항공서비스학과 교육환경 개선을 위한 실습실 서비스스케이프의 IPA 분석 연구

To improve the educational environment of the Department of Aviation Service, this study was conducted to help propose and improve a learnercentered educational space that reflects the needs of students by analyzing the servicescape of the laboratory and deriving the factors that should be prioritized among the factors of the physical environment. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the importance and satisfaction of the physical environment of the laboratory were analyzed for students enrolled in D college. For data collection, an online survey was conducted from May 23rd to June 3rd, 2022. Statistical analysis and IPA analysis were performed using 248 copies of valid data. As a result of the study, first, the importance of the laboratory servicescape was higher than the satisfaction level, suggesting that improvement of the overall educational environment level is necessary. In particular, it was confirmed that the difference between importance and satisfaction was the largest in safety and modernization factors, suggesting that safety management of the laboratory and the introduction of a cutting-edge education system were required. Second, as a result of the IPA analysis of the laboratory servicescape, environmental control facilities and cleanliness were confirmed as factors with high importance and satisfaction, and spatial arrangement functionality was derived as factors with low importance and relatively high satisfaction. In addition, the aesthetic environment was identified as factors with both low importance and satisfaction, and comfort, safety, and advanced technology were derived as factors with high importance but relatively low satisfaction. Through the research results, factors that should be improved first for the laboratory were identified, and implications for changes in the physical environment of the laboratory reflecting the needs of students were provided. The competitiveness of the Department of Aviation Service should be strengthened by creating an effective practical training space for nurturing future professionals. 본 연구는 항공서비스학과의 교육환경 개선을 위해실습실의 서비스스케이프를 분석하고 물리적 환경 요인 중 우선시 되어야 할 요소를 도출하여 학생의 니즈를 반영한 학습자 중심의 교육공간 제안 및 개선에도움을 주고자 진행되었다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 D 전문대학 재학생을 대상으로 실습실의물리적 환경에 대한 중요도 및 만족도를 분석하였다. 자료수집을 위해 2022년 5월 23일부터 6월 3일까지온라인을 통한 설문조사를 실시하였으며 248부의 유효한 데이터를 활용하여 통계분석 및 IPA 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 항공서비스학과 실습실 서비스스케이프의 중요도는 만족도보다 모두 높게 나타나 전반적인 교육환경 수준에 대한 개선이 필요함을 시사했다. 특히 안전성과 첨단화 요인에서 중요도와 만족도간의 차이가 가장 큰 것으로 확인되었으며 실습실 교육환경에 대한 안전 관리와 최첨단 교육시스템의 도입이 요구됨을 시사하였다. 둘째, 실습실 서비스스케이프의 IPA 분석결과, 중요도와 만족도가 모두 높은항목으로 환경조절시설과 청결성이 확인되었고 중요도는 낮고 만족도는 상대적으로 높은 항목으로 공간배치 기능성이 도출되었다. 또한 중요도와 만족도가모두 낮은 항목으로 미학적 환경이 규명되었으며 중요도는 높으나 만족도가 상대적으로 낮은 요인으로는쾌적성, 안전성, 첨단화가 도출되었다. 연구결과를 통해 실습실 교육환경을 위해 우선적으로 개선되어야할 요인을 확인하였으며 학생 요구도를 반영한 실습실 물리적 환경변화에 대한 시사점을 제공하였다. 미래의 전문직업인 양성을 위한 효과적인 실습 교육공간을 조성하여 항공서비스학과의 경쟁력을 강화해 나가야 할 것이다.

항공관련학과 전공자의 지각된 진로장벽이 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향 -진로스트레스의 매개효과를 중심으로-

In this study, it examined whether recognized career barriers among students of majoring in aviation affected career stress and career decision level, and career stress moderated the impact of career barriers on career decision level. For this purpose, it conducted a survey of aviation-related college students in C university from Sep. 21th. 2015 to Oct. 8th. 2015. A total of 225 questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 statistical package program and frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis, and correlation analysis were conducted. Findings indicated that career barriers partly influenced the career stress and career decision level. Also, career stress had an negative effect on career decision level. Lastly, career stress moderated the impact of career barriers on career decision level. The implication of this paper would be used as a fundamental material to guide for career direction to students majoring in aviation.

