네트워크 거버넌스의 운영기제 분석 : 부산시 하천살리기 사업을 중심으로

본 연구에서는 도심하천 환경개선문제를 네트워크 거버넌스로 접근하였으나 상반된 결과를 가져오고 있는 부산시의 두 사례를 비교분석함으로써 네트워크 거버넌스의 운영기제를 찾고자 하였다. 온천천과 동천의 사례는 일반적으로 온천천은 성공, 동천은 실패한 것으로 알려져 있지만, 이러한 결과는 온천천과 동천문제해결의 시기, 참여자, 접근방법 등에 의해 결과가 달라진 것이 아니라 민·관 네트워크 거버넌스의 운영과정에서 민·관간의 영향력의 차이로 인하여 운영과 결과가 달라진 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 온천천 사례에서도 네트워크가 잘 운영되지 않았던 시기가 있었고, 동천 사례에서도 네트워크가 잘 운영되는 시기가 존재하였다. 두 사례 모두 네트워크가 수평적이었을 때 성공적인 운영과 성과가 만들어졌고, 수직적이었을 때 네트워크의 파행과 실패로 이어졌다. 그러므로, 각 사례들의 수평적, 수직적 네트워크의 운영기제를 구체적으로 분석함으로써 네트워크 거버넌스가 어떠한 방식에 의해 성공적으로 작동하는지, 또 어떠한 방식에 의해 실패하게 되는지를 분석하고자 하였다. 또한, 이를 통하여 우리나라에서 네트워크 거버넌스의 성공적인 운영을 위한 정책적 함의를 도출하였다.

Purpose: This study was performed to identify the effects of the α1A adrenoceptor antagonist on the urethral perfusion pressure (UPP), and also to assess its therapeutic potentials for female bladder outlet obstruction (BOO). Materials and Methods: A cannula was placed in the femoral artery for drug administration and systemic blood pressure monitoring in each female rat. The UPP and vesical pressure(Pves) were monitored using a triple-lumen catheter. Tamsulosin(group I), doxazosin(group II) and phentolamin(group III) were injected into female rats via the femoral cannula. Tamsulosin was also injected to male rats(group IV) for comparison with Group I. Results: After administration of tamsulosin in group I, the frequency was significantly decreased and the duration of minimal urethral relaxation with high frequency oscillations(Dhfo) was significantly prolonged. None of the parameters were significantly different compared with groups II and III, with the exception of the mean arterial blood pressure(MAP). The changes of MAP after tamsulosin were significantly lower than those after doxazosin and phentolamin. In the male rats(group IV), prior to the administration of tamsulosin, the UPP and Pves curves were similar to those of the female rats, but the maximal Pves was significantly higher than in group I. After the administration of tamsulosin to group IV, the prolongation of the frequency and Dhfo were significant. Conclusions: In the female rat urethra, the α1A adrenergic receptor may be a functional subtype. The α1A adrenoceptor antagonist was found to prolong the Dhfo and decrease the frequency of involuntary bladder contraction. It might be possible that the α1A adrenoceptor antagonist improves not only the obstructive symptoms, but the bladder irritative symptoms also, by prolonging the Dhfo and frequency of an involuntary bladder contraction.
Cell-Based Therapy for Urinary Incontinence

Urinary incontinence has become a societal problem that affects millions of people worldwide. Although numerous therapeutic modalities are available, none has been shown to be entirely satisfactory. Consequently, cell-based approaches using regenerative medicine technology have emerged as a potential solution that would provide a means of correcting anatomical deficiencies and restoring normal function. As such, numerous cell-based investigations have been performed to develop systems that are focused on addressing clinical needs. While most of these attempts remain in the experimental stages, several clinical trials are being designed or are in progress. This article provides an overview of the cell-based approaches that utilize various cell sources to develop effective treatment modalities for urinary incontinence.
80 MPa급 고강도 콘크리트를 적용한 RC 바닥판의 피로 성능 평가

Recently, the use of high-strength concrete is increasing due to the trend of constructing high-rise and long span structures. The benefit of using the high-strength concrete is that it increases the durability and strength while it reduces the cross-sectional area of the bridge deck slabs. Moreover, it offers more safety as these bridge deck slabs applying high-strength requires strict structural performance verification. In this study, the fatigue performance of the bridge deck slabs applying 80 MPa high-strength concrete was verified through various experiments. The experimental results showed that the specimens satisfy the conditions of flexural strength, punching shear strength, deflection and cracking. In conclusion, the bridge deck slabs designed by 80 MPa high-strength concrete are enough safe despite of its low thickness.
산화막 CMP에서 패드 두께가 연마율과 연마 불균일도에 미치는 영향

The polishing pad is important element for polishing characteristic such as material removal rate(MRR) and within wafer non-uniformity(WIWNU) in the chemical mechanical planarization(CMP). The result of the viscoelasticity measurement shows that 1st elastic modulus is increased and 2nd elastic modulus is decreased when the top pad is thickened. The finite element analysis(FEA) was conducted to predict characteristic of polishing behavior according to the pad thickness. The result of polishing experiment was similar with the FEA, and it shows that the 1st elastic modulus affects instantaneous deformation of pad related to MRR. And the 2nd elastic modulus has an effect on WIWNU due to the viscoelasticity deformation of pad.
