출동현황자료 분석을 통한 재난대비 긴급차량 우선신호제어 시스템 도입지역 선정방안 연구

긴급차량 우선신호제어 시스템은 긴급차량의 출동여건을 개선할 수 있는 운영방안으로 아직까지 도입 기초단계이다. 따라서 국내 도입을 위해서는 단계적 계획과 이를 시행하기 위한 우선 도입지역 선정이 필요하다. 특히, 서울을 비롯한 광역지자체 단위의 사업 시행 시 모든 지역을 분석하기에는 시간과 비용 제약이 존재하며, 정량적이고 효율적인 도입지역 선정방안이 요구된다. 본 연구의 목적은 긴급차량 출동현황자료 분석을 통한 긴급차량 우선신호제어 시스템 도입지역 선정절차를 제시하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 서울시 긴급차량 출동현황자료를 분석하여 우선 도입지역을 도출하였으며, 시뮬레이션 분석을 통해 도입에 따른 효과분석을 수행하였다. Emergency Vehicle Preemption(EVP) is an operation method which helps to improve response condition of Emergency Vehicle(EV) and it has not yet been introduced in Korea. In order to implement the system, it requires step-by-step plan and selecting a priority area for trial operation. Since a municipal government such as Seoul is too large so it is limited in time and cost to analyze the whole area. Therefore, quantitative and effective selection method for priority area is critical. The aim of this study is to propose a selection method of implementation area for EVP system using the dispatch data analysis. This study also determined the priority area for EVP implementation by analyzing the dispatch data in Seoul and conducted a simulation to evaluate the effects of implementing EVP

본 연구는 근지구력 훈련의 양과 변화에 따른 제비방, 휴식대사량, 근력의 변화를 살펴보고자 함에 그 목적이 있다. 55명의 피험자는 각기 다른 세 집단으로 나뉘어 졌다. A 집단은 8가지 운동을 1-set 실시하였으며, B 집단은 8가지 운동을 3-set, 마지막으로 C 집단은 24가지 다른 형태의 운동을 1-set 하도록 설계하였다. 세 집단 모두 제지방, 휴식대사량, 그리고 근력의 변화에 있어서 현저한 향상을 보였다. 구체적으로, B 집단의 벤치프레스 근력 향상이 가장 현저히 증가함을 나타내었으며, 집단 A와 B는 C집단에 비해서 래터럴 풀-다운 및 복근크런치에 큰 변화를 보였다. 운동 시간과 집단간의 상호작용 효과는 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구는 비훈련자라고 할지라도 지속적, 개별적, 그리고 구체적인 근지구력 훈련을 통하여, 신체의 다양한 생리학적 요인의 현저한 증가와 효과를 가져 올 수 있음을 시사하고 있다.

단순 ABA 실험설계법 활용으로 교수학습 능력향상 중 피드백과 목표설정의 효과 검증성중기본 연구의 목적은 체육과 박사과정에 재학 중이며 시간강사로 있는, 총 6명의 (남자 4명, 여자 2명) 박사 과정생들의 교수학습 능력 향상에 있어서, 피드백과 목표설정의 효과를 알아보고자 함에 있다. 본 연구는 봄 학기 4개월 간 진행되었으며, 단일피험자 설계법 중의 하나인, 단순 ABA 실험 설계법을 이용하였으며, 체육 실기수업 및 강의실 수업 모두에 있어서의 피드백과 목표설정의 효과를 검증하였다. 박사과정중의 시간강사들의 교수 학습 행동은 행동분석 프로그램을 통한, 자료수집 및 분석과정을 거쳤다. 본 연구의 결과는 피드백의 제공 및 교수 학습 행동의 목표설정은 체육 실기 및 이론 강의에 있어서, 교수행동의 변화 및 개선에 효과적인 방법으로 나타났다.

