        온도와 시간에 따른 진공건조 굴비의 품질특성

        Purpose: Gulbi is a salted and dried yellow corvenia that is popular in Korea. In this study, yellow corvenia was vacuum-dried under two different conditions, average temperatures of $48^{\circ}C$ for 12 and 15 h and $54^{\circ}C$ for 9 and 12 h. Quality characteristics of vacuum-dried Gulbi against fresh corvenia were investigated. Methods: Moisture content, water activity, salt concentration, pH, acidity, volatile basic nitrogen (VBN), thiobarbituric acid-reactive substances (TBARS), and fatty acid composition of Gulbi were evaluated. Results: Moisture contents of fresh corvenia and four types of vacuum-dried Gulbi were 67.37, 31.51, 13.62, 35.17, and 10.05%, respectively. The pH values were in the range of pH 6.70-6.98. The VBN values of Gulbi vacuum-dried at the higher temperature range were greater than those of Gulbi at the lower temperature range. The TBARS of Gulbi increased after vacuum drying (p<0.05). Palmitic acid, palmitoleic acid, oleic acid, and docosahexaenoic acid were the main fatty acids of Gulbi. Conclusion: These results indicate that the quality of vacuum-dried Gulbi is dependent on the drying conditions including temperature and time.

        CNN 기반 MS Office 악성 문서 탐지

        Document-type malicious codes are being actively distributed using attachments on websites or e-mails. Document-type malicious code is relatively easy to bypass security programs because the executable file is not executed directly. Therefore, document-type malicious code should be detected and prevented in advance. To detect document-type malicious code, we identified the document structure and selected keywords suspected of being malicious. We then created a dataset by converting the stream data in the document to ASCII code values. We specified the location of malicious keywords in the document stream data, and classified the stream as malicious by recognizing the adjacent information of the malicious keywords. As a result of detecting malicious codes by applying the CNN model, we derived accuracies of 0.97 and 0.92 in stream units and file units, respectively.

        장시간 안정성을 위한 CdSe/ZnS 양자점의 표면처리 기술

        We have investigated the washing method of as-synthesized CdSe/ZnS core/shell structure quantum dots (QDs) and the effective surface passivation method of the washed QDs using PMMA. The quantum yield (QY%) of as-synthesized QDs decreases with time, from 79.3% to 21.1%, owing to surface reaction with residual organics. The decreased QY% is restored to the QY% of as-synthesized QDs by washing. However, the QY% of washed QDs also decreases with time, owing to the absence of surface passivation layer. On the other hand, the PMMA-treated QDs maintained a relatively higher QY% after washing than that of the washed QDs that were kept in toluene solution for 30 days. Formation of the PMMA coating layer on CdSe/ZnS QD surface is confirmed by HR-TEM and FT-IR. It is found that the PMMA surface coating, when combined with washing, is useful to be applied in the storage of QDs, owing to its long-term stability.

        치근 이개부 병소의 치근처방법에 따른 주사현미경적 연구

        In periodontal regeneration treatment, access to the frucation area is very difficult. Thus complete removal of plaque, calculus and endotoxin is somewhat impossible. In this study, teeth that were extracted due to periodontal disease were used. The furcation area was treated with periodontal curette, ultrasonic scaler, roto bur and they observed using SEM. The result was follows 1. The group treatment with curette showed remaining plaque, the cementum existed in most of the surface and partial dentinal tubule orifice could be seen. 2. The group treatment with ultrasonic scaler showed less removalof plaque compared to curette and irregular surface could be seen. 3. The group treatment with roto bur showed cleaner surface and many dentinal tubule orifice could be seen compared to the curette and ultrasonic scaler groups. Thus when suing treatments such as bone grafting or guided tissue regeneration, it is considered that the furcation area should be treatment with Roto bur.