COVID-19 시대의 진로장벽 인식이 진로결정수준과 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향: 항공서비스 전공자를 중심으로

This study was conducted to help with job guidance for the department of aviation service, which nurtures aviation service professionals, in a situation where the workforce reduction and job instability in the aviation industry have become severe due to the prolonged Covid-19. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the effect of career barriers, which are variables related to employment, on career decision level and career preparation behavior. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, a survey was conducted for about two weeks from April 1 to April 14, 2022, targeting students in the department of aviation service. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were performed using the valid data of 261 copies. As a result of the study, the career barrier partially showed a negative influence relationship on the career decision level and partially showed a negative influence on the career preparation behavior. Among the career barrier factors recognized by students, the derivation of factors that significantly affect the career decision level and career preparation behavior can be used as basic data for job guidance. In addition, based on the results of this study, a plan was prepared to lower the career barrier factors and effective student guidance and counseling should be provided. 본 연구는 코로나 19의 장기화로 항공산업의 인력 감축과 고용불안이 극심해진 상황 속에서 항공서비스 전문인력을 양성하는 항공서비스학과의 취업 지도에 도움을 주고자 진행되었다. 이에 취업과 관련된 변수인 진로장벽이 진로결정수준과 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 한다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 항공서비스학과에 재학 중인 학생을 대상으로 2022년 4월 1일부터 4월 14일까지 약 2주간 설문조사를 실시하였으며 유효한 261부의 데이터를 활용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 진로장벽은 진로결정수준에 부분적으로 부(-)의 영향관계를 나타냈으며 진로준비행동에도 부분적으로 부(-)의 영향을 나타냈다.

Recently the departments of aviation-related in the college are increased as the aviation industry is rapidly expanded. To enhance their competitiveness and have differentiation, it is emphasized for each department to manage and teach their students well. Therefore this study aims to examine self-efficacy and academic adjustment of aviation-related college students and investigate the relationship between self-efficacy and academic adjustment. To achieve the objectives, it conducted a survey of aviation-related college students in C university from Apr. 27th. 2015 to May. 22th. 2015. A total of 225 questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 statistical package program and frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, correlation analysis and one-way ANOVA were conducted. The result released that general self-efficacy was recognized higher at the department of aviation operation than aviation maintenance and aviation service and social self-efficacy was recognized higher at the department of aviation service than aviation maintenance and aviation operation. Also general self-efficacy had an influence on the motivation, application and performance and social self-efficacy affected motivation, performance and academic environment. The implication of these findings would help to manage aviation-related college students, develop their departments and provide the directions for future research.

초등학교 영재학급에서 유추를 활용한 위도프 게임의 해법 탐구 지도 방법

본 연구는 초등학교 5학년 영재학급 학생들이 유추적 사고를 활용하여 위도프 게임의 해법을 탐구하는 과정에서 보이는 사례 분석을 통하여 영재학급에서의 유용한 지도 방법을 고찰하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 I광역시에 거주하는 초등학교 영재학급 3개반 36명의 학생들을 대상으로 수업 과정과 학습지를 분석하고 그들 중 소속 학급 내 성취 수준이 중상 이상인 6명의 학생들을 집중 관찰 및 면담하여 그들의 사고 과정을 상세히 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 위도프 게임을 목표 문제로 삼고 이와 구조적 유사성을 지닌 퀸즈 무브 게임, 표면적 유사성을 지닌 2모둠 님 게임을 기저 문제로 하여 유사성의 유형이 해법 탐구에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 높은 수준의 사고를 하는 학생들은 두 문제 간의 표면적 유사성보다는 구조적 유사성에 더 주목함으로써 목표 문제의 해법을 발견해 낼 수 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 Sternberg가 제시한 유추의 7개 과정(부호화, 추론, 사상, 적용, 비교, 정당화, 반응) 중 핵심 요소인 4개 과정(부호화, 추론, 사상, 적용)을 중심으로 현장 적용 수업을 분석해 봄으로써 초등학교 영재학급에서 위도프 게임을 지도할 때 활용할 수 있는 유추의 주요 과정별 지도 방법을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze cases on teaching solutions exploration of Wythoff's game through using the analogy for the gifted elementary students, to suggest useful teaching methods. Students recognized structural similarity among problems on the basis of relevance of conditions of problems. The discovery of structural similarity improves the ability to solve problems. Although 2 groups-NIM game with surface similarity is not helpful in solving Wythoff's game, Queen's move game with structural similarity makes it easier for students to solve Wythoff's game. Useful teaching methods to find solutions of Wythoff's game through using the analogy are as follow. Encoding process helps students make sense of the game. It is significant to help students realize how many stones are remained and how the location of Queen can be expressed by the ordered pair. Inferring process helps students find a solution of 2 groups-NIM game and Queen's move game. It is necessary to find a winning strategy through reversely solving method. Mapping process helps students discover surface similarity and structural similarity through identifying commonalities between the two games. It is crucial to recognize the relationship among the two games based on the teaching in the Encoding process. Application process encourages students to find a solution of Wythoff's game. It is more important to find a solution by using the structural similarity of the Queen's move game rather than reversely solving method.

