        대구 ·경북지역 위암환자의 식품과 영양섭취상태

        The present study was conducted to evaluate the food and nutrients intakes of stomach cancer patients in the Daegu and Gyeongbuk areas in order to find out the dietary risk factors for stomach cancer. The subjects of the study were 102 patients who had recently been diagnosed with stomach cancer at the Gyeongbuk National University Hospital. The control subjects were 105 people including patients from the Department of Orthopedic Surgery and healthy volunters frequency data obtained by individual interviews using questionnaires. The mean daily calorie intakes of the control and the case groups were not significantly diferent. However the energy intake from protein was significantly higher in the case group as compared to the control group. With regard to the nutrients intakes, the case subjects consumed significantly higher amounts of nutrients such as protein, calcium, sodium, phosphorus and niacin than the control group. The case group showed a tendency to consume higher amount of protein, fat, calcium and iron from animal food high consumption of animal foods, specific nutrients such as protein, sodium and niacin, specific food groups such as meat, spices, and low consumption of fruits and mushrooms. Therefore, it is recommended that more extensive and systematic surveys be conducted to confirm the risk factors for stomach cancer, taking into consideration the dietary cultural characteristics of this region.         Particulate Leaching 기법을 사용한 Polymer Scaffold 상의 세포증식에 있어서 젤라틴 입자의 효과

        On the background of general idea and technique of bioscience, medicine and engineering, tissue engineering aim at maintenance, improvement and repair of human body function through manufacturing and transplantation of artificial tissue and organ exchangeable human body. Basic material used in the area is scaffold that aid tissue and organ formation. Making scaffold, solvent-casting and particulate leaching technique is widely used in manufacturing of porous polymer scaffold. There are many types of particle including salt and gelatin. Salt is a most commonly used particulate because it is easily available and very easy to handle and gelatin particle is another candidate for this method because it is known as a material, which enhances cell attachment and proliferation. But there is no comparative study of two kinds of materials. In this study we compared the biocompatibility of the two scaffolds made from salt(salt scaffold) and gelatin particle (gelatin scaffold). These results demonstrated that gelatin scaffold showed better attachment of cells at the initial stage and better proliferation of cells. The better performance of gelatin scaffold is contributed to the better connection of pores in the same porosity. 조직공학은 생명과학, 의학, 공학의 기본개념 및 기술을 바탕으로 생체조직을 대체할 수 있는 인공조직 및 장기를 제작하여 이식함으로써 생체의 기능을 유지, 향상 또는 복원하는 것을 목표로 하는데 여기에 사용되는 기본 재료가 장기나 조직의 형태를 만들도록 돕는 scaffold이다. Scaffold를 만드는데 있어서 Solvent-casting과 Particulate leaching 기법은 다공성 폴리머 scaffold의 제조에서 널리 쓰이는 방법인데 여기 쓰이는 particle에는 소금과 젤라틴 둥이 사용되고 있다. 소금은 얻기가 쉽고 다루기에도 편리하다는 장점 때문에 가장 일반적으로 사용되고 있으며 젤라틴은 소금에 비하여 세포의 초기 접착과 증식에 유리하다는 이유로 최근에 많이 사용되고 있으나 이에 관한 비교실험은 아직 보고 된 바 없다. 본 연구에서는 소금과 젤라틴으로 만들어진 두 가지 scaffold를 비교해 보았으며 그 결과 젤라틴 scaffold가 초기상태의 세포 접합과 증식에 있어서 좋은 결과를 보였고 같은 공극율일 때 공극의 연결 상태가 훨씬 더 우수한 결과를 보였다.

