        아동용 감사 척도 개발 및 타당화

        The purpose of this study is to develop and validate the gratitude scale to investigate how children are aware of the value and meaning of helpers and how much they express their appreciation. For the study, I developed 70 preliminary items based on the literature review for conceptualization, open surveys, and personal interviews, and conducted a preliminary survey on 2,279 children who were third to six grades attending elementary school. I conducted the survey on 2,028 who were third to six grades attending elementary school, and verified the validity. As a result, I developed 31 items in 6 factors of the appreciation for nature, the appreciation for parents, the appreciation for friends, the appreciation for neighbors, emotional expressions, and behavioral expressions. I expect the scale to be used as base data for developing policies needed in improving children’s gratitude, which can be applied to the curriculum development. 본 연구는 아동들이 자신에게 도움을 준 대상의 가치와 의미를 인식하고 표현하는지를 측정할 수 있는 아동용 감사 척도를 개발하고 타당도를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 문헌 연구, 개방형 설문조사 및 개인 면접 조사를 토대로 70문항의 예비문항을 개발하였고, 초등학교 3~6학년 2,279명을 대상으로 예비조사를 실시하였다. 개발된 예비문항으로 초등학교 3~6학년 2,028명을 대상으로 본 검사를 실시하였고 이에 대한 타당성을 검증하였다. 그 결과 ‘자연에 대한 감사, 부모에 대한 감사, 친구에 대한 감사, 이웃에 대한 감사, 정서적 감사, 행동적 감사’의 총 6영역 31문항으로 구성된 감사척도가 개발되었다. 앞으로 이 도구는 아동의 감사 성향을 측정하고 감사성향을 증진하는 교육프로그램 개발에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

        저체중아의 성장 발달에 관한 연구

        Currently changing trends of child health care is demand total health assessment of child including growth and development. This study concentrates on the growth & developmental status of low birth weight infant for help their growth & development. Thus it can be provide a direction for scientific health education and counseling materials by investigating factor of growth & development. The subjects for this study were made up of 40 low birth weight infant who attended the well baby clinic of E university Hospital. The study method used was a questionnaire & anthropometric assessment and DDST for normative data of development. The period for data collection was from July 1st to August 31th, 1982. Analysis of the data was done using percentages, $\chi$$^2$-test Stepwise Multiple Regression. The results of study were as follows. 1. The mean weight of birth was 2,068gm and mean of gestational period was 35.65 weeks. 2. The age at which weight ; 32.5%, head circumference : 67,5% chest circumference : 55.0%, height : 50. 0% was normal range of physical growth. 3. The reverse age at which social development ; 87.5%, fine motor & adaptive development ; 70.0%, gross motor development ; 72.5% of children Passed by DDST to determine of normal range of development. 4. In the among variables, it was found that the infant who were the higher emotional & verbal response of mother and stimulus environment was the more normal range of weight & development than who was not. 5. The stepwise Multiple Regression between developmental status and predictors-birth order, weight at birth, sex, antenatal care, gestational period-are accounts for 34.1%.

        시간지각에 관한 문헌 고찰

        This literature review was undertaken to explore the development of the Concept of time perception and its measurement for their potential usefulness in nursing research and practice. The review addressed in historical development of the conceptualization of time, Methods of Measuring time and factors influencing time perceptions. The concept of time is a complex one. It ranges from the relatively primitive notion of `before' and `after' as early infancy, through definity points or events, as in preliterate cultures, to the abstract idea of a Continous flow divisible into equal units of duration and related to the observed periodic in the Changes and Movement in the cosmos. The development of the experience of time parallels the evolvement of self or ego. This development begins early in life and evolves with an increasing consciousness and discrimination of events which serve as boundaries for conceptualizing period of time. The relationship of personal experiences and events to conventional units of time is learned and depends upon the cultural setting from which a person originates. The Capacity to estimate, produce or reproduce specific units of time judgemental process which is based on the experience and consciounsness of events and reflection upon them in relation to previous experiences and related to conventional units of time. The Judgement of time becomes impaired under a variety of conditions including age, drugs, cortical changes, anxiety, depression, psychosis, personality factors and developmental and experimental events in the organism. Time perception is related to intra, individual and extia-individual conditions Althouph variations in time perception in specific health-illness situations have been documented, the information has not been systematically described. The Concept of time has not yet been defined clearly nor is there is a reliable and valid measure available and vaild measure available. This review points to need for continuing development and refinement of the definition and development of methodology to contribute to Nursing research and Nursing practice. Tasks for the future include exploration of Korean (culturally relevant) perceptions of time, how time is experienced and how Korean people become conscious of the movement of time and eventually the development of an instrument with to measure time for use in nursing research.

