Efficiency of plastic master cylinder can modularize higher, light weight anger of parts, several piece parts by single parts, prove NVH(Noise, Vibration, Harshness) than aluminum master cylinder as analysis result. Also, structure is easy simplicity, exchange, maintenance costs can be reduced and decrease environmental pollution because recycling is superior.

This paper was originated to set up a test equipment and to obtain the proper installation condition of the plastic damper for the hydraulic clutch control system. Performance tests with different specifications have been applied to the damper to investigate the workability and the vibration characteristics of each case, and the result was utilized into the system simulation for the optimal condition for the damper. The procedure has been developed to set up a damper test system to analyze the dynamic properties and the operation of the system, and further to setup a simulation program for the realistic situations. The result can also be applied to the dampers and the clutch systems to be developed in the future for the property tests and the optimization of the installation conditions.

LVDC의 선로에 접촉 불량 및 절연파괴가 발생하게 되면 문제 개소에 열과 함께 DC 아크가 발생하게 되고 이후 전기 화재로 진화하게 된다. 이에 DC 아크 검출기에 관한 연구가 진행되고 있으나, Smart Grid를 모의하여 1~1,500Vdc 및 10A 전력구간의 UL1699B 국제규격에 따르는 아크방전 모의 장치 및 시뮬레이터의 환경을 구축하는 데 어려움이 있다. 아크 검출기의 감지율을 개선하기 위해서는 LVDC와 유사한 전력을 모의하고 아크 발생 환경제어가 쉽고 접점의 이격거리 및 이격 가속도 등의 모의하고자 하는 조건의 구축이 쉬워야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 Smart Grid에서 발생하는 아크를 감지하기 위해 DC 아크 감시기(DC AFD : DC Arc Fault Detector)를 개발하였다. 또한 아크가 발생하는 접점부의 이격거리, 이격 가속도의 제어와 LVDC 전력을 모의하는 전압 및 전류 제어의 실험환경 구축, 시뮬레이션을 통한 검증방법 등을 연구하므로 써 전기설비의 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있다.

Lead Frame mode increases 2-3 times than single CHIP's size because does up snake and CHOP and did epoxy molding processing for CHIP's protection connecting lead that is projected on CHIP outside. But, it is trend that packaging of CIDP order-of-magnitude is converted by possible COF way because of maximum of size to have to digital device that become recent light finishing material, high functional.

The objective of this paper is to examine the detection limit, growth characteristics and notch curvature radius in short crack problem. Measurement techniques such as ultrasonic method and back-face strain compliance method were adapted. The fatigue crack growth rate of the short crack is slower than that of a long crack for a notched specimen. The short crack is detected effectively by ultrasonic method. A short surface crack occurs in the middle of specimen thickness and is transient to a through crack when maximum crack depth is larger than the notch curvature radius.
