        수은 폭로 근로자들의 생물학적 폭로지표와 호흡량 및 폭로 기간과의 상관성에 관한 연구

        This study was conducted to evaluate the relationships between the environmental exposure and biological monitoring among workers exposed to metallic mercury We interviewed each workers to get the medical history including previous hazardous occupational history. We measured the respiration rate and tidal volume of each worker in order to calculate the 8-hour inhaled mercury of workers. And we wafted to evaluate the effect of exposure duration to mercury concentrations in blood and urine as biologic exposure indices of metallic mercury. The regression and correlation analysis were done to the relationships of 8-hour inhaled mercury and mercury in blood and urine. The results were as follows; 1. The subjects were 35 fluorescent lamp manufacturing workers. The mean age of subjects was .24.8 years old, and the mean work careers of workers was 1.19 years. 89% of the total was consisted man. 2. The correlation coefficients between 8-hour inhaled mercury and mercury in blood and urine were higher than that of only considered air mercury concentration. 3. The correlation coefficients of 8-hour inhaled mercury and mercury in blood and urine were above 0.9 in workers who had exposed to mercury more than 1 year 4. The R-square value and -value of regression analysis between the 8-hour inhaled mercury and mercury in blood and urine was also higher in workers who had exposed to mercury over 1 year than in workers who had less than 1 year working experience. The important results of this study were that relationships between the 8hr-inhaled mercury and mercury in blood and urine was very high than that with air mercury concentration only. And the results were very apparent when considering workers 1 year or more. Therefore we concluded that the work career and respiratory volume of each individuals should be considered in evaluation the, results of biological monitoring of workers exposed to metallic mercury.

        의약분업이후 약국 경영수지 및 관련 요인 분석

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting financial performance of community pharmacies after the implementation of the new drug policy in Korea: separation of drug prescription and dispensing (SPD). The online survey questionnaires were sent to the active pharmacists of the total 20,633 community pharmacies in Korea and 1,147 pharmacists responded to the survey (the response rate was 5.5%). The questionnaire asked simple financial data in order to compare their financial performances before and after the policy. With the SPSS package (version 12.0), two levels of data analysis were used: 1) descriptive statistics to see the financial status of the pharmacies; and 2) multiple regression analysis to find the factors. {or A multiple regression method was used for the data analysis.} The finding illustrated that the average net benefit of the pharmacies was 4,870 thousand won in August 2006, and the major factors affecting the net benefit were the location of pharmacy (geographical proximity to medical institutions), number of prescriptions, drug management services for patients, chain pharmacy membership. The findings of this study suggest that service improvement for patients, revitalization of non-prescription drug sales, professional management will contribute to promote community based pharmacy business.

        좋은 수업에 대한 유아교사들의 인식

        본 연구의 목적은 유아교육기관에서 이루어지는 좋은 수업 및 좋은 수업을 위한 지원책에 대한 유아교사들의 인식을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 유아교사 249명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교사들은 좋은 수업을 '유아의 발달적 특성을 고려하는 수업', '상호작용이 활발한 수업', '효과적인 교수학습방법이 이루어지는 수업', '교육(보육)과정 내용을 충실히 이행하는 수업', '즐겁고 재미있는 수업', '유아의 주도성이 강조되는 수업', '목표 설정이 명확한 수업', '물리적 환경이 잘 조성된 상태에서 이루어지는 수업', '평가를 고려하는 수업', '사전준비가 잘 된 수업'의 순으로 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 좋은 수업을 위한 지원책에 대하여 유아교사들은 '환경적 지원', '교사교육', '행.재정적 지원', '충분한 시간'의 순으로 지원이 필요하다고 인식하고 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 하여 좋은 수업을 위한 시사점들을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception of early childhood education teachers for good teaching and support for good teaching at early childhood education institutions. For this study, survey was carried out via questionnaire with 249 number of early childhood education teachers working for early childhood education institutions located at Seoul, Gyung-gi, Incheon and South Chungcheong province. The results of this study are as follows. First, the priority of good teaching recognized by early childhood edu cation teachers is like following. 1) teaching considering the feature of development of children; 2) teaching with active interaction; 3) teaching according to an effective pedagogical method; 4) teaching the contents of the curriculum substantially; 5) fun and joyful teaching; 6) teaching focusing on leadership of children; 7) teaching with clear goal; 8) teaching with good physical environment; 9) teaching considering evaluation; and 10) teaching with good preparation. Second, regarding support for good teaching, early childhood education teachers recognizing that support is required with priority like below. 1) support for educational environment; 2) support for teacher training; 3) support for administration & finance; and 4) support for enough time. Some discuss ions and suggestions for good teaching were presented bas is on the results.

