동적 유한요소 해석을 통한 일체형 원자로 안전주입 노즐 이종금속 용접부의 잔류응력에 미치는 레이저 피닝 변수의 영향 고찰

In this study, the effect of the laser peening variable that it reaches to the welding residual stress mitigation through the dynamic finite-element analysis tries to be considered. In case of applying the integrated nuclear reactor safety injection nozzle dissimilar welds in which inner the repair welding is performed to the laser peening, it faced and by using ABAQUS, that is the commercial finite element analysis program, the dynamic finite-element analysis was practiced. Consequently, it confirmed that the tension residual stress at the Alloy 690 series alloy inner surface contacted with the high temperature chemistry primary water was considerably mitigated. In addition, the more the maximum impact pressure, impact pressure duration and laser spot diameter increases, the more the inner surface tension residual stress mitigation decreases, but the more the depth of the mitigated area increases. Also, the laser peening direction can know that an effect is nearly not at the residual stress mitigation.

일체형 원자로 안전주입 노즐 이종금속 용접부에 대한 레이저 피닝 적용의 수치 해석적 연구

일체형 원자로의 안전주입 노즐 이종금속 용접부의 잔류응력에 대한 레이저 피닝의 효과를 고찰하기 위해 상용 프로그램인 ABAQUS를 이용하여 implicit 동적 유한요소 해석을 통해 연구를 수행하였다. implicit 동적 유한요소 해석은 기존의 실험 결과와의 비교에 따르면 레이저 피닝을 통한 잔류응력 이완에 대해 타당하다고 확인된다. 한편 내부 보수용접이 수행된 이종금속 용접부에 대해 해석이 수행되며 그 결과는 축방향 및 원환 잔류응력 모두 내부 보수용접에 기인하여 노즐의 내표면에서 인장임을 나타낸다. 또한 용접 잔류응력 이완에 대한 최대 충격 압력, 압력 지속 시간, 스폿 직경 및 피닝 방향과 같은 여러 변수의 효과를 고찰하기 위해 변수 해석 또한 수행하였다. 결과적으로, 레이저 피닝은 내표면 근처 영역의 잔류응력을 주로 이완시키는 예방정비 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. A numerical analysis has been performed through implicit dynamic finite element analysis using the commercial package, ABAQUS in order to investigate effect of laser peening on welding residual stress mitigation of dissimilar metal welds in a safety injection nozzle of integral reactor. The implicit dynamic finite element analysis are compared with the previous experimental results. By comparison, it is identified that the implicit dynamic finite element analysis is valid for residual stress mitigation via laser peening. Implicit static finite element residual stress analysis has been performed for the dissimilar metal welds subject to inner repair welding. The analysis results represent that both axial and hoop residual stresses are tensile on inner surface of safety injection nozzle due to inner repair welding. Also Parametric study has performed to investigate effect of laser peening variables such as maximum impact pressure, duration time of pressure, spot diameter and peening direction on the welding residual stress mitigation. As a result, it is found that laser peening has the preventive maintenance effect to mitigate mainly residual stresses of region near inner surface.