        The sudden develoment of modern civiljation, still the various changes of the modern society demands strongly "A humanistic croation ". Especially, nowday's education belief demands the development of men's ability especially through the creation. the humanistic figurance, according to the sientific sudden progress and economic progress. In the light of the above view, how is it? : our Korean marching band in the degree, the course of progress. In Europe, around 16C., that (marching band) has been progressed from military song. If has been heard that the foundation of this military song was made from Roman times. They enlarged the compositing of the military song. We canfind lot of song's kinds. the wonderfull progress. In the begining of 19th C., many countries began the positive famous song. with that. those song's were reached to the considerable lovel. Upon the basic of the military song's Formation was made from Foot Hall Game of America. Nowdays, that is being applied in many countries of the world. After our liberation from Japan. Marching Band has been progressed. adding to the military song. But, Marching Bon progress in the quality has not come as muchas Marching Bandin quntatic changes. We some times feel and think Formation of Marching Band. Drill has been yet so and so. Those judgement is felt from the us attemptive Formation and drill parade watch. It is a true fact that. there are not at all the books about Marching Band. the unattemptive Marching Band is being made in the was "vaguely to hear and see". Through the study about Marching Band and Formation this time. we desire more attempt last day. I would like to write following important points. (1) In the formation of Marching Band. after the decision whether it be large or small, the suitable instruments for the songs have to be composed. Atfirst, marching Band has to be composed importantly upon Brass instrument. percussion instrument. It is hopeful that a wooden instument has to be changed in to a percussion in strument. (2) Street show (parade) has to be take the harmony to Band. (3) Before doing Field show. to take which one of both. Formation. drill. should be desided by member of Band. the place into practical, the situation of look-oners, Therfore, in the case of Field show being done. necessarily after all investigation all the plans has to be made. (4) The choiced song's to Marching Band. 1) Popular song 2) The easy song to be played. 3) It is hopefull to take rhythm prior to harmonic. 4) There has to be volume. 5) The changes in tempo, rhythm has to be abundant. the song for Marching Bend suitably has to be composed. (5) In making formation, the standard line has to be given. the description in formation must be brief and simple. Formation must be large and long, thin. Also, as possible as the circumstance permits. all the same instruments should be put to the same place. (6) The effective play of formation has to be write the figurance of the description on the graph paper. (7) In advance. you have to look for the place for formation. take into consideration the place for look-oners, adjust the members for width. (8) Marching Band has to be played the most effectively. adding to step's changes like the above all. the formation of Marching Band. overture. parade. field show. stage show. floor show. arrangement. the plan for Formation. the effective plan for play, steps, have to be important. led stressly.

      • 개에서 발생한 자궁축농증 1례

        A 12-year-old, female miniature pinscher dog with history of fever and vaginal discharge 3 days ago was referred to the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital of Chungnam National University. A diagnosis of pyometra was made by survey of abdominal radiographs and ultrasonography. The uterus appeared as convoluted and tubular appearance filled with anechoic to hypoechoic fluid. Ovariohysterectomy was the choice of cervical patency. Medical therapy for pyometra may be appropriate in bitches that were of breeding age and that were not systemically ill. The surgery was fine. After 1 week, the dog was getting better.

      • 45례의 개에서 발생한 농피증 질환의 역학조사

        For retrospective study of canine pyoderma in 45 cases diagnosed at Chungnam National University Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital between January 2004 and October 2006, incidences of cause, sex, breed, age, season, food, lesional skin and environment was compared. Forty-five dogs were included in this retrospective study. The incidence of canine pyoderma in dermatology cases was 56%(45/80). The mean age of the 45 dogs was 4.89 years. There were 20 males and 25 female. Shunauzer and American Cocker spaniel appeared to be at higher risk of developing canine pyoderma than were other breeds. Distribution of lesions were highly variable. Some dogs in this study(21/45) had underlying diseases, including acute trauma(n=6), allergy dermatitis(5), seborrheic dermatitis(n=4). Recurrence of canine pyoderma was high.

