Taguchi's parameter design is to determine optimal settings of design parameters of a product or a process such that the characteristics of a product exhibit small variabilities around their target values.His analysis of the problem has focused only on a single characteristic or response, but the quality of most products is seldom defined by a characteristic, and is rather the composite of a great number of characteristics which are often interrelated and nearly always measured in a variety of units.The critical problem in dealing with multiple characteristics is how to compromise the conflicts among the selected levels of the design parameters for each individual characteristic. In this paper, the WEXTOPSIS Model using SN ratio can be Optimized liquid crystal display performance of automobile. From this result.the WEXTOPSIS model is a pramamcter design procedure to achieve the optimal compromise among several different methods.

The purpose of this study is to propose the number of proper discount stores and economic benefit evaluation of customers using discount store. The liberalization of Korean distribution industry will undoubtedly compete with traditional retailers, however, the benefit of rationalization of distribution, stable consumer prices, and strengthened competitiveness of traditional retailers far outweigh the costs caused by the rationalization. In this research, we will discuss the number of proper discount stores by comparing foreign distribution industry. To evaluate the welfare of customers, the cost-benefit analysis will be used. The research shows that the reasonable number of discount stores in Chung Ju is three to five for the sake of Chung Ju citizen's welfare. Additionally, this study finds that the annual economic benefit evaluated is estimated to be 33.57 billion won.

The purpose of this study is to show that education can be an important preventive solution to the problem of hate speech, and to suggest a concrete educational measures. To achieve this purpose, first of all, the researcher focused on college students and conducted educational needs analysis. The desirable methods of dealing with hate speech that democratic citizens should carry out were investigated, and by looking into 69 college students’ perception and experience of hate speech, the outline of education for college students could be embodied. Although this study was conducted on a small number of college students and could have some limit to the generalization of the research results, it could have some meaning of proposing an effective approach to educational planning for problem of hate speech. The researcher hope that this study will be the starting point to the devising educational measures for hate speech and further researches on various subjects.

In semiconductor chip production the quality of a process is measured by its yield, that is, the fraction of printed circuit boards that have no defects. thus we seek a quality control project that addresses the defect device that is a major cause of loss in yield. We show, in this paper, that appropriate solving of quality problem serve construct an experimental design for the test and interprete the resulting data to establish a blade condition. Throughout this study, the suggested optimal condition is performed increasesing yield and the rate of passing device.

Taguchi's parameter design is to determine optimal setting of design parameters of a product or a process such that the characteristics of a product exhibit small variabilities around their target values. Most previous studies on parameter design focused on the static case, and relatively little work has been done for the dynamic one despite its importance on practice. This paper is concerned with a review and a genealization of the signal-to-noise ratio, a quality measure for parameter design with dynamic characteristics, proposed by Taguchi. We present a method for analysis of the generalized SN ratio and illustrate its implementation by example.

In this paper, the EXTOPSIS Model using mean data shich can be improving the quality of hard disk drive. From this result, it is performed to decide the controllable parameter's effects on the multiresponse and it is expected the optimal controllable paramers/levels could be set to achieve a low variability of the multi-response.

In this research we will discuss investments decision in the public projects. The public projects consist of various governmental unit ranging from municipal governments to the federal government. Among competing claims on available resources, We must choose those that contribute most to our government objective, the most basic of which is to maximize the general welfare of the citizenry. Benefit-cost analysis provides the means to improve decision-making processes for more efficient use of government resources in the absence of competive pressures. The result of benefit cost analysis have obtained assuming a 10% discount rate as following ; benefit and cost ratio(B/C) is 1.67, internal return of rate(IRR) is 18.37% and net present value(NPV) is 8,486.1 million won.
