The impact of a long-rod penetrator into oblique plates with combined obliquity and yaw is investigated. The study was done using a newly developed three dimensional dynamic and impact analysis code, which uses the explicit finite element method. Through the comparison of simulation result with experimental result and other code's result, the adaptability and accuracy of the developed code is evaluated under the complex situation in which yaw angle and oblique angle exist simultaneously. As a result of comparison, it has found that deformed shape, residual length and velocity, rotational velocity of long-rod show good agreement with experimental data. Through this study, the applicability and accuracy of the code as a metallic armour system design tool is verified.

The protection capability against an enhanced long rod(L/D=30) with yaw is investigated numerically and compared with that of shorter one(L/D=15). In addition details of interactions between yawed long rods and oblique plate velocity are examined. Through the simulation results, we find that dual flying plates system is more effective with longer rod due to the elongated disturbance. The protection performance is more effective for the penetrator with $+6^{\circ}$ of yaw angle than that with a yaw angle of $-6^{\circ}$.
이스라엘 연립정부 구성의 의의와 정당정치 : 라피드-베네트 연립정부 등장을 중심으로

2019년 4월 제21대 총선부터 2021년 3월의 제24대 총선까지 총 2년의 기간 동안 네 번 시행된 이스라엘의 총선은 이스라엘의 유권자들에게 정치적 피로감과 함께 이스라엘의 정치체제인 의회민주주의와 연립정부 구성의 안정성에 대한 의구심을 가져왔다. 2021년 3월 제 24대 총선 이후에는 가자지구 하마스와의 무력충돌로 인해 이스라엘의 지정학적 상황이 기존 집권 세력이었던 우익 리쿠드 당(Likud)에게 유리하게 돌아가는가 싶더니, 현재의 이스라엘은 이른바 무지개 연정 이라는 새로운 가능성과 연대를 보여주고 있다(Scheindlin 2021). 따라서 본 논문에서는 이스라엘의 연립정부구성과 정당정치를 조망하고, 심의민주주의와 다양한 민의 수렴 측면에서의 정당 이념분포(identitcal dispersion)에 따라 라피드-베네트 연정이 갖는 함의와 불안정성 요인에 대하여 고찰해보고자 한다. From the 21st general election in April 2019 to the 24th general election in March 2021, the Israeli general election, which was held four times within two years, had brought a continued political fatigue of Israeli voters and the Israeli coalition party system, and raised doubts on Israeli parliament stability. By agreement, on June 13, 2021, the 36th Israeli government, the Lapid-Bennett Coalition emerged. The coalition can be analyzed as a so-called “Anti-Netanyahu coalition.” However, It has its own significance as a government with diverse ideological pluralism based on the values of representative democracy. The minority parties, including an Arab party, play a role as a casting vote and maximized strong political influence relative to their party sizes. Therefore, this paper examines the formation of a coalition government and party politics in Israel. Moreover, it analyzes how the ideological dispersion of each party affects the stability of the Lapid-Bennett coalition government in the deliberative democracy.
Two-Step Eulerian 기법 기반 충돌 및 동적 변형 해석

본 연구에서는 Lagrangian 단계와 Remap 단계로 이루어진 Two-step Eulerian 기법에 적용되는 수치기법에 대해 살펴보고, 이를 구현하였다. 요소 값은 donor cell 과 van Leer 기법으로 이류처리 하였고, 절점 값은 Simplifed ALE [SALE] 기법으로 이류처리 하였으며, 재료 경계면은 Simple Line Interface Calculation [SUIC] 기법으로 결정하였다. 또한, 프로그램 구현 과정과 Lagrangian 단계와 Remap 단계의 연결 시 주의 깊게 고려해야할 사항들에 대해 자세히 기술하였다. 본 연구를 통해 구현된 Two-step Eulerian 코드의 검증을 위해, 순수 Lagrangian 기법, 그리고 상용코드의 결과와 비교하여 해석 결과의 정확성을 검증하였다. In this paper, numerical algorithms applied in two-step eulerian scheme are investigated and implemented. Element quantities are advected with donor or van Leer algorithm. Nodal quantities are advected with Simplifed ALE [SALE] algorithm. Material interfaces are determined with Simple Line Interface Calculation [SLIC] algorithm. Practical aspects considered for code development are addressed in detail. The results of developed two-step Eulerian code are verified by comparing with those from pure lagrangian scheme and commercial code.
외연 Lagrangian 유한요소법 기반의 대규모 유한요소 모델 병렬처리

