In this study we analyze ecological attitude types to find out what perspectives and attitudes preservice elementary teachers have toward nature. The results of this study are as follows. First, as a result of the ecological attitude type responses of preservice elementary teachers’ toward nature, there were many responses in the order of aesthetic attitude, cognitive attitude, ethical attitude, and practical attitude. Second, in the case of preservice elementary teachers, there was no statistically significant difference between male and female students' attitudes toward nature. However, in some questions, there were differences between male and female students. Third, there was no statistically significant difference in the attitude toward nature according to the experience of taking courses related to nature at university. In the case of aesthetic attitude and cognitive attitude, it was statistically higher than when there was no course experience, but it was not statistically significant in ethical attitude and practical attitude. 본 연구에서는 초등예비교사들이 자연에 대해서 어떤 관점과 태도를 가지고 있는지를 알아보기 위해서 생태 태도 유형을 분석하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등예비교사들의 자연에 대한 생태 태도 유형 응답 결과 심미적 태도, 인지적 태도, 윤리적 태도, 실용적 태도 순으로 응답이 많았다. 둘째, 초등예비교사의 경우 남학생과 여학생의 자연에 대한 태도 유형은 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다. 하지만 일부 문항의 경우 남학생과 여학생의 차이가 존재하기도 하였다. 셋째, 대학에서 자연과 관련 있는 교과목 수강 경험에 따른 자연에 대한 태도는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다. 심미적 태도와 인지적 태도의 경우 수강 경험이 있을 때가 없을 때 보다 통계적으로 높게 나타났지만 윤리적 태도와 실용적 태도에서는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the Vee Diagram, one of self-motivated learning instruments for elementary students, on their scientific attitudes, academic achievements, and scientific process skills. Results of the study were as follows: First, science lectures utilizing the Vee Diagram had significant effects on scientific attitudes. Especially, scientific attitudes including curiosities, voluntariness, activeness, and judging reservation, were meaningfully improved. Second, science lectures utilizing the Vee Diagram had significant effects on science academic achievements. Third, science lectures utilizing the Vee Diagram had significant effects on scientific process skills. In the area of basic process skills, observation and classification showed a significant results, while In the area of comprehensive process skills, data interpretation showed a significant results.

N/A Effects of Si and Ni addition on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the Cu-12wt.%Al-5wt.%Fe-1wt.%Mn alloy have been investigated experimentally. Microstructure of the as-cast specimen is found to be refined markedly by additions of Ni and Si. By the addition of Ni, volume fraction of the k phase is increased, but volume fraction of the y phase is decreased. Hardness is increased with the addition of Ni, due to increasing of k phase which is harder than y phase. However, Charpy impact value is not significally decreased possibly due to the formation of isolate k phase. (Received February 19, 1998)
서울 지역 겨울철 풍향별 풍속과 발생빈도의 장기 추세에 관한 연구

This study investigated long-term linear trends in both wind speed and frequency of 16 wind directions during winter in Seoul. Annual data on speed and frequency were analyzed by direction for Dec., Jan. and Feb. from 1963 to 2019. Six wind directions, representing westerlies and northerlies, exhibited downward trends in speed: WNW and W in all three months, WSW in Dec. and Jan., N and NNE in Dec., and NNW in Jan. WNW and W had the largest decreases. Overall speed regardless of direction showed a downward trend for all three months. The weakening Siberian High was related to the decline in wind speed. Long-term trends were found in frequency of occurrence as well; downward trends were detected in ENE for Dec. and Jan., and in WSW for Jan. Upward trends were observed for three northerlies, NNW, N and NNE: for NNE in Dec. and Feb., and for N and NNW in Jan. The large downward trend in ENE winds led to a change in annual prevailing wind direction.
4MAT 학습 모형을 활용한 초등과학 교수·학습 자료 개발―4학년 ‘동물의 생김새’ 단원을 중심으로―

'4MAT learning model', the learning program McCarthy suggested, is divided into 4 quadrants which are learned by circulating itself to be experienced both preferred and non-preferred students' learning styles to make effective and efficient learning. In this respect, the instruction and learning appling 4MAT learning model is one of the effective and efficient instruction models for all learners to study science. In this study, we developed teaching and learning materials appling 4MAT learning model in 'Appearance of various animals' unit of the 4th grade in elementary school science to make effective instruction and learning. Also the teaching plan was developed for learners to study with the left and right brain and to experience non-preferred learning styles in order to progress the whole brain learning.
글라스버블/에폭시 수지 접착부의 극저온 압축 동적 성능

Sloshing impact loads on liquefied natural gas (LNG) carriers are the main issue of damage to the insulation system in LNG cargo containment system (LNG CCS). The damage to the insulation system would be fatal in maintaining a temperature-savings environment in LNG CCS. The typical method is to enhance the insulation materials that can maintain a constant cryogenic temperature. Insulation materials consist of polyurethane foam and plywood, an adhesive for bonding these two materials. This study intends to improve the absorption energy of the material when the impact load is applied by creating a glass bubble/epoxy composite resin as part of the insulation. The experimental scenarios consider the effect of temperature (20℃, -163℃), glass bubble weight fraction in epoxy resin through free fall experiments. Experiments have shown that if the glass bubble additive reaches 20 wt.%, the cryogenic absorption energy is a maximum performance and that 0 wt.% has a maximum ambient absorption energy. However, the agglomeration has been occurred due to deterioration of the stirring performance if weight fraction was 20 wt.% and the result of 0 wt.% have been revealed that ambient absorption energy is significantly lower. LNG 운반선의 슬로싱 충격하중은 LNG 화물창 내 단열시스템의 파손을 야기하는 주원인이다. 단열시스템의 파손은 LNG 화물창 내 극저온을 유지시키는 데 치명적으로 작용하게 된다. 극저온을 유지하기 위해서는 단열재료의 성능 강화가 가장 전형적인 방법이다. 일반적으로 LNG 화물창 내의 단열재료는 폴리우레탄 폼과 플라이우드, 이 두 재료를 접합시키기 위한 접착제가 사용된다. 본 연구에서는 단열시스템에 채용되는 단열재료를 강화하기 위한 일환으로 글라스 버블/에폭시 복합수지를 제작하여 충격 하중이 작용할 때 재료의 흡수에너지를 향상시켰다. 실험 시나리오는 글라스버블의 첨가량, 온도의 영향성을 분석하기 위한 상온 및 극저온 환경을 고려하여 자유낙하 실험을 수행하였다. 실험 결과는 글라스 버블 첨가량이 20 wt.%에 도달할 경우 극저온 흡수에너지가 최대의 성능이 나타나는 것을 확인하였다. 반면에 상온 흡수에너지는 첨가량 0 wt.%에서 최대 성능을 보였다. 글라스버블/에폭시 수지의 혼합성능의 경우 첨가량이 20 wt.%가 되면 교반성능 저하로 인하여 응집현상이 발생하여, 접착성능이 떨어질 것으로 판단된다.
사고 기술에 따른 Graphic Organizer 유형을 활용한 초등 과학 수업이 학업성취도, 과학탐구능력, 학습동기에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the elementary science class utilizing graphic organizers on the science achievement, process skills and learning motivation of students. For this purpose, a total 45 elementary students of two classes of 5th graders, one as control and another as experimental groups, were selected. In the control group, traditional textbook-based instruction was implemented and in the experimental group, the elementary science class utilizing graphic organizers was implemented respectively. The findings of this study was that the elementary science class utilizing graphic organizers improved students' science achievement, science process skills and learning motivation significantly.