칼라의 공간적 상관관계 및 국부 질감 특성을 이용한 영상검색

본 논문에서는 칼라 특징으로 칼라 오토코렐로그램(autocorrelogram)을 선택하고 질감 특징으로 BDIP(block difference inverse probabilities)와 BVLC(block variance of local correlation coefficient)를 선택하여 이들을 효율적으로 추출하고 결합한 다중 특징기반 영상검색 기법을 제안한다. 칼라 오토코렐로그램은 영상의 H(hue), S(saturation) 칼라 성분으로부터 추출 하였고, BDIP와 BVLC는 V(value) 성분으로부터 추출하였다. 이때 각 특징추출 시 계산량을 고려하여 간소화된 오토코렐로그램과 BVLC를 제안하여 사용하였으며, 추출한 특징들을 효율적으로 저장하기 위해 특징벡터성분들의 값을 그 분포에 따라 균등 또는 비균등 양자화 하여 사용하였다. Corel DB및 VisTex DB에 대한 실험 결과, 칼라 오토코렐로그램과 BDIP, BVLC 질감 특징을 결합함으로써 동일한 차원에서 오토코렐로그램만을 사용할 때보다 최대 9.5%, BDIP, BVLC만을 사용할 때보다 최대 4% 검색성능이 향상되었다. 또한 제안한 다중 특징은 웨이브렛 모멘트, CSD, 칼라 히스토그램에 비해 특징벡터의 저장공간을 약 3분의 1 정도 적게 차지하면서 검색성능이 각각 최대 12.6%, 14.6%, 27.9% 우수하게 나타남을 확인할 수 있었다. This paper presents a content-based image retrieval (CBIR) method using the combination of color and texture features. As a color feature, a color autocorrelogram is chosen which is extracted from the hue and saturation components of a color image. As a texture feature, BDIP(block difference of inverse probabilities) and BVLC(block variation of local correlation coefficients) are chosen which are extracted from the value component. When the features are extracted, the color autocorrelogram and the BVLC are simplified in consideration of their calculation complexity. After the feature extraction, vector components of these features are efficiently quantized in consideration of their storage space. Experiments for Corel and VisTex DBs show that the proposed retrieval method yields 9.5% maximum precision gain over the method using only the color autucorrelogram and 4.0% over the BDIP-BVLC. Also, the proposed method yields 12.6%, 14.6%, and 27.9% maximum precision gains over the methods using wavelet moments, CSD, and color histogram, respectively.

본 연구는 체육교과 수업에 있어서 피드백과 목표설정이 실제 교생 실습 수업과 동료-수업 연습에 미치는 효과를 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 4명의 체육과 전공 학생으로서, ABAC 다중기초선 연구 방법을 이용하여, 피드백과 목표설정이 각기 다른 형태의 수업 연습에 있어서의 효과를 알아보았다. 본 연구의 결과는, 연속적 피드백 제시와 목표설정은 실제 교생 수업과 동료-수업 실기 수업 모두에 있어서, 교수 수업 행동에 효과적인 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구는 체육 교사의 수업 행동은 효과적이며 체계적인 지도와 관리를 통하여 지속적으로 발전 할 수 있음을 시사하고 있다.

The purpose of this study was that follow. First, searching for the development direction of pro-basketball teams management and then analysis those things in depth, so that we can indicate the most suitable model of activating professional sports in our country. For this research to indicate the most suitable model was to, First, understanding the factor of organization in professional basketball aims. Second, understanding disadvantages of the professional basketball teams and finding the ways to solve the problems. Third, understanding the kind of strategic alliance that can apply with pro-basketball teams of our country. 4th, presentation the best model for the improvement on pro-basketball teams of our country based on each part of analysis. Pro-basketball teams team's first aim was have to tum into creating profits through team management. They must use aggressive management strategy by positioning high quality human resource. As one of those management method, there is the strategic alliance to help each other. And now, the strategic alliance that can apply with pro-basketball teams of our country, concludes with following three point; first, alliance between each single items.