        기업의 문제해결을 위한 품질경영시스템 적용사례 분석

        초기 창업업체 및 기술 창업 중소기업에 ISO 품질경영관리 시스템의 적용 여부에 따라 기업의 영속성에 어떤 영향을 끼치는지 확인한다. 특히 기술창업 중소기업의 품질경영관리 시스템이 전체 SYSTEM 에서 중요하게 차지하는 부분이 연구개발보다는 재무, 관리, 품질관리 부문의 경영관리 SYSTEM 적용이 중요함을 인지하고 있다. 각 사업구조별 의료기기 제작업체, 핸드폰 중개기 제작업체, 해외 중국업체이며 디젤엔진용 부품 제작업체 3개사의 성공 사례와 실패 사례 1개사를 통해 품질경영관리 SYSTEM을 적용하지 않은 업체의 문제점과 품질관리, 제품관리, 생산관리가 효율적 관리가 이루어지지 않아 생기는 재무적, 경제적, 관리적 문제점에 대해서 알아보고 그 원인에 대해서 연구하고 분석해본다. 사례 대상 업체에 품질경영관리 SYSTEM을 적용 후 부적합사항을 개선한 사례를 알아본다. 또한, 실패한 1개사를 선정 실패 사례를 통해 기업의 안정성과 영속성을 유지하기 위해 품질경영관리 SYSTEM을 적용 후 품질경영관리 매뉴얼과 절차서에 의거 실천 여부에 따라 사업의 성공과 실패가 판가름 남을 알 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 최근 기업내부에서는 내부 심사원등을 선임하여 지속 개선활동을 시행해야 하고 기업의 발전과 영속성을 원하는 업체는 반드시 품질경영관리시스템을 반영하여야만 함을 설명한다. Identify the effects of ISO quality management system on the durability of the enterprise by applying it to early startups and small - and medium-sized enterprises. In particular, the quality management system of a technology start-up small and medium sized companies is important in applying the management system to the financial, management and quality control services rather than to research and development. The quality management system is applied to the medical equipment manufacturers, mobile phone brokers, foreign Chinese companies, and components manufacturers for diesel engines.Try it. Check the case where the quality management system has been applied to the company concerned and the nonconformities have been improved. In addition, the success of the project was determined by applying the quality control system to maintain the stability and perpetuation of the company through the case of the failed selection. The company explains that recently, it must appoint internal auditors to carry out continuous improvement activities and that those who want the development and continuity of the company must reflect the quality management system.

      • 단일세포조작기술의 의료응용

        질병의 치료와 생명연장에 관계하는 의료분야는 나노기술이 가장 먼저 적용될 것이고 그 적용으로 인한 파급효과도 가장 클 것으로 평가되고 있는 분야이다. 질병의 원인분석에 관한 연구가 세포 및 분자수준으로 발전해있는 현 단계에서 단일세포를 살아있는 상태에서 원하는 바에 따라 조작하고 세포내에 존재하는 각종 물질들의 분포, 농도변화 등 또한 세포가 살아있는 상태에서 극히 높은 정밀도로 파악 할 수 있다면 이는 질병의 병인분석 및 치료법 개발에 획기적인 발전을 가져올 것이다. 기존의 기술이었던 연속 및 비교적 긴 펄스레이저 및 전자빔 및 플라즈마 등 고에너지 입자에 기반된 미세가공 및 초미세 tip 을 이용한 기계적 가공기술은 대상물질의 열적-기계적 손상으로부터 자유롭지 않고, 가공 소재의 종류에 따라 가공 공정이 전혀 불가능한 경우가 대부분이었다. 또한 특정 양자단위 하에서의 측정 물리량은 기존의 통계적-거시적 측정 및 제어기술과는 완전하게 다른 물리학체계 하에서 이루어지고 동시에 극히작은 변동물리량을 성공적으로 측정-제어하기 위한 새로운 방법론이 필요하다. 단일세포 조작기술연구에서는 단일세포를 분자수준에서 실시간으로 계측할 수 있는 나노유체역학 및 펨토초 레이저기술을 세포가 외부자극 등에 반응하는 패턴을 파할 할 수 있는 의미 있는 수준의 짧은 시간 동안에 측정할 수 있을 정도로 개발하고 이를 당뇨병, 알츠하이머 병, 암 등의 난치성질환의 병인 분석 및 치료법개발에 이용하려 한다.
