic aids than dose placebo.

        과체중 여성의 비만지표와 대사증후군 및 호르몬과의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to examine the correlation between obesity index, metabolic syndrome, and hormone of overweight female. The subjects were 40 female university students of BMKBody Mass Index) 23 to 25. Three factors were measured: obesity index(Weight, Body Fat %Fat Bmi, WC, Hip, WHR), metabolic syndrome(TotaI-C, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C), and hormone(Insulin, leptin, Adiponectin. The results were as follows: first, Weight showed a positive correlation between Body Fat(p<.01), Waist-C(p<.01), and Hip(p<.05); Body Fat showed a positive correlation between Weight(/?<.01), %Fat(pく.01),Waist-C(/?<.01), and Hip(p<.01); Waist-C showed a positive correlation between Weight(/p<.01),Body Fat(pく.01), and %Fat(p〈.01); Hip showed a positive correlation between Weight(p<.05),Body Fat(/p〈.01), %Fat(p<.01), and Waist~C(p<.01). However, a negative correlation was found between WHR and Hip(p<.05). Second, for metabolic syndrome, HDL-C showed a negative correlation between weight, Body Fat, BMI, and Hip(p<.05)f whereas LDL-C and weight showed a positive correlation(p<.05). Third, In the case of hormone, Insulin had a negative correlation with Waist-C and Hip(p<.05); there was a positive correlation between Leptin and BMI(p<.05); there was a positive correlation between Adiponectin and Weight. In conclusion, Fat, Waist-C, and Hip can be used as better obesity indexes than BMI.

        비타민 E, C와 아연섭취가 혈청지질과 유산소운동능력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of vitamin E, C and Zinc intake to blood lipid profile and aerobic ability of university students. The subject of this study were 7 males and all subjects were involved in each test. The parameters related to the aerobic ability (VO₂max, HRmax) were measured through incremental maximal exercise testing before and after each treatment. blood lipids was sampled from an antecubital vein using a hypodermic syringe at rest before incremental maximal exercise. The results was as follows. Fist, the blood lipids were significantly increased or decreased by vitamin E, C and Zinc(T-C; p<.001, T-G; p<.01, HDL-C; p<.05, LDL-C; p<.01). Second, the aerobic ability were significantly improved by vitamin E, C and Zinc(VO₂max, HRmax ; p<.05). In conclusion, taking vitamin E, C and Zinc before excercise have effects of ergogenic aids than that of a placebo.
