        K리그 프로산하 U-18 축구선수들의 주간 외적 훈련부하와 경기수행과의 관계

        본 연구는 유소년 축구선수의 훈련 적응과 경기력 향상을 위한 최적의 훈련부하를 결정하기 위해 주에 한 경기가 있는 일반적인 단기주기(micro-cycle)의 (a)주간 외적 훈련부하량에 따른 경기수행을 분석하고 (b)주간 외적 훈련부하와 경기수행과의 상관관계를 파악하는 데 목적이 있다. 2023년 경쟁 시즌 동안 비교 간의 변동성을 줄이기 위한 기준을 충족한 주간의모든 훈련 세션에 참여하고 리그 정규 경기시간 90분 이상을 출전한 12명의 선수의 총 89개의 주간 외적 훈련부하 및 경기수행 데이터가 포함되었다. 주간 외적 훈련부하 및 경기수행 변수는 Global Positioning System(GPS)를 활용하여 수집되었으며, 훈련시간(Duration), 총이동거리(Total Distance), 고강도러닝거리(High Speed Running Distance), 스프린트거리(Sprint Distance), 가속횟수(Number of Acceleration), 감속횟수(Number of Deceleration)를 통해 평가하였다. 주간 외적 훈련부하량(w)에 따른 경기수행(M)의 차이 검정을 위해 독립 t-test를 실시한 결과, 경기일(MD) 전 5일 동안 누적된 주간훈련시간(wD)과 총이동거리(wTD)가 높을 경우(wD 434.8분 이상, wTD 30407.8m 이상) 경기수행 중 고강도러닝거리(M)와 감속횟수(M)가 유의하게 낮게 나타났다. 또한, 주간 외적 훈련부하(w)와 경기수행(M)과의 관계를 파악하기 위한 pearson 상관분석결과, 가속횟수(w)와 가속횟수(M)는 가장 높은 정(+)적 상관관계를 나타냈으며, 총이동거리(w)와 감속횟수(M)는 가장 높은부(-)적 상관관계를 보였다. 이러한 결과는 주에 한 경기가 있는 단기주기 내에서 (a)과도한 훈련량의 축적이 경기수행 중고강도 활동에 부정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있으며, (b)훈련 중 더 많은 고강도 활동을 축적하는 것이 경기 중 더 많은 고강도활동을 수행할 수 있는 것과 관련이 있음을 보여준다. The purpose of this study is (a) to analyze the match performance based on the weekly external training volume of a general micro-cycle which is one match per week and (b) to analyze the correlation between the weekly external training volume and match performance to determine the optimal training adaptation and improvement of match performance of youth football players. A total of 89 weekly external training load and match performance data from 12 players who played more than 90 minutes of the league regular match time and participated in all training sessions that met the criteria to reduce the variability between comparisons per week during the 2023 competing season were included. Weekly external training load and performance variables were collected using the Global Positioning System (GPS) and evaluated through duration, total distance, high speed running distance, sprint distance, number of acceleration and number of deceleration. The result of conducting an independent t-test to test the difference in the match performance (M) according to the weekly external training volume(w) showed that when the accumulated weekly duration (wD) and weekly total distance (wTD) for five days before the match day (MD) were high (wD more than 434.8 minutes, wTD more than 30407.8 meters), the high speed running distance (M) and the number of deceleration (M) during the match were significantly lower. In addition, the result of pearson correlation analysis to figure out the correlation between weekly external training load (w) and match performance (M) showed that the number of acceleration (w) and the number of acceleration (M) showed the highest positive (+) correlation and the total distance (w) and the number of deceleration(M) showed the highest negative(-) correlation. These results showed that (a) the accumulation of excessive training volume within the micro-cycle of one match per week can negatively affect high-intensity activities during the performance of the match and (b) the accumulation of more high-intensity activities during the training is related to being able to perform more high-intensity activities during the match.

        Design of a Fast Multi-Reference Frame Integer Motion Estimator for H.264/AVC

        This paper presents a fast multi-referenceframe integer motion estimator for H.264/AVC. Theproposed system uses the previously proposed fastmulti-reference frame algorithm. The previouslyproposed algorithm executes a full search area motionestimation in reference frames 0 and 1. After that, thesearch areas of motion estimation in reference frames2, 3 and 4 are minimized by a linear relationshipbetween the motion vector and the distances from thecurrent frame to the reference frames. For hardwareimplementation, the modified algorithm optimizes thesearch area, reduces the overlapping search area andmodifies a division equation. Because the search areais reduced, the amount of computation is reduced by58.7%. In experimental results, the modifiedalgorithm shows an increase of bit-rate in 0.36%when compared with the five reference framestandard. The pipeline structure and the memorycontroller are also adopted for real-time videoencoding. The proposed system is implemented using0.13 um CMOS technology, and the gate count is1089K with 6.50 KB of internal SRAM. It can encodea Full HD video (1920x1080P@30Hz) in real-time at a135 MHz clock speed with 5 reference frames.

