광복 70년을 통해본 수업의 변화

This study aims to understand the changes in the classroom in elementary and secondary level during 70 years after liberation in a chronological order through literature review. For this, first, representative education history books were used to build outline of the changes. Next, Korea Education Weekly and other databases were used to do key word searches. As the results, five stages were identified: Introduction of Progressivism, Behaviorist Implementation, Qualitative Change in Instructional Method, Constructivist Influence, and Period for Autonomy and Variety. They were based on changes in curriculum, interest in new education with economic and educational development, the introduction of advanced instructional theories, and the development of internet technologies. It was found that the changes in the classrooms have driven by the government, new curricula and policies have led efforts for improving instructional methods, instructional theories from the advanced countries were introduced and disseminated to schools, private research institutes and teachers have played an important role in diffusing instructional methods, and overall innovation attempt has been made from the impact of technologies. 본 연구의 목적은 광복이후 70년 동안 우리나라 초・중등교육에서 일어난 수업의 변화가 어 떠했는지를 문헌중심의 연대기적 기술 방식으로 살펴보는데 있다. 이를 위해 본고에서는 1945년부터 2015년까지의 대표적 교육사 문헌을 중심으로 큰 흐름을 파악하고, 한국교육신 문, 데이터베이스를 통한 키워드 검색을 통하여 수업의 주요 변화, 요인, 시기를 추출하였다. 초 중등학교에서 우리나라 교육과정의 변천, 경제발전의 영향으로 이루어진 교육개선에 따른 새로운 영역에 대한 관심, 선진국 교수학습이론의 전래, 인터넷 등 테크놀로지의 발달 등의 영향에 따라 나타난 수업의 변화를 문헌분석을 통하여 연대기적으로 기술하였다. 그 결과 최 종‘진보주의 교육 도입기’, ‘행동주의 적용기’, ‘수업방법의 질적 변화기’, ‘구성주의 영향기’, ‘자율화와 다양화 시기’의 5기로 명명하였다. 우리나라 교실 수업변화는 다양한 요소에 의해 이루어졌다. 첫째, 주로 정부주도로 이루어졌는데, 새로운 교육과정의 도입과 교육정책은 수 업방법의 개선 노력으로 이어졌다. 둘째, 선진국의 교육방법이론이 국내에 소개되어 학교 현 장에 전파되었다. 셋째, 민간연구단체와 자생적 교원들을 중심으로 교육방법의 확산의 구심 점이 되었다. 넷째, 테크놀로지의 영향력이 커지면서, 이에 기반한 교육의 혁신을 꾀하는 시 도가 이루어지고 있다.

사이버 인문콘텐츠의 수준향상 방안에 관한 연구

본 연구는 정보화시대에 학습자료 뿐 아니라 우리 인문학 연구와 발전에 기여할 사이버 인문학 콘텐츠의 개발을 활성화시키고 보다 질 좋은 콘텐츠를 양산할 수 있는 방안을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 국내외이 우수한 웹사이트를 선정하여 운영 및 관리체제, 서비스 내용, 이용실태 등에 관한 사례분석을 실시하였으며, 설문조사를 통하여 사이버공간 인문콘텐츠에 관한 이용실태와 사용자들의 인식과 의견을 분석하였다. 콘텐츠 소비자들은 인문 정보를 인터넷에서 제일 먼저 얻고 있으며, 연구나 직무상의 필요에 의해 인터넷을 주로 검색하는 것으로 나타났다. 콘텐츠의 여러 유형 중 문자(텍스트)를 가장 많이 이용했고 국내 사이버 인문 콘텐츠 내용의 신뢰성과 충실성에 대한 불만은 높지 않았지만, 다양성과 최신성에 대해서는 부정적이었다. 인문콘텐츠 및 정보관련 전문가들에게도 의견을 수렴하여 수준을 향상시키기 위한 정부차원과 학계 및 대학차원의 정책적 방안을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to provide suggestions that would help develap humanities contents on the Internet that supix~rt research and developrent of humanities study as well as teaching materials in the infwmation age. Suggestions for enhancing humanities contents on the Web are o f f d in tern of govemmntal and academic aspects. The folEowing were found from the study: First, the majority of people first resorted to the Internet search for the information, primary reawn king research and job purposes. Up-to-dateness and inconvenience of locating information were considered next areas to be improved. Negative responses tcm7ards domestic contents were stronger m n g college students aid experts. Quality humanities websites were characterized by active patkipation of humiities experts. Humanities scholars were involved in quality control such as devel(pnxnt, classification, evaluation of the websites. Tnid, in order to enhance thtl quality of humanities on the web, Korean government, academic field, universities, schools, regular citizens should understand the importance of developing humanities contents on the web and cooperate with each other. The government should mvide with comprehensive plan and support the web developm~nt. Above all, primary humanities Community, scholar group, should reC0gni;r;e the significance and change position from the consumers of the web oontents to the creat~rs of them. Fourth, the evaluation of the websites should be conducted regularly.

