법률문헌 인용방법의 표준안(증보판)은 2015년 대법원 사법정책연구원에서 발간한 법률 문헌 인용방법의 표준안(시안)의 증보판입니다. 이번 증보판은 2015년판 표준안을 기반으 로 하여 해외법률문헌 인용방법 부분에 37개의 국가를 추가하였고, 기타 필요한 부분을 추 가로 보완하였습니다. 본 표준안은 2015년판과 마찬가지로 책임감 있는 법 연구를 할 수 있는 바람직한 연구 문화를 조성하고자 인용방법에 대한 하나의 시안을 제시한 것입니다. 그러므로 법 연구를 전문적으로 하는 학생, 교수, 법조인뿐만 아니라 법이 다소 생소한 분들에게도 본 표준안이 쉽고 편한 길잡이가 되었으면 하는 바램입니다. 또한 나날이 전문화, 글로벌화, 정보화 되는 법 연구 문화에 발맞출 수 있도록 인용방법 에 대한 다양한 관례를 정리하여 시의적절하고도 모범적인 인용방법을 제안하고자 독자 여 러분들의 의견과 제안을 적극적으로 수렴하고자 하오니, 독자 여러분들의 많은 의견 부탁 드립니다.

한국의 공공외교와 세종학당 : 2007-2015년 국가별 지정 요인에 관한 실증분석

This study aims to investigate what affects South Korean policy for overseas Korean language education as an important measure of public diplomacy. Specifically, it conducts the Fixed-effect Poisson regression in order to examine whether and to what extent politicoeconomic factors as well as socio-cultural ones are significantly correlated with the number of King Sejong Institute (KSI) from 2007 to 2015. It finds that socio-cultural factors are more significantly correlated with the number of KSI established in a target country than politico-econoimc ones. Moreover, additioanl analyses that exclude China, an outlier that has much more KSIs than other target countries, confirms that socio-cultural factors are more important in explaining the esblishment of KSIs. Finally, it shows that the establishment of a KSI in a target country is significantly related with the number of KSIs that had been already established in the same region to which the country belong. This study positively contributes to the literature on public diplomacy in that it finds that non-economic factors that have not been stressed in previous works do in fact relate with South Korean overseas language education policy. 본 연구의 목적은 공공외교의 일환으로 해외 한국어 보급 정책을 수행함에 있어 어떤 요인이 영향을 미치는지를 분석하는 것이다. 이에 2007년부터 2015년까지 각국에 설립된 세종학당의 수를대상으로 정치ㆍ경제적 요인과 사회ㆍ문화적 요인에 대한 패널 포아송 분석을 진행하였다. 분석결과, 선행연구에서 강조된 경제적 요인보다는 현지의 사회ㆍ문화적 수요가 세종학당 설립에 보다 유의미한 관련이 있었으며, 중국이라는 이상치를 제거했을 때에는 보다 다양한 사회ㆍ문화적 요인이통계적으로 유의미한 결과를 보였다. 또한 세종학당 설립에 있어 지역적 편중 현상이 발생하고 있음을 통계적으로 확인하였다. 본 연구는 공공외교에 관한 기존 연구에서 시도되지 않았던 공공외교영향요인에 대한 실증분석을 진행하고, 정치ㆍ사회ㆍ문화 등 비경제적 요인들을 추가하여 경제적요인의 제한적 유의성을 밝혀냈다는 점에 그 의미가 있다.

국가 지하수 관측망의 충적 및 암반 지하수의 지구화학적 특성

본 연구의 목적은 현재 설치된 국가 지하수 관측망의 지하수를 광역적이고 특징적인 지질에 따라서 구분하고, 동일 지점의 천부지하수와 암반지하수의 지구화학적 특성을 비교 분석하는 것이다. 102개 관측소에 있는 148개 지하수공의 자료가 분석되었다. 35개 관측소의 75개 지하수공의 자료는 지역적인 지질 특성을 반영하고 있으나, 지하수 유형의 진화 여부로는 충적지하수공과 암반지하수공의 지구화학적 특성이 거의 구별되지 않는다. 이는 관측공 대부분이 깊이 100m 미만의 우물이기 때문에 암반지하수가 충적지하수의 수질특성을 반영하였기 때문인 것으로 판단된다. 35개 관측소 중 30개 관측소는 관입화성암류(불국사화강암, 대보화강암)와 변성암 지대에 위치하고 있으며, 이들의 수질 유형은 Ca-Na-HCO_(3)와 Ca-Mg-HCO_(3)이다. 각 이온들의 농도는 TDS에 대하여 정의 관계를 가지고 있으며, pH에 대해서는 관련성이 없고, NO_(3)에 대해서는 일부 관측소에서 관련성이 높게 나타났다. Water quality data obtained from 148 monitoring wells of the National Groundwater Monitoring Network are analyzed to investigate the hydrogeochemical characteristics of alluvium and bedrock groundwaters of Korea. Although 70 cells data of 35 sites reflects the influence of the water-rock interaction, the distinctive differences of geochemical characteristics between the alluvium and the bedrock groundwater are not found. This is interpreted that bed rock groundwater reflects the water properties of alluvium groundwater because most of monitoring wells are installed at depths less than 100m. The 30 sites among 35 sites are located in the area of the intrusive granitic rocks and metamorphic rocks, and their chemical water types determined by Piper diagram are Ca-Na-HCO_(3) and Ca-Mg-HCO_(3), mainly due to the dissolution of the plagioclase in the granitic and metamorphic rocks. The concentrations of major ions are linearly proportional to TDS, not correlated with pH, and highly correlated with NO_(3) in some sites.

