The purpose of this study was to analyze the recognition of the substitute teacher system between public funds support and local province funds support and to search for a policy guideline. The participants were 49 substitute teachers supported by public funds and 53 substitute teachers supported by local province funds. Results were as follows: Firstly, substitute teachers supported by public funds participated through an internet site but substitute teachers supported by local province funds participated through printed materials from the Childcare Information Center and ambient solicitors. The participating motive for substitute teachers were to work together in different roles. Secondly, Substitute teachers thought the most important characteristics of substitute teachers was the flexibility to cope with various situations in childcare centers. Finally, substitute teachers by public funds support were satisfied with no overtime work but substitute teachers by local province funds were satisfied with experiences in various childcare centers.
유아의 실행기능에 대한 부모의 놀이참여수준 및 놀이참여태도의 인과적 영향

Objectives: Current study aims to examine the relationship between parents’ play participation level, play participation attitude, and preschooler’s executive function. Also, it aims to evaluate whether parents’ play participation attitude mediates the relationship between parents’ play participation level and preschooler’s executive function. Methods: A total of 193 mothers and fathers of preschoolers aged 3,4 and 5 years participated in the mother-father dyads. Data were collected using questionnaires and were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and Amos 25.0 programs. Results: While parents’ play participation level did not have a direct effect on the preschooler’s executive function, the parents’ responsively and delightfully play mediated the association between parents’ play participation level and preschooler’s executive function. Further, parents’ sensitively play, responsively and delightfully play had dual mediation effect between parents’ play participation level and preschooler’s executive function. Conclusion: These results identify that preschooler’s executive function can be developed by parents’ play attitude when parents’ play participation level is high. In addition, results suggest that both parents’ play variables play important roles on preschoolers’ executive function development. The results can be used for the development of parent education program or consultant program.

Today, cities are trying to preserve the disappearing historical and cultural resources. At the same time, there is a growing awareness that the identity of the city should be restored.This study aims to present reference materials by understanding the concept of regenerated architecture and analyzing its characteristics and analyzing how each characteristic appears in regenerated architecture for preserving historical and cultural resources. The case was selected as one of the projects carried out in Seoul to preserve historical and cultural resources, the Donuimun Museum Village. The research method confirms the concept of regenerating architecture through prior research and confirms the characteristics of the regenerated architecture mentioned, and it is historical, symbolic, and preservation. The three characteristics were extracted: history was shown in all cases, but history was low in case of reconstructions. Symbolism was high in the hanok experience village where reconstruction was carried out. The preservation was low in the hanok experience village and the ruins exhibition room where the reconstruction was carried out, and it failed as a historical resource because of its low preservation.

A case of overseas, containers have been used as building materials for a long time and have been stabilized institutionally. Container house construction has been carried out in Korea, but most of them were temporary buildings, and there was a strong negative perception due to the poor appearance due to lack of maintenance and management. The aim of this study is to analyze the recent status of container houses, to identify trends, and to provide data that can be used for activation of container houses. Therefore, in this study, six container houses completed in the last three years were selected and the appearance image was analyzed. As a result, container houses are tried various exterior designs in harmony with the surrounding environment. By installing external finishing materials or arranging containers considering direction, they reduce the exposure of container exterior and make the house feel psychological image with appearance design like general houses.
부모의 코칭역량 및 합리적 지도, 유아의 실행기능 및 친사회적 행동 간의 구조적 관계

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 유아의 친사회적 행동에 대한 어머니 및 아버지의 코칭역량, 합리적 지도, 유아 실행기능의 인과적 영향을 밝히는 것이다. 연구방법: 연구대상자는 만 3세~ 5세 유아와 유아의 어머니 및 아버지 193쌍이다. 부모의 코칭역량 및 합리적 지도, 유아의 실행기능 및 친사회적 행동은 부모보고식 질문지를 통해 측정되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 프로그램과 Amos 25.0 프로그램을 통해 분석되었고, 기술통계 분석, 신뢰도 계수 산출, pearson 상관분석, 구조모형분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 어머니와 아버지의 코칭역량 및 합리적 지도, 유아의 실행기능 및 친사회적 행동 간 정적 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 구조모형 분석 결과 어머니와 아버지의 코칭역량이 유아의 친사회적 행동에 영향을 미치는 직접적인 경로가 유의하였다. 또한 어머니와 아버지의 코칭역량이 어머니와 아버지의 합리적 지도, 유아의 실행기능을 이중매개하여 유아의 친사회적 행동에 영향을 미치는 경로가 유의하였다. 결론: 어머니와 아버지의 코칭역량 함양은 유아의 친사회적 행동 발달을 도모하는 중요한 부모역할로 관심을 두어야 한다. 코칭역량이 높은 어머니와 아버지는 합리적 지도를 통해 유아의 실행기능 발달을 촉진하고 이로 인해 유아의 친사회적 행동발달은 증가한다. Methods: The study participants comprised 193 dyads of parents who had preschoolers aged 3, 4 and 5 years. Data were collected through questionnaires and were analyzed using the programs SPSS 25.0 and Amos 25.0. Results: First, positive correlations were observed between parents’ coaching competence, parents’ reasoning guidance, preschoolers’ executive function, and preschoolers’ prosocial behavior. Second, parents’ coaching competence had a direct effect on preschoolers’ prosocial behavior. Further, parents’ reasoning guidance and preschoolers’ executive function had a dual mediation effect between parents’ coaching competence and preschoolers’ prosocial behavior. Conclusions: Fostering parents’ coaching competence may be a factor in developing preschoolers’ prosocial behavior. Further, this study is also meaningful in that it identifies the process that parents’ coaching competence affects preschoolers’ prosocial behavior.