비선형 외연 유한요소법에서 유한요소 병렬 처리 방안을 기술하고 코드에 구현하였다. 성능테스트 장비로 자체 구축한 520 개의 CPU를 갖는 리녹스 클러스터 슈퍼컴퓨터를 사용하였다. 대규모 모델 테스트 결과 256 개의 CPU 까지도 거의 이상적인 속도 증가를 보였다. 유한요소 계산시간 대비 통신시간 계산이 전체 성능에 미치는 영향도 검토하였다. 사용 프로세서가 증가할수록 상용코드의 병렬 성능 대비 더 좋은 성능을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. A parallel computing strategy for finite element(FE) processing is described and implemented in nonlinear explicit FE code and its parallel performances are evaluated. A self-made linux-cluster supercomputer with 520 CPUs is used as a bench mark test bed. It is observed that speed-up is increased almost idealy even up to 256 CPUs for a large scale model. A communication over head and its effect on the parallel performance is also examined. Parallel performance is compare with the commercial code and developed code shows superior performance as the number of CPUs used are increased.

As the two global economic power house, the US and China, changes their foreign policies and the policy priority, the geo-economic transition in the Middle East have begun its process. especially after the shale revolution, the US is not only in need of reducing its oil dependency from the Middle East but also has become a potential competitor against them in the global market. On the contrary, China who is now the world’s biggest energy consumer has naturally become a significant player in the region. Although China is still a relative newcomer to the region and is extremely cautious in its approach to local political and security challenges, it has been a force in increasing its engagement due to the growing mutual economic needs. China and the Middle Eastern countries are now enticing each other to maximize their national interest. The ‘power vacuum’ that has been created by the American shale revolution is providing an opportunistic environment for China and BRI. Thus, this paper uses the Theories of Alliance to examine the possibilities on the formation of strategic cooperation between the Middle East and China.
고교 축구선수의 경기 후 회복방법의 차이가 혈중 염증, 근 손상 및 피로 지표에 미치는 영향

The purpose of the current study was to investigate the effects of different recovery treatments on serum inflammation, muscle damage and fatigue variables after a game of soccer players in high school. The subjects of current study were 10 soccer players in high school without any medical complications. All subjects received both recovery treatments (contrast bath and massage) for once and a control application; therefore, all underwent 3 experimental conditions. Blood sampling taken at rest, at immediately after the match, and at 60 minutes recovery. From the three blood samples, the parameters of inflammation and fatigue were analyzed. Additional blood sampling was taken at 24 hours recovery for the analysis of the long term effect of the applications on the parameters of muscle damage. The concentration of interleukin-6(IL-6), creatine kinase(CK), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), and lactate were shown to significantly increase at immediately after the match in all experimental conditions(p<.05). For inflammation responses the concentration of IL-6 60min recovery appeared to be significantly lower in contrast bath and massage treatments compared to control treatment(p<.05). Also, for muscle damages the concentration of CK 24h recovery appeared to be significantly lower in massage treatment compared to contrast bath and control treatments(p<.05). On the base of the results of the current study, it is suggested that soccer match can induce increased concentrations of IL-6, CK, LDH and lactate which may influence on inflammation, muscle damage and fatigue. However, contrast bath and massage were beneficial for recovery from muscle damage.