        평야지 적응성 향상을 위한 벼흰잎마름병 및 줄무늬잎마름병 저항성 유전자 집적 조생 계통 개발

        This study was conducted to develop the early maturing rice lines with genes conferring resistance to bacterial blight and rice stripe virus to enhance the adaptability in plain area. Unkwang carrying Xa3 was used as a recurrent parent and SR30075 carrying Xa4+xa5+Xa21+Stvb-i was used as a donor parent. RL1(Resistant Line, BC1F7), RL2, RL3, RL4, and RL5(BC2F6) were bred through bio-assay of K3a race inoculation and phenotypic selection of agronomic traits. The presence of introduced genes was confirmed by testing the resistance levels against bacterial blight and rice stripe virus and then double-checked by using DNA marker. RL1 has all target genes, Xa3+xa5+Xa21+Stvb-i. RL2, RL3, and RL5 have Xa3+Xa21+Stvb-i whereas RL4 has only Xa21. Rice lines carrying Stvb-i showed resistance reaction to rice stripe virus. The combinations of bacterial blight resistant genes(Xa3+xa5+Xa21 and Xa3+Xa21) were found to be promising, as the rice lines carrying these genes enhanced a strong resistant reaction against 16 bacterial blight isolates. Also, the inoculation of K3a race did not alter the brown rice yield, ripened grain ratio and kernel quality of brown rice compared to control. Although RL1 containing all the target resistance genes showed excellent resistance performance, it is not suitable to cultivate in plain area due to instability to lodging, 80% yield level than Unkwang, and low grain quality. RL5 backcrossed twice with Unkwang was found to be a promising line due to its effective resistance gene combination, Xa3+Xa21+Stvb-i and good agronomic traits such as stability to lodging, higher yield and quality compared to Unkwang.

        병에 강하고 수량성이 높은 중만생 흑미 품종 ‘제이제이603블랙’

        “JJ603Balck” is a mid-late maturing high-yielding black rice having multiple-disease resistance. It was developed to increase the yield and disease resistance of Korean black rice. “JJ603Black” was derived from a cross between “Heughyang” and BC2F1 plants (Hopum*3/SR30075-1-12-6-1-1-1). “Heughyang” is a mid-late black rice with a short culm, while “Hopum” is a mid-late maturing rice cultivar with high yields and premium quality, and “SR30075” is a pyramid line carrying three bacterial blight resistance genes. “JJ603Black” was selected through the pedigree method, yield trials, and local adaptability tests, with a high selection pressure for black pericarp, resistance to bacterial blight K3a race, and high yield performance. The heading date of “JJ603Black” was August 19, 8 d later than that of “Heugnam,” which is the standard cultivar for black rice. “JJ603Black” is a cultivar tolerant to lodging with erect plant architecture. It showed multiple-disease resistance against bacterial blight and rice stripe virus owing to introgression resistance genes, Xa3+Xa21+Stvb-I; moreover, its yielding performance was high. The average brown rice yield of “JJ603Black” from 2016 to 2018 was 6.02 MT/ha, which was 14% more than that of “Heugnam” (5.30 metric/ha). Further, the anthocyanin content of “JJ603Black” (58 mg/100 g) was higher than that of “Heugnam” (51 mg/100 g). Therefore, “JJ603Black,” a high-yielding black rice cultivar with multiple-disease resistance, can be utilized for enhancing the disease resistance and yield of Korean black rice (Registration No. 7274).

        F. 키틀러의 매체 개념으로 본 스텔락 퍼포먼스의 신체성

        인간 중심적 사고방식은 기술 매체 사용에서 인간이 주체라고 믿게 하지만, 그 이면에는 매체가 인간을 종속시키는 역전된 상황이 존재한다. 매체학자 프리드리히 키틀러는 이러한 상황을 간파하여 매체의 변화와 발전에서 주체는 기술이고, 인간은 단지 객체일 뿐이라는 급진적 주장을 한다. 이런 주장은 결국 인간의 신체에 대한 의미에도 영향을 미쳐, 포스트 휴먼 논의로도 확대되고 있다. 인간 존재를 규정하던 신체는 기술매체 발전이 가속화될수록 정보를 담는 하나의 `기계`로 전락하여 인간의 정체성에서 밀려나고 있다. 이러한 현상은 스텔락의 `사이보그 퍼포먼스`에서 극적으로 표현되고 있다. 이 퍼포먼스는 `쓸모없어진 신체(Obsolete body)`, `비자발적 신체(Involuntary Body)` `모바타(movatar)` 등의 개념으로 기술매체에 의해 변화되는 신체의 위상을 고스란히 드러낸다. 본 연구는 키틀러의 매체 개념을 통해 스텔락의 사이보그 퍼포먼스를 분석함으로써, 철학적 사유와 예술 실천 사이의 긴밀한 상관성을 탐구하고, 스텔락이 다루는 신체성의 의미를 고찰하고 있다. 동시에 신체가 매체에 종속되고 있는 기술매체 시대의 현상을 매체 철학적으로 사유하고 있다. In the anthropocentric aspect, humans are considered as the subject when dealing with the usage of technological media, but in the hidden side, the reversed situation exists in which humans are subordinate to the media. Media scholar, Friedrich Kittler sees through this situation and strongly asserts that when dealing with the changes and development of the media, technology is the subject whereas humans are merely objects. This argument eventually influences the meaning of the human body, actually being expanded to post-human discussions. As the development of technological development accelerates, the definition of the human body is degenerating from the existence of human beings to a `machine` that embodies information, ultimately being pushed away from human identity. This condition is dramatically expressed in Stelarc`s `cyborg performance.` This performance intactly shows the changing status of the human body due to technological media by using concepts such as `Obsolete Body,` `Involuntary Body,` `Movatar` etc. By using Kittler`s medium concept, this research analyzes Stelarc`s cyborg performance, studying the interrelationship between philosophical thoughts and artistic practices and also contemplating the definition of the human body which Stelarc deals with. Simultaneously, this research media philosophically considers the situation of the technological media generation in which the human body is subordinate to the media.