        唐詩 속 漢武帝 형상에 반영된 皇帝에 대한 비판적 인식

        This thesis examined how intellectuals of the Tang Dynasty recognized and judged their ruler by analyzing a image of Emperor Han Wudi expressed in Poetry of the Tang Dynasty. First, poets of the Tang Dynasty criticized Emperor Tang Xuan Zong indulging in Taoism and Taiost hermit’s magic by embodying an image of Emperor Han Wudi as ‘a lover of Immortal Alchemy’ written in [Shiji] in poetry. Second, they praised power and contribution of their rulers to suppress internal and external military provocation in the Tang Dynasty by borrowing an image of Emperor Han Wudi as ‘the heroic emperor’ suppressing Hun through the strong military power. Intellectuals of the Tang Dynasty embodied their recognition of reality and critical viewpoint poetically through Emperor Han Wudi who the images of the foolish emperor infatuated by unrealistic desire and of the heroic emperor protecting the country in the history are mixed.

        대학교 학생선발권의 범위와 한계

        헌법 제31조 4항에서는 대학의 자율성을 보장하고 있다. 이러한 대학의 자율성에는 교과과정운영, 재정, 학사, 교원인사 등과 함께 학생선발권도 포함된다. 학생선발권에 대한 법적 성질에 대해서 학자와 판례는 기본권으로 보고 있다. 대학은 대학교육의 주체인 학생을 선발함에 있어서 전형기준과 전형방법, 전형시기, 지원자의 자격, 전형자료 등에 대해 광범위한 재량권을 행사하여 학생을 선발할 수 있다. 그러나 판례는 대학이 학생선발권을 행사함에는 헌법과 법령, 대학의 학칙 등에서 정한 범위 내에 행사되어야 하며 그 범위를 벗어나는 경우는 재량권 일탈 및 남용으로 위법이라고 명시하였다. 또한 헌법에서 보장하는 개개인의 기본권과 교육기본법, 고등교육법과 동법 시행령 등의 범위 내에서 학생선발권은 행사되어야 한다. 그리고 대학본고사나 고교등급제, 기여입학제에 대한 대학입학 3불 금지조치는 대학이 건학이념과 모집단위 교육목적에 맞는 적격자를 선발하는 학생선발권을 행사함에 있어서 한계로 작용한다. Article 31 (4) of the Constitution of the university autonomy is guaranteed. The autonomy of universities in the curriculum, finance, transfer of teaching profession, along with teacher selection of students are also included. Selection of students for the legal scholars and case law about property rights is reported. University college students selected as the subject of the selection criteria and the selection method, the applicant`s eligibility, the typical material for the exercise of discretion by a wide range of students can be admitted. However, the selection of students from the University of precedent Constitution and laws, refrain from violation of university is outside the scope of the illegal abuse of discretion, and that deviations were stated. As well as the fundamental rights guaranteed in the Constitution and the Education Act, the Higher Education Act and the Enforcement Decree of the Act, such as selection of students should be in the range. And, the University of the dead, high school rating system, contributing to college admission, three items prohibited acts as a limitation of the selection of students.

        나보코프 소설의 시각성- 『카메라 옵스쿠라』(『어둠 속의 웃음소리』)를 중심으로

        This paper examines a visuality in Vladimir Nabokov`s novel, Kamera Obskura (Laughter in the Dark). One of the specific features of V. Navokov`s novels is his proliferate use of vision or visual images. In the period of modernism many european writers including Russian modernists took a profound interest in the visuality. With an expansion of optical devices like a camera, photograph and film, the meaning of an observer was emphasized in explaining the world. V. Nabokov was not an exception in this situation. In his works mirrors, the surface of water, eyes, windows, pictures and movies play a very important role in the process of developing the main theme. Especially in Kamera Obskura the main theme is a misunderstanding about the world by a subjectivity of vision. As camera obscura projects an inverted image of its surroundings on a screen, Albinus thinks a fake beauty of Margot as a mortal beauty. He sees in her face an idealized artistic images that he desired to gain in his life for so long, but she turns out to be a mere ordinary and vulgar girl in some ways. His moral blindness leads him to his physical blindness, and he finishes his life in a tragic way. On the whole, in this paper I tried to demonstrate that the title ``Kamera Obskura`` is more appropriate than ``Laughterin the Dark`` because the function of eyes, vision and observer is more emphasized in this novel. In V. Nabokov`s novels, characters who see the world with their subject vision can grow up to real artists, but if they don`t have an ability to differentiate the real and the fake, they become failed artists.

        주제 중심 접근법 기반의 재외동포 아동용 한국어 교재 개작 방안 연구

        Research on Theme-centered Adaptation of Korean Text Books for Korean Heritage Children. Bilingual Research 55, 111-131. This paper aims to inform teachers of Korean heritage children about text books so they are able to adapt and use them effectively. The development of Korean text books through the support of the government, general purpose text book development and then localized text books through individual languages have developed continuously and this is extremely encouraging. However, despite these efforts, Korean text books for Korean heritage children do not reflect various Korean language teaching and learning conditions and the continuing problem of many cases where the learner`s real life relevance decreases. This research suggests a way to adapt their education where opinions and demands from Korean teachers aren`t suited. When adapting text books, it is necessary to base it on one specific principle and in this paper it is Korean heritage children combined with their Korean text book issues, focusing on improvement through ‘Theme-centered approach’. Suitability is brought to light and based on this a check list that can diagnose adaptation of Korean text book requests and the direction of adaptation plans were developed in an adaptation method. Lastly, using this, adaptation of Korean text books for overseas Korean children was attempted.(Kyung Hee University)
