Push-pull 구조의 공액 고분자 합성 및 Phenothiazine의 질소 원자에 치환된 Side-chain에 따른 유기박막태양전지로의 특성 연구

In this study, a new series of conjugated polymer 3-(5-(5,6-bis(octyloxy)-7-(thiophen-2-yl)benzo[c][1,2,5]thiadiazol-4-yl)thiophen- 2-yl)-10-(4-(octyloxy)phenyl)-10H-phenothiazine (P1) and 3-(5-(5,6-bis(octyloxy)-7-(thiophen-2-yl)benzo[c][1,2,5]thiadiazol- 4-yl)thiophen-2-yl)-10-(4-((2-ethylhexyl)oxy)phenyl)-10H-phenothiazine (P2) were synthesised and organic photovoltaics (OPVs) properties were characterized. The push-pull structure polymer consisted of phenothiazine derivative as an electron donor and benzothiadiazole derivative as an electron acceptor. The aliphatic chain substituted aromatic ring was substituted at the position of N in phenothiazine for the electron-rich and improved solubility. Excellent thermal stabilities of P1 and P2 were confirmed by measured Td values as 321.9 and 323.7 ℃, respectively and the degrees of polymerization were 4,911 (P1) and 5,294 (P2). The maximum absorption wavelength of P1 and P2 were 549 and 566 nm, respectively. The device was fabricated and the OPVs property was measured. As a result, the power efficiency of conversion for P1 and P2 were 0.96 and 0.90%, respectively.
Benzothiadiazole-benzodithiophene을 기반으로 한 D/A구조의 공액 고분자 합성 및 광전변환 효율 특성 개선 연구

In this study, the push-pull structure polymer for organic photo voHaics (OPVs) was synthesized and characterized. The poly{4,8-didodecyloxybenzo[1,2-b;3,4-b]dithiophene-alt-5,6-bis(octyloxy)-4,7-di(thiophen-2-yl)benzo[c][1,2,5]-thiadiazole} (PDBDT-TBTD) was synthesized by Stille coupling reaction using the benzothiadiazole (BTD) derivative as an electron acceptor and benzodithiophene (BDT) derivative as an electron donor. The structure of monomers and polymers was identified by 1H-NMR and GC-MS. The optical, physical and electrochemical properties of the conjugated polymer were identified by GPC, TGA, UV-Vis and cyclic voltammetry. The number average molecular weight (Mn) and initial decomposition temperature (5% weight loss temperature, Td) of PDBDT-TBTD were 6200 and 323 ℃, respectively. The absorption maxima on the film was about 599 nm and the optical band gap was about 1.70 eV. The structure of device was ITO/PEDOT : PSS/PDBDT-TBTD : PC71BM/BaF2/Ba/Al. PDBDT-TBTD and PC71BM were blended with the weight ratio of 1:2 which were then used as an optical active layer. The power conversion efficiency (PCE) of fabricated device was measured by solar simulator and the best PCE was 2.1%.

본 연구는 보행로 범죄예방환경평가를 목적으로 진행되었는데, 범죄예방 환경설계의 관점에서 현장조사를 위한 체크리스트를 작성하여 보행로를 평가하였다. 연구결과 범죄예방환경설계(CPTED)를 적용한 보행로의 설치기준 및 관리규정 마련이 필요하다. 세부사항으로는 보행로의 폭의 확보와 보차분리가 필요하며 이를 위해 공용주차장시설의 확대와 협소한 보행로 내 주차금지구역 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 보행로 내 시설물의 설치기준 마련이 필요하고 사적공간과 공적공간의 영역성 확보를 위한 시설물 또는 색채 등을 활용하여야 할 것이다. 보행로 내 옥외보안등의 빛이 닿는 영역 및 어두운 공간에 대한 개선이 필요하고 주거지역과 상점과 혼재된 지역의 옥외보안등 점등시간의 효율적 관리지침 마련이 필요하다. 그리고 주거지역 거주민의 범죄예방환경을 위한 교육이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. This study on the laneways of crime prevention have been conducted for the purpose of environmental assessment, crime prevention, environmental checklist for field research in terms of design and make laneways were evaluated. Followings are the results. First, Crime prevention-the lodge designing and installation of laneways to apply the standards is needed. Second, The installation of the facility in laneways laid the basis for this is needed. Third, Details are secured and the width of the beam of the laneways, you need a separate car public parking facility for enlargement and limited parking zone within the necessary laneways. And residential areas for crime prevention education to resident needs.