테크놀로지의 발달과 새로운 요구를 가진 독자들의 출현으로 전자책 또는 e-book에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있으며, 특히 전자 교과서는 교육에서 활용가능한 전자책의 한 종류로 그 역할과 기능에 대한 기대가 점증되고 있다. 본 연구는 전자교과서의 교육적 의미를 정립해 봄으로써 논의의 출발점을 설정한 후, 전자교과서의 적합성을 사용자의 입장에서 정리함으로써 교육에서의 전자책 사용의 당위성을 제공하고 있다. 그리고 국내·외의 전자책 개발과 활용의 동향을 살펴봄으로써 우리 전자책 시장의 장래를 점쳐 보고, 전자책의 개발 방향을 체제적 접근방법으로 제사하였다. 또한 이 연구는 교수-학습을 목적으로 정규 학교에서 학생들이 학습의 기본 교수-학습 자료와 교재로 사용할 수 있도록 학교 교육과정의 내용을 중심으로 제작되기 위해 전자 교과서에 구현되어야할 주요 요소들과 개발 절차에 대해 이론적으로 고찰해봄으로써 기존 종이교과서와의 대체가능성에 대한 의미를 제시하는데 궁극적인 목적을 두고 있다. Due to the development of new technologies and emergence of new breed of readers, the interest toward electronics book, has increased. The authors define electronic textbook as "electronic book, or ebook that is developed based on school curriculum to be used in the classroom as a primary instructional material." The following are covered in this article: First, the appropriateness of using electronic textbook in terms of user-purpose in summarized. Second, the functions of e-textbook in comparison with traditional paper book is explored. Third, overview of the status of-e-textbook around the world is attempted. The authors also argue that e-textbook should equip with additional functions to that of traditional paper book. Thus, differentiated curriculum, self-directed learning, open education, experience learning, and performance evaluation emphasized in the 7th National Curriculum is essential. The authors recommend that e-textbook should be developed step-by-step, instead of a full-scale development.

수학용 디지털교과서에서 ARCS 기반 교수매체동기요인과 유용성 지각이 학업성취에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to test a path model of ACRS components measured by IMMS and perceived usefulness on achievement using K-6 mathematics digital textbook. The participants of study were 141 elementary students in a large city. Exogenous variables were the four components of Keller's ARCS model, and two endogenous variables were investigated for a path analysis with repeated cross-validation method. Two samples were set up for estimating and validating causal relationships. The Goodness-Fit-Index for estimating and validating samples were evaluated as acceptable(estimation group: TLI=.991, CFI=.998, GFI=.987, validation group: TLI=.956, CFI=.989, GFI=.979). The results showed that ARCS components had different impacts on depending upon the dimensions of performance(achievement) and perception of usefulness. The relevance showed a significant impact on the perceived usefulness for the estimation sample(total effect=.38 p<.01) and validation sample(total effect=.34 p<.01), and the confidence revealed a significant impact on the learning achievement for the estimation sample(total effect=.37 p<.01) and validation sample(total effect=.26 p<.01). Interestingly, attention factor revealed a negative impact on learning achievement in the validation sample. However, there was no direct relationship between perceived usefulness and achievement. The study also suggested that identifying appropriate instructional model and strategy would be necessarily important to design and develop effective digital textbook.

디지털 통합과 유러닝의 활용: 목표기반학습

디지털 기술의 발전은 영역간의 개념을 약화시키면서 디지털 업종 또는 기술 간의 융합을 촉진시켜 ‘디지털 통합(digital convergence)'을 가져오고 있다. 방송, 출판, 라디오 등 분리돼 있던 산업들이 네트워크를 매개로 하여 하나로 수렴되는 것이 그 대표적인 현상이다. 이러한 디지털 통합은 새로운 기술이 기존 산업분야를 대체하거나, 기존의 전혀 달랐던 몇 개의 분야를 통합시켜 디지털 기술의 환경을 크게 변모시키고 있다. 디지털 통합이라는 새로운 흐름으로 인하여 테크놀로지를 교육에 활용할 수 있는 가능성이 더욱 늘어나며 편리해지고 있다. 특히 디지털 통합은 유비쿼터스 환경에서 이루어지는 학습(u-Learning)을 지원하여 그 지평을 넓혀가고 있다. 목표기반학습(GBS. Goal-based Scenario)은 디지털 통합이 이루어지는 u-Learning 환경하에서 적용 가능한 구체적인 수업이론으로, 다양한 멀티미디어를 활용하고, 정보의 저장과 인출이 즉각적으로 이루어 질 수 있으며, 네트워크를 통한 상호작용이 가능한 컴퓨터기반 학습환경에 적합하다. 본 연구는 GBS이론의 전제와 구성요소를 알아보고, 현재 이것이 사용되고 있는 사례를 통하여 그 u-Learning 환경에서의 적용 가능성을 탐색하고자 한다.

테크놀로지 리더십의 개발방안 연구

일선학교의 컴퓨터 등 ICT의 도입이 증가되고, 이에 병행하여 교사를 위한 테크놀로지 활용교육과 지원이 증대되고 있으나, 정작 하드웨어와 소프트웨어의 도입과 이에 따른 변화는 교사에 의해서만 이루어지지는 않는다. 중견 교사와 교감, 교장 등 학교 행정가들은 일선 교사들이 테크놀로지를 적극 사용할 수 있도록 이끌고 환경을 조성해야 한다. 따라서 막강한 잠재력을 가지고 있는 테크놀로지의 활용은 행정가들의 리더십이 아니고는 이루어지기 어렵다. 하지만, 그 성공적 정착에 필수적인 '테크놀로지 리더십'에 대한 연구나 논의는 이루어지고 있지 않다. 본 연구는 테크놀로지 리더십을 규명하고, 사례연구를 통하여 우리나라에서 이를 현장감 있게 조명하여 개발방안을 제시하고자 한다.