자기자비와 부부관계의 질: 부부 조망수용과 역기능적 의사소통을 매개변인으로

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between self-compassion and marital quality, as well as the mediating roles of dyadic perspective taking and dysfunctional communication behavior between the two variables. Methods: Participants were 338 married individuals, 168 male and 170 female, all between 35 and 54, living in Seoul or Gyeonggi-do. The measures used were the Self-Compassion Scale, Marital Comparison Level Index, Kansas Marital Satisfaction Scale, Self Dyadic Perspective-Taking Scale, and Dysfunctional Communication Behavior Scale. Descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling were performed to analyze the data using SPSS 21.0 and Mplus 7. Results: The results showed that self-compassion was a significant predictor of marital quality. Dyadic perspective taking and dysfunctional communication behavior each mediated the relationship between self-compassion and marital quality. The results also indicated the indirect pathways of self-compassion to marital quality through dyadic perspective taking and then dysfunctional communication behavior. Conclusions: The findings provide a theoretical basis for the development of self-compassion focused couple therapy programs that can help couples enhance their relationship quality by improving their self-compassion, perspective taking, and functional communication behavior. 본 연구는 자기자비 수준이 낮은 사람들이 부부관계 질이 낮다는 선행연구를 기반으로, 자기자비와 부부관계 질의 관계를 알아보고 이 둘의 관계에서 부부 조망수용과 역기능적 의사소통이 매개변인으로서 역할을 하는지 검증하고자 하였다. 통계청(2016) 자료에 근거하여 최근 10년간 가장 높은 이혼율을 보이고 있는 만 35세에서 54세 사이의 서울, 경기지역의 기혼남녀 338명의 자료를 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0과 Mplus 7을 사용하여 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식모형 검증을 하였으며, 매개효과 검증을 위해서는 다변량 델타방법을 사용하였다. 연구결과, 자기자비가 부부관계 질에 미치는 효과는 부부 조망수용과 역기능적 의사소통 각각에 의해 매개될 뿐만 아니라, 부부 조망수용과 역기능적 의사소통에 의해 순차적으로 매개되는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 자기자비가 부부 조망수용을 촉진하고 이로 인해 역기능적 의사소통이 줄어들면서 부부관계에 긍정적 영향을 미치게 됨을 의미한다. 본 연구는 부부관계 질을 평가함에 있어, 개인의 인지적 지향과 부부관계에 대한 사회적 규준을 포함하는 구조적 교환이론의 관점을 채택하였고, 자기자비라는 개인의 내적 변인이 어떻게 부부관계 질을 예측하는지 부부 조망수용과 역기능적 의사소통의 매개모형을 통해 살펴보았다. 자기자비가 부부관계 질에 영향을 미치는 경로를 탐색함으로써 자기자비의 맥락에서 부부관계에 대한 이해를 돕고 부부관계 개선을 위한 자비 초점 개입의 가능성을 제안하였다는 데에 그 의의가 있다.

A Novel Slury-Making Process for AZ91-Alloy Rheocasting

. 본 논문은 레오캐스팅용 AZ91 합금 슬러리를 제조하는 새로운 방법에 관한 것이다. 그 원리는 AZ91 합금 액상에서 Mn의 용해도차에 의해 생성되는 Al 8 (Mn,Fe) 5 정출물을 α−Mg 초정 생성을 위한 불균일 핵생성 자리로 사용하고자 하는 것이다. 제조된 슬러리의 미세조직 분석결과 Al 8 (Mn,Fe) 5 정출물이 α−Mg 내에 위치하고 있어, 이로부터 정출물이 효과적으로 불균일 핵생성 자리로 작용하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 Mn 함량의 증가는 Al 8 (Mn,Fe) 5 정출물 수를 증가시켜 고상분율이 일정할 때 슬러리 내 α−Mg 고상의 크기를 감소시키고 구형도를 향상시킨다. 이외에도 냉각속도 및 유지시간이 슬러리 미세조직에 미치는 영향에 대해서도 보고하였다.

슬라이딩 모드 제어를 이용한 HDD 하이브리드 제어기 설계 및 안정성 평가

This paper presents the design of a new controller for the read/write head of a hard disk drive. The general controller for seeking is the time-optimal control. However if we use only the time optimal control law, this could be vulnerable to chattering effect. To solve this problem, we propose a modified controller design algorithm in this paper. The proposed controller consists of bang-bang control for seeking and sliding-mode control for tracking. Moreover, to test the robustness and stability of control system, a bounded disturbance is selected to maximize a severity index. Simulation results show the superiority of the proposed controller through comparison with time optimal VSC(variable structure control).