Phase locked loops (PLLs) are essential circuits to generate stable clocks in many applications requiring low noise and jitter, such as wireless communications and analog-to-digital converters. Among the various PLL structures, the sub-sampling fractional-N PLL structure utilizing a digital-to-time converter (DTC) is the most effective one to achieve improved in-band noise. However, this structure requires a high resolution DTC for noise protection, which exposes obvious limitations in terms of design complexity and difficulty, and power consumption. To tackle the limitations of the existing structure, this paper proposes new 2.4 GHz sub-sampling fractional-N PLL based on a hybrid phase interpolator (PI) composed of capacitors and tournaments. The introduction of the PI greatly reduces DTC overhead, while achieving low power consumption through a capacitor structure interpolator, and assuring the high accuracy of the phase generation through the tournament interpolator. The proposed PLL is designed in 65nm CMOS technology and demonstrates that the fabricated chip achieves 162 fs rms jitter, -247.3 dB FoM and -47 dBc fractional spurs.

In this study, three kinds of polymers based on phenothiazine-benzothiadiazole were synthesized by a Suzuki coupling reaction, and the various side-chains were substituted at the nitrogen of phenothiazine. The optical and electrochemical properties of synthesized polymers were analyzed. The results indicate that their absorption ranged from 300 to 700 nm, and alsoconfirmed the ideal highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) energy level was about -5.4 eV with low band-gap energy. Photovoltaic devices were fabricated using a photoactive layer composed of a blended solution of the polymer and PC71BMin ortho-dichlorobenzene The device with P2HDPZ-bTP-OBT containing the branched side-chain and long chain showed the best performance; the maximum power conversion efficiency of this device was 2.4% (with VOC : 0.74 V, JSC : 6.9 mA/cm2,FF : 48.0%).

국소 결절성 과형성은 섬유성 격막에 의해 나누어지는 간세포와 Kupffer 세포의 결절로 이루어진 양성 종괴이다. 방사선학적으로 다른 종괴와 유사한 소견을 보이나 그 예후와 치료는 달라 감별이 요구된다. 저자들이 경험한 증례는 조영 후 영상을 조영전기영상과 조영후기영상으로 분리함으로써 종괴의 혈류형태를 관찰할 수 있는 급속조영 CT를 실시하여 감별진단에 도움을 받을 수 있었고 병리조직학적으로 국소 결절성 과형성으로 확인된, 급속조영 CT 실시후 국내에서 보고되는 최초의 증례이다. . Focal nodular hyperplasia is a benign hepatic tumor mainly composed of nodules of hepatocytes and Kupffer cells separated by fibrous septa. In general, it is difficult to differentiate focal nodular hyperplasia and hepatocellular carcinoma on ultrasonography, conventional CT(computerized tomography), and angiography. But IV bolus CT is of particular value in the diagnosis of focal nodular hyperplasia because it can divide enhanced CT into early and late phase and can characterize tumor vascularity and analyze any intratumoral elements. In our case, it was seen as a hypoechoic mass lesion on ultrasonography and hyperdense mass lesion on early-phase IV bolus CT and isodense mass lesion on late-phase IV bolus CT. On angiography, hyperplasia of the feeding artery and tumor staining were well visualized. The patient underwent operation and the mass was pathologically confirmed to a focal nodular hyperplasia. We report the first case of focal nodular hyperplasia on IV bolus CT in Korea.