        움직임 벡터와 참조 프레임간의 거리를 이용한 고속 다중 참조 프레임 움직임 추정

        본 논문에서는 새로운 고속 다중 참조 프레임 움직임 추정 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안된 알고리즘은 참조 프레임간의 거리와 움직임 벡터 간의 선형 관계를 이용하여 검색영역을 줄인다. 새로운 알고리즘은 0번 참조 프레임과 1번 참조 프레임에서는 전영역 움직임 추정을 사용한 후, 2번 참조 프레임, 3번 참조 프레임, 4번 참조 프레임에서는 0번 참조 프레임과 1번 참조프레임에서의 움직임 추정의 결과를 사용하여 검색 영역을 최소화 한다. 제안된 알고리즘은 문턱값을 사용하지 않기 때문에 하드웨어 구현과 프로세싱 스케쥴을 지정하는 것이 용이하고, 많은 연산량을 줄일 수 있다. 이러한 몇 가지 특징으로 인하여 제안된 알고리즘은 다중 참조 프레임 움직임 추정기의 하드웨어 구현에 용이하다. 시뮬레이션 결과는 제안된 알고리즘의 PSNR 감소와 bitrate의 증가가 기존의 고속 다중 참조 프레임 움직임 추정 알고리즘에 비해서 좋은 성능을 나타내고 있고, 연산량은 기존의 5장의 참조 프레임을 사용하는 전영역 검색 방법에 비해서 52.5%의 감소를 나타낸다. This paper proposed a new fast multi-reference frame motion estimation algorithm. The proposed algorithm reduces search areas of motion estimation using a linear relation of motion vector with distance of each reference frame. New algorithm executes full search area motion estimation in reference frame 0 and reference frame 1. After that, search areas in reference frame 2, reference frame 3 and reference frame 4 are minimized by distance of each reference frame and results of motion estimation in reference frame 0 and reference frame 1. The proposed algorithm does not use a threshold value which is obstacle of hardware implementation and processing time schedule. Also, it reduced computation quantity of multi-reference motion estimation. Hardware implementation of multi-reference frame motion estimation is possible by these features. Simulation results show that PSNR drop and bitrate increase of proposed algorithm are lower than those of previous fast multi-reference frame motion estimation algorithm. The number of computation of new algorithm is reduced 52.5% and quality of result is negligible when compared with full search area motion estimation which has 5 reference frames.

        웨이트 트레이닝과 플라이오메트릭 트레이닝이 대학축구선수의 무산소성 운동능력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of weight training and plyometric training on anaerobic ability including speed, power, and agility of university football players. For the study, 17 players had been assigned to WG(n=9) and PG(n=8) after pre-test. The participants participated in 6-week training program of 2-3 times in a week. The data obtained from pre-test and post-test were further analyzed using 2 way-repeated measures ANOVA and paired t-tset. According to speed test result, we found that there is no significant difference between WG and PG. However, WG showed significant improvement in post-test compared to pre-test unlike PG. Also, we found that there is no significant difference between WG and PG in power test result. Nevertheless, WG and PG both showed significant improvement in post-test compared to pre-test. Finally, there is no significant difference between WG and PG in agility test. However, WG and PG both showed significant improvement in post-test compared to pre-test. The results of this study showed that weight training affected improvement of speed, power, and agility of university football players. On the other hand, plyometric training affected improvement of power and agility of university football players. Therefore, weight training and plyometric training are considered as essential training for the modern football players who should perform higher percentage of high intensity movement compared to the past.

        Objective .' The incidence of ABPA was quite different according to the countries and the prevalence of ABPA has not been reported in Korea. In this study, we evaluated the prevalence of ABPA in asthmatics with positive skin reactivity to Aspergillus fumigatus (Af). Methods '. Ninety asthmatics with positive skin reactivity to Af were enrolled. The ABPA were diagnosed by the Greenburg and Pettersons criteria or by the pathologic features of lung. Results . Six cases out of 90 asthmatics (6.7 were diagnosed as ABPA (ABPA group). Total IgE level were not significantly different between ABPA group and asthmatics with Af skin reactivity (BA group n= 84) Five out of 6 ABPA had higher than 1000 ng/ml of total IgE and all six cases had more than 600/ul of peripheral blood eosinophil counts. Only two cases had the positive immunoprecipitin band to Af antigen. Antibody index of Af specific IgE and IgG in ABPA group were 5.58+3.35, 2.75+1.29, respectively and coutruls were. Three cases of ABPA had central bronchiectasis, two case has only infiltrative lung lesions, one case with destructive lung lesions and another one cases have no pulmonary pathologic lesion at chest radiology but with the serologic evidence of ABPA. Although we could not find statistical significance, the FEV, (70.1+ 27.0% vs 87.8+23.2%) and PEFR (71.8+30.6% vs 95. 0+ 26.5% ) of ABPA group were lower than those of BA group. Conclusion .'These results suggest that ABPA is not uncommon in Af sensitized asthmatics in Korea. We thought that initial examination of allergic skin test including Aspergillus should be emphasized for screening the ABPA in Korean asthmatics.