비언어적 의사소통의 일종인 제스처 등이 나라마다 다른 이유를 비교문화적 관점에서 문화적인 차이를 반영하기 때문이라는 학자들의 주장을 살펴보고,제스처 등에 비해 더욱 복잡한 언어체계를 갖춘 수어가 각 나라마다 다른 이유를 문화적 관점에서 고찰하였다.특히 나라별로 문화 차이를 설명하는 준거를 바탕으로 문화적 차이가 한국과 미국의 수어에 어떻게 반영되었는가를 찾아보고자 했다.본 연구에서는 한국과 미국의 수어단어 중에 같은 뜻을 나타내지만,다른 수어동작으로 표현되는 단어를 5가지 유형으로 설명하였다.분석결과,미국과 한국의 수어 동작 차이는 개인주의와 집단주의 등 동양과 서양의 문화적인 차이를 반영하는 것으로 생각된다.수어가언어로서 문화적인 산물인 만큼 한국과 미국의 수어가 문화적 차이를 보인다는 것은 수어가 언어라는 측면에서 당연한 결과이지만,본 연구에서는 당연시 되는 수어의 문화적 차이를 처음으로 살펴본 연구로서 그 의의를 두고자 한다.그러나 본 연구는 적은 수의 수어단어를 대상으로 한 점과 미국과 한국의 수어만으로 대상으로 하는 점 등 여러 가지 제한점이 있으므로 앞으로 연구과제는 여러 나라의 많은 수어를 대상으로 후속연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다. Nonverbal communication includes gesture which meanings are different according to countries. A lot of study on inter-culture approach to investigate gesture differences among countries showed the differences were attributed to cultural differences of countries. Using the criteria for comparing the differences of gesture in the studies, the differences between American sign words and Korean sign words were analyzed. Results indicated that many sign words selected in this study reflected the cultural differences between the two countries. In sum, the result of this research implicated sign language had cultural characteristics of true language. However, the limitations of this study are selecting few sign words and comparing the sign words of only two countries, America and Korea.

한국수어와 방법적 수화 제시에 따른 농학생의 글 내용이해도 비교

This study was conducted to find out comprehension ability of Deaf student by means of the text interpreted into Korean Sign Language and Signed Korean. The purpose of study was to research the more effective sign language between KSL(Korean Sign Language) and SK(Signed Korean) in view of gaining a better understanding of the text contents.Subjects were 28 secondary school students who were deaf or severe hearing impairments. To inspect this study, videotape that was recorded the text translated into KSL and SK was presented to the students.The results are following. First, KSL was better than SK from the viewpoint of comprehending the texts. Second, Despite all the text, KSL was better than SK. Third, there were no differences between the story text and explanatory text with the range of a sign language.Such result show that KSL was the more effective sign language of the two sign languages in comprehending writings. Accordingly, It would be helpful to use KSL in deaf education.

청각장애학생들의 정서표현어휘 이해능력과 얼굴표정 읽기능력의 관계 탐색

연구 목적: 본 연구는 청각장애학생들의 정서표현어휘 이해능력과 얼굴표정 읽기능력의 관계를 알아보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구 방법: 청각장애 중,고등학생 26명, 건청 초등학교 6학년 학생 43명, 건청 중학교 3학년 학생 31명, 총 100명을 대상으로 하였다. 정서표현어휘 이해능력을 알아보기 위해 연구자들이 만든 검사도구를 사용하였으며, 얼굴표정 읽기능력을 알아보기 위해 `눈에 깃든 마음읽기 검사`를 실시하였다. 연구 결과: 청각장애학생들의 정서표현어휘 이해능력은 건청학생들에 비하여 열등한 것으로 나타났으며, 얼굴표정 읽기능력은 건청학생들과 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 그러나 정서표현어휘 이해능력을 통제하였을 때 청각장애학생들의 얼굴표정 읽기능력은 건청 초등학교 6학년 학생들보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 정서표현어휘 이해능력과 얼굴표정 읽기능력은 정적 상관관계를 보였으며, 청각장애학생이 건청학생보다 높은 상관관계를 보였다. 결론: 청각장애학생과 건청학생의 정서표현어휘 이해능력과 얼굴표정 읽기능력은 상관관계가 있다. Purpose: This study explored a relationship between emotion related word knowledge and facial expression recognition of hearing impaired students. Method: Participants of this research were 26 hearing impaired students in middle or high school, 43 normal hearing 6th grade students of elementary school and 41 normal hearing 3rd grade students of middle school. Emotion related word knowledge task and Reading the Mind in the Eyes for facial expression recognition were conducted. Results: First, hearing impaired students` emotion related word knowledge was inferior to that of hearing students. Second, hearing impaired and normal hearing students showed similar performance for facial expression recognition. Third, hearing impaired students were significantly better than 6th grade students of elementary school on facial expression recognition task after controlling emotion related word knowledge. Forth, emotion related word knowledge and facial expression recognition were correlated significantly. Conclusion: The results support the hypothesis of correlation between emotion related word knowledge and facial expression recognition of students.
