        The purpose of this study in order to understand the current situation and problems of leisure policies in South Korea. Modern welfare societies is very importance for national leisure support policy. Improve your health and quality of life of the people in all these countries for varied, systematic leisure policies. Now for the people to meet the socio-economic level, Korea leisure policies live up to the time has come. Thus, in this study the importance of content, organisation of leisure policy in order to expand the effective leisure policy, leisure improvement of laws.

        스포츠 산업 및 경영 대학원 전공 특성화를 위한 연구

        This study is due to the growth of the sports industry of the need for developing human resources for the program. The purpose of this study was to analyze the following three. First of all, to identify the status of sports industry in this country, the domestic sports industry market analysis. Secondly, the 2014′ sports industrial development policies, Department of industrial and domestic and overseas university sports management major in education curriculum of the relevant graduate school of comparative analysis. Finally, a graduate of Department of industrial and management of competitive sports education proposes a new model to the contents. This study found that graduate education in business administration majoring in sports industry and sports within the goals and determine applicability as follows. First of all, the Graduate Department of education courses, my expertise and global talent for cultivating a variety of support systems, employment support and certification support.

        서구사회의 과학기술혁명 과정 속에 나타난 여가문제

        The progress of modernization had been made based on conflicts and pains of renovations and revolutions in our modem history. The principle of the French Revolution, that is, liberty and egalitarianism, and the technical renovation and reasonable economic system brought about by the Industrial Revolution of England influenced a lot all fields of the society including political. economic, social, cultural, and philosophical fields. They played a critical role in laying a foundation of modern civil society, having broken from the past feudalism society. However, in addition to positive effects resulted from those two events, they gave rise to various negative side-effects including urbanization with population influx to cities, unemployment, labor conditions of ill sanitation. labor disputes, conflicts and alienation among new social strata. Leisure, as a contrast to labor which was compulsory for life, was designed for pleasure and refreshment of life, being free from all pressures of responsibilities. The feature of leisure itself could be dependent on types, degrees, time, and frequency of labor. The modern concept of leisure can be traced back to tie progress of modern capitalism society established since the Industrial Revolution of Europe. Among all problems which occurred in the process of industrialization, there was a serious confrontation between employers and employees in relation to labor and rest. This problem has developed into a social problem, extending the sphere of the relationship between themselves, and the confrontation between the pains of labor and pleasure of relaxation raised in that period laid the foundation of leisure of modern time. In addition, the transformation of social structure caused from the establishment of commercial and industrial society, development of transportation and mass media also have contributed to the formation of leisure of modern time. However, those two events leading to the modernization of the European society also gave rise to various negative side-effects, and among others, occurrence of two major classes of capitalists and laborers resulted in a great confusion there. In this context, progress of leisure has been made in parallel with modernization of Europe, and the extent of acceptance of leisure has been expanded through sharing and exchdanges of its means between haves and have-nots. Therefore, the modern view of leisure has been formed based on a social needs in connection with labor and relaxation with respect of individual freedom.

        스크린골프이용객의 참여동기 척도개발 및 타당성 검증

        The purpose of this study is to develop criteria for quantitatively measuring motivational factors of screen golf users. For that purpose, we visited screen golf courses in Seoul and Gyunggido region and surveyed the users for 1st and 2nd time. At our first survey, we surveyed 225 users by questionnaires and 218 questionnaires were retrieved and after insincere responses were disregarded, 203 questionnaires were analyzed. At our second survey, we surveyed 275 users and 250 questionnaires were retrieved and after insincere responses were disregarded, 226 questionnaires were analyzed. Analyses were made by the methods of inductive analysis, item analysis, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. Statistical package program SPSS 18.0 for Windows and AMOS 18.0 were used for data analysis. From the result of data analysis, 5 factors were selected as motivational factors of screen golf users; acquisition of skills(7 items), non-motivation(5 items), pleasure(5 items), external ostentation(3 items), sociality(3 items), total 19 items. The internal reliability of each factor was .829 ~.887. And from the result of confirmatory factor analysis of sub-factors, suitability indexes of the 5 factors were generally good, that confirmed the validity of criteria.

        프로야구 경기장의 서비스 품질이 관람만족 및 충성도, 구전의도에 미치는 관계

        This study progressed a research on which influence there is among service quality, spectating satisfaction, loyalty and word-of-mouth intention of the currently most popular professional baseball stadium. The purpose of this study is to establish a marketing plan of using the sports facilities for increasing spectators of professional baseball by creating diverse marketing plans through the facilities of professional baseball stadium. The subjects of this study were progressed a research targeting 347 people by directly visiting professional baseball stadiums in Seoul and Gyeonggi area. Data processing of this study was carried out frequency analysis, reliability test, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis. And to verify the established structural equation model, the path analysis was carried out. For the objective of research, the collected materials were utilized SPSS 18.0 statistical program and AMOS 18.0 for verifying structural model. The results of this study showed that the influence of service quality in stadium upon spectating satisfaction has positive effect on spectating satisfaction in all sub-factors of service quality. Second, the spectating satisfaction in the spectators of visiting stadium was indicated to have positive influence upon loyalty. Third, the spectating satisfaction in the spectators of visiting stadium was indicated to have positive influence even upon word-of-mouth intention. Fourth, finally, the spectators` loyalty was indicated to have positive influence upon word-of-mouth intention.

        상업스포츠센터의 서비스 품질이 고객만족과 고객충성도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study a structural relations in which service quality leads to customer satisfaction which in turn customer loyalty. Satisfaction of customer depends considerably on its stability and other various factors including its Leader trust, of institution, equipment and give a service, membership system price policy plan make a huge impact on customer loyalty. The present study suggests that future directions of service improvement and more practical and detailed bases of marketing strategy. The customer satisfaction for analysis service quality of a study was revealed by having an influence on the customer loyalty degree.

        골프 클럽 구매시 선택속성이 고객만족과 고객충성도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the empirical structure of the customer relationship Golf club head and select Properties satisfaction and customer loyalty. In order to achieve the object of this study was to investigate, using the questionnaire. Study area were investigated, 50 parts of Seoul and Gyeonggi-Do golf driving range. The final section 217 valid samples in accordance with the research methods and goals SPSS ver. 18.0 were analyzed using. Analysis of the impact of the golf club purchase selected property is customer satisfaction, AS management, price, clubs functionality, design influenced customer satisfaction. Golf club selection attribute analysis of the effects of the re-purchase intention, AS administration, club of the functional design showed that affect customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is analysis of the effects of the re-purchase intention, was analyzed to customer satisfaction that affects the re-purchase intention.

        골프연습장의 제공 서비스유형이 고객만족과 고객애호도 및 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to inquire into the customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and repurchase intention according to service type of driving range. 323 copies were used for verification except insincere materials by collecting data with direct survey method targeting users of outdoor driving ranges with more than 50 batters where are located in Gangnam-gu(2 places), Seocho-gu(2 places), and Songpa-gu(2 places) in Seoul. The data analysis of this study was carried out exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and path analysis. As for the results of this study, first, the perceived quality and the perceived value among factors of customer service were indicated to have significant influence upon customer satisfaction. Second, customer satisfaction was indicated to have significant influence upon customer loyalty. Third, customer loyalty factor was indicated to have significant influence upon repurchase intention factor. Fourth, it can be said to be needed a marketing method that can have positive influence upon repurchase intention by increasing customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.
