Song-do City is a newly constructed city built on land reclaimed from the seaside and the surrounding area. Its development involved a long process since the basic plans for reclamation of the publicly owned seaside area in Song-do were drawn up in September 1979. However, if we take a look at the overall status of the project as it is carried on at present, it is hard to deny that the project is trapped inside the same legal restrictions as are all other existing cities, which permits Song-do City to meet only very minimum standards. This study intends to analyze and assess the Song-do City's environmentally friendly construction and to rate its current development status, exposing any problems and offering alternative solutions. In this paper, the current state of constructions in Song-do City were reviewed. Then a quantitative analysis and assessment for the Song-do City constructions of apartments, complex buildings, office buildings, and school facilities were conducted by using green building certification criteria. Finally the synthetic results of environmental performance evaluation for Song-do city constructions and follow-up suggestions were described.

본 논문은 3상 3선식 배전계통에서 비선형 부하장치로 인해 발생하는 고조파를 보상하는 MASCON Active Power Filter의 개발에 관한 것으로, 그에 대한 제어기 및 성능에 대해 소개한다. 본 논문에 소개되는 MASCON Active Power Filter의 사양은 3상 3선식이고 계통전압은 208~480[V]까지 사용가능한 120[KVA]급 시스템이고 한 Panel에 60[KVA]급 Power Stack 모듈 2기가 병렬로 연결되어 있는 구조이며 배전계통에 병렬로 연결되어 고조파를 보상하고 고조파의 크기에 따라 최대 4병렬까지 확장이 가능하다. 동작원리는 계통에서 측정된 전류를 DFT 방식을 이용해 고조파를 차수별 분석 후, 비례-적분-공진 전류제어기를 통해 계통에서 발생하는 고조파성분의 위상이 같고 크기가 반대인 성분을 계통에 주입하여 전원계통의 고조파를 저감하는 방식이다. 또한 MASCON Active Power Filter가 고조파 보상을 할 때 특정 차수를 선택적으로 보상 또는 보상하지 않도록 함으로써 산업현장에 설치 시 발생할 수 있는 기존 전력기기와의 간섭현상을 최소화하도록 하였다.

Renewable energy has been brought to the attention of the world as eco-friendly energy source. The government is encouraging application of renewable energy system through policy of infrastructure development. However, methodical planning and design approaches which ensure applications of efficient renewable energy systems in buildings are not enough so far. In order to develop these planning system, it should be essential to survey and analysis the required performance and development direction reflected in the opinion of the hands-on workers preferentially. This study would like to carry out a survey targeting those who have planed the renewable energy system. The survey consist of four individual parts focusing on the awareness, status, improvement and supplementation according to renewable energy system. As a result, the planning systems are necessary to consider economics, performance or reliability simultaneously from the early stage of designing the systems different from the existing methods depended on speciality contractors or hans-on-background.