        중환자실 간호사의 기초간호과학 지식의 필요성 분석

        The purpose of this study was to identify the knowledge contents of basic nursing sciences needed by nurses in the practices of the intensive care unit(ICU). To attain the goal of this study, the nurses working at 10 hospitals in the areas of Seoul and Kangwon Province were randomly selected. They were primarily interviewed, and the open question was secondarily put to them through the questionnaire. In the process of the 1st interview, the interviewees were asked of the question, “What is the knowledge of basic sciences such as anatomy, pathology, physiology. microbiology, pharmacology and the like thought to be lacking when you communicate with doctors in the ICU and when you carry out your nursing practices in it?” The contents of the interview were tape-recorded. The period of data collection ranged from May 1, 2001 to Sept 30. The interviews were conducted with total of 20 nurses. The open-end questionnaire was secondarily mailed to nurses. 113 questionnaires were returned. 100 questionnaires except 13 ones thought to be poorly completed in content were used for data analysis. Three coders classified data obtained from the interview and the questionnaire research into 5 detailed items relating to such as anatomical physiology, pathology, pharmacology. microbiology and basics of nursing. The three coders had experiences in nursing education of 18 years, 8 years and 6 years, respectively, and of them one coder was professor in basic nursing science. Data were statistically treated using frequency analysis and percentage by the SAS program. As a result, the following findings were obtained: It was found that the contents that ICU nurses responded were most needed in the field of Human structure and function were water and electrolytic balance(38%), blood and circulatory system(20%), changer in the patient’s skin(12%), the arrangement of the human body(10%) and the endocrine system(10%), nervous system(6%), and assessment of the state of the patient's consciousness(4%). It was found that the contents that ICU nurses responded were most needed in the field of pathology were found to be the process of the progress of the disease(32%), symptoms of the disease(27%), prognosis of the disease(22%), followed by the injury-healing process, clinical pathological examination, and examination by radiation. It was found that the contents that nurses responded were most needed in the field of pharmacology were the effect of drug(25%), the side effect of drug(22%), the relationship between diseases and drug(20%), the relationship between disease-causing bacteria and drug(20%) and chemotherapy(2%). It was found that the contents that ICU nurses responded were most needed in the field of microbiology were the relationship between diseases and disease-causing bacteria(45%), Kinds and characteristics of disease-causing bacteria(18%), infection control(16%), application of the aseptic technique(12%), isolation(9%) and the like. It was found that the basic knowledge that ICU nurses responded were needed were the identification of the patient’s current state(36%), understanding of the therapeutic process(22%), the operating principle of medical equipment and instrument(20%), medical terminology(9%), equipment and instrument management(7%), calculation of the dose of injection(2%) and the like.

        인터넷 중독이 청소년의 정신 건강에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relation between adolescents' internet addiction and mental health. Methods: The Internet addiction level was measured with K-Scale developed for Korean adolescents by Korea Agency Digital Opportunity & Promotion (2006) and the mental health level was measured with SCL-90-R developed by Derogatis (1977) and adapted for Korean adolescents by Kim, Kim. & Won (1984). Collected data was analyzed by the mean±フSD, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe and Pearson correlation coefficient (SPSS 12.0). Results: 1. The Internet addiction level appeared to be ‘Addiction’ in 19%, ‘Latency addiction’ in 27% and ‘Normal’ in 54%. 2. The Internet addiction level was different according to sex, use, frequency and using time per day. The mental health level was different according to grade, sex, the father's education, the mother's education, frequency and using time per day. 3. The correlation between Internet addiction and mental health was found significant. Conclusion: The Internet addiction level was confirmed to have an influence on mental health. We offered basis data for preventing and treating Internet addiction in adolescents.