항공사 내부마케팅이 객실승무원의 서비스몰입에 미치는 영향 -외국항공사를 중심으로-

본 연구는 항공기업의 경쟁력을 창조.유지하는 핵심요소인 객실승무원에 대한 관리의 필요성을 인지하여 항공사의 인적자원관리인 내부마케팅 활동을 연구하고자 진행되었다. 전 세계적으로 증가하고 있는 관광수요와 한국에 취항하고 있는 외국항공사의 수가 지속적으로 확대됨에 따라 본 연구는 항공사의 경쟁력 확보를 위해 외국항공사에서 실행하고 있는 내부마케팅의 주요 요인이 무엇인지 규명하고 이러한 내부마케팅 활동이 고객만족 유인인 서비스몰입에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 연구의 대상은 SKYTRAX가 선정한 2013년 최고의 항공사인 E항공사의 객실승무원 254명을 대상으로 진행하였으며 2013년 8월 31일부터 10월 28일까지 약 8주간 설문을 실시하였다. 연구결과 외국항공사에서 실행하고 있는 내부마케팅 활동은 보상 및 지원, 교육훈련, 의사소통 및복지, 권한위임으로 나타났고 이 활동들은 모두 서비스몰입 요인인 서비스가치와 직무몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구는 외국항공사의 내부마케팅 활동에 대한 연구가 전무한상황에서 외국항공사의 내부마케팅 요인들을 규명해내고 서비스몰입과의 영향관계를 분석하여 항공경영의 전략수립을 위한 기초자료를 제공했다는 점에서 학문적 의의가 크다고 하겠다. The paper proposes and empirically evaluates an internal marketing in a foreign airline to create value for the service commitment on flight attendants. To achieve the objectives, it researches for the link between internal marketing activities and flight attendants’ service commitment with surveying 254 cabin crew members in E airline, and the survey was conducted from Aug. 31. 2013 to Oct. 28. 2013. In particular rewards and supports, training, sharing information and benefits and employee empowerment as key internal marketing practices were shown to be strongly related to service commitment. In this paper, we have outlined a fundamental material of internal marketing by integrating aspects of HR management and service marketing. Of particular importance herein is to provide a necessary strategy to an airline industry for improving customer satisfaction and service quality.

This study aims to develop the measuring instrument of the educational service quality that can be applied to the department of airline services in universities, and reveal the dimensions that reflect the characteristics of the department of airline services in universities. To achieve the purpose of this study, the initial measuring instrument of the education service quality was derived through the thorough analysis of the previous studies, and the contents of the measuring instrument were developed through conducting three rounds of Delphi surveys. The results showed that the educational service quality factors in the department of airline services were identified 7 dimensions and 42 items which were global support factors, employment support factors, education factors, professor factors, reputation factors, environmental factors, and department management factors. This study suggests the direction of education that the department of airline services should aim for, and provides implications for efficient department operation to improve the department of airline services’ specialty and educational service quality in the future.