        환경친화적 택지개발사업을 위한 검토항목에 관한 연구

        Although land development projects are a business necessary to establish enhanced life style and to secure our living environments, their development have a significant influence in terms of damaging the ecosystem, creating noise/vibration, water pollution, and obstruction of natural scenery. There is a need to induce environment-friendly development by pre-considering environment factors throughout the process of land development projects from planning and design to construction and maintenance. As establishing and proceeding with land development projects, this paper breaks them down into land selection stage, basic planning and execution designing stage, construction stage, and maintenance stage to propose review categories that take into consideration the environment. We defined construction stage based on the environmental evaluation period of land development projects and derived environmental review measures by business development phases based on studies and surveys. Environmental review factors were derived by investigating/analyzing environment-related policies and regulations, prior environmental review systems, and the Korea Environment Institute's environmental impact assessment. We proposed environmental review categories in sectors such as atmosphere, water, soil, noise/vibration and waste based on investigation and analysis on review factors derived for land selection stage, basic planning and execution designing stage, construction stage, and maintenance stage. The review categories proposed in this paper are expected to support decision makers in the land selection stage, architects in basic planning and execution designing stage, and land development managers in the construction and maintenance stage in order for them to implement a sustainable development in terms of environment. Also, there will need to be further thorough researches that objectively examine review categories of land development projects by comparing and contrasting with other cases.

        뉴미디어 아트의 물질적·비물질적 맥락에 대한 연구

        과학과 기술의 경계가 허물어진 `테크노사이언스`라는 협업 형태의 과학기술 시대가 열리면서 뉴미디어아트는 근대적 의미의 미술 형식을 벗어나 과학기술을 기반으로 하는 확장된 미술 형식을 보여주고 있다. 이러한 뉴미디어 아트에서 매체는 단순한 도구가 아닌, 사유의 형식과 내용을 규정하는 `사유 도구`가 되어, `디지털` 기반의 비물질적 미술과, 기계나 유기체 기반의 물질적 미술로 양분하였다. 전자는 `가상성의 미술로서 비물질성`으로, 지시대상의 흔적이 소멸된 다양한 형태의 미술의 디지털화와, 비트와 바이트로 구성된 `추상적인 기호 공간`의 가상현실이나 틸트 브러시, 미디어 파사드, 프로젝션 맵핑 등의 증강현실으로 나타난다. 후자는 `실제성의 미술로서 물질성`으로, 닐하비슨과 문 리바스가 보여준 기계-유기체 결합의 확장된 신체나 스텔락의 사이보그 퍼포먼스와 같은 탈주체화되는 사이보그적 양상을 보이거나, 생명 윤리와 연관된 생명공학의 형태로 헬렌 채드윅과 헤더 듀이해그보그의 DNA 분석 및 에두아르도 카츠의 유전자 변이로 나타난다. 미술이 테크노사이언스에 귀속되는 상황에서 미술의 양식은 뉴미디어 아트가 지닌 물질적·비물질적 맥락을 중심으로 더욱 다채롭게 확장되고 있다. As the generation of `technoscience` has emerged, collapsing the boundary of science and technology, new media art has departed from the modern art form to an expanded art form that is based on scientific technology. This medium of new media art is not simply just a `medium` but rather a `reasoning medium` that regulates the form and contents of reasoning which divides art into `digital` based immaterial art and machinery or organism based material art. The former is `immateriality as virtuality art` which appears as the digitalization of various subjects that lost its original traces, the virtual reality of `abstract symbolic space` made up of bits and bytes or augmented reality by tilt brush, media-facade, projection mapping etc. The latter is `materiality as authenticity art` which appears as the expanded body of the combination of machinery and organism shown by Neil Harbisson and Moon Reverse a cyborg aspect escaping subjectivation shown in Stelarc`s cyborg performance, the form of biotechnology related to bio ethics shown in the DNA identification by Helen Chadwick and Heather Dewey Hagborg or genetic mutation by Eduardo Kac. In the situation where art reverts to technoscience, the style of art is diversely expanding based on the material and immaterial context of new media art.
