        진동자극이 뇌졸중 환자의 편측무시에 미치는 효과 : 개별사례연구

        목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 진동자극이 뇌졸중 환자의 편측무시에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 것이다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 편측무시를 보이는 뇌졸중 환자 3명을 대상으로 하였다. 다중 기초선 개별사례연구 설계를 사용하였으며, 연구기간 동안 대상자별 실험설계는, 대상자 1은 기초선 5회, 중재기 15회, 대상자 2는 기초선 7회, 중재기 13회, 대상자 3은 기초선 9회, 중재기 11로 대상자간 기초선과 중재기 회기 수는 다르나 총 회기 수는 20회로 동일하였다. 각 중재기 동안 진동자극기를 이용하여 대상자의 왼쪽 전완부에 진동자극을 회기 당 30분씩 적용하였다. 기초선과 중재기간에는 편측무시 평가를 위해 선 나누기 검사(Line Bisection Test; LBT)와 알버트 검사(Albert’s test)를 시행하였고 중재 전, 후로 일상 생활에서의 편측무시를 평가하기 위해 Catherine Bergego Scale (CBS)을 사용하였다. 결과 : 왼쪽 전완부에 진동자극 후 모든 대상자에서 중재 전과 비교하여 LBT, 알버트 검사, CBS 점수가 향상되어 편측무시가 감소되었다. 결론 : 본 연구 결과, 왼쪽 전완부의 진동자극은 뇌졸중 환자의 편측무시 감소에 긍정적인 영향을 준 것으로 확인되었다. Objective: The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of vibration stimulation on the unilateral neglect in patients after a stroke. Methods: A single-subject research method using multiple baselines across the individuals was employed in this study. All subjects who showed unilateral neglect caused by a stroke received vibration stimulation applied to their left forearm for 30 minutes per sessions. A total of 20 sessions were conducted. Their unilateral neglect was measured through a Line Bisection test and Albert’s test during each session, and the Catherine Bergego Scale was used to evaluate the degree of unilateral neglect based on the pre-and post-test on their daily life. The data were visually analyzed using graphs and a descriptive statistical analysis. Results: All subjects showed statistically significant improvements in the Line Bisection test and Albert’s test scores, and the Catherine Bergego Scale scores were improved post-test. Conclusions: The results of this study indicate that vibration stimulation has a positive effect on the unilateral neglect, and may be considered an alternative choice in clinical occupational therapy for reducing unilateral neglect.

        A study on fusion image expressed in hair collections - Focusing on Juno Hair's 2013-2022 collection

        In the 21st century, the dualistic worldview of the Cold War era collapsed and we entered an era of new creation and fusion. The fusion of different designs between East and West, the design activities of traditional clothing from the past, the use of new materials that are continuously being developed, and the mixing of unique items are being conducted in various fields. However, research is being conducted by combining fusion characteristics with hair. In addition, the period is short and the amount of research is small. Therefore, this study analyzed hairstyles of fusion images shown in hair collection using data of Juno Hair collection from 2013 to 2022 as analysis data and examined types of fusion images shown in the work of folk images, mixed images, and future images. Oriented images were divided into three categories and analyzed. In this study, we added Results of such research can be used not only as data for predicting future fashion trends, but also as basic data for exploring new design developments. In future research, it is expected that convergent research will be conducted, such as analyzing fusion images from an integrated perspective.

      • 도로 주행 능력을 향상시키기 위한 운전재활의 체계적 고찰

        목적: 본 연구의 목적은 도로 주행 능력을 향상시키기 위한 운전재활의 방법과 효과에 대해 체계적 고찰 을 통하여 추후에 있을 운전재활 연구의 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법: 2014년 12월부터 2015년 1월까지 운전재활에 관한 연구를 CINAHL, Embase, Pubmed, PsycINFO, Riss를 통하여 검색하였다. 선정기준에 따라 최종적으로 15편의 연구를 분석하였으며 주요 검색용어로는 “On-road” OR “Driving” AND “Driving rehabilitation”AND “Intervention”을 사용하 였다. 결과: 고찰한 연구는 총 15개로 근거 수준은 , , 이었다. 연구대상은 뇌졸중 환자(40.0%), 고령 운 전자(20.0%), 외상성 뇌손상 환자(20.0%), 후천적 뇌손상 환자(13.3%), 척수환자(6.7%)였으며, 실제 도로 주행 능력을 향상시키기 위한 중재 방법은 시뮬레이터를 이용한 훈련(53.3%), 인지 기술을 훈련 (26.6%), 운전을 위한 교육(6.7%), 보조 기기의 적용(6.7%), 운전 연수(6.7%)이었다. 중재 효과는 방법 에 따라 차이가 있었지만 시뮬레이터를 이용한 모든 연구에서 중재 후 도로 주행 능력의 유의한 향상을 보고하였다. 결론: 도로 주행 능력을 향상시키기 위한 운전재활은 다양한 방법으로 적용되고 있었다. 특히 시뮬레이터 를 이용한 중재는 많은 연구를 통해 효과가 입증되고 있었다. 추후 다양한 연구 대상자와 중재 방법을 통해 도로 주행 능력 향상을 위한 운전재활 연구가 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

        Development and Application of Distributed Rainfall-Runoff Model Using MPI Technique

        A lumped model, in general, is expressed by ordinary differential equations, which does not take into account the spatial variability of processes, input, boundary conditions and watershed geometric characteristics. For this reason, recently distributed run-off models have been developed to represent the variability in physical watershed characteristics such as topography, land use, and rainfall properties. However, the distributed rainfall-runoff model requires a lot of time and effort to generate input data. Also, it takes a lot of time to calculate the discharge using a numerical analysis based on kinematic wave theory in runoff process. Therefore, most river basins that use the distributed model are of limited scales, such as small river basins. Especially, the necessity for an integrated watershed management system has been increasing due to changes in watershed management concepts and discharge calculations for whole river basins, including the upstream and downstream of dams. In this study, a distributed rainfall-runoff model using Message Passing Interface (MPI) technique was developed to decrease the calculation time needed for the application of large scale watersheds. This model, which uses a parallelized based K-water hydrologic & hydraulic Distributed RUnoff Model (K-DRUM),can simulate temporal changes and the spatial distribution of flood discharge by taking into consideration radar grid rainfall and grid based hydrological parameters. The model was applied to the Geum River Basin, which include the Yongdam and Daecheong Dam Watersheds located on the Korean Peninsula. The results were calculated between a single domain and a divided small domain. They were compared to analyze the application effects of the parallelization technique. As a result, a maximum of 10 times the amount of calculation time was saved by using parallelization code rather than a single processor. Also, problems related to the running time and inaccurate settings that typically occurred using the existing trial and error method were solved by applying an auto calibration method in setting initial soil moisture conditions. As the result, the calculation results showed a good agreement with the observed data.

        原 咸北 慶興地域語 ‘N하다’, ‘N을 하다’의 聲調와 ‘N하다’ 構成의 形態論的 解釋

        The first aim of this paper is to examine and describe the tone of ‘N-hada’ and ‘N-eul hada’ in original Gyeong-Heung Dialect in Hamgyeong Province of Korea. Several tonal patterns of ‘N-hada’ and ‘N-eul hada’ are used for interpreting the Morphological structure of ‘N-hada’. The result of comparing several tonal patterns of ‘N-hada’ and ‘N-eul hada’ is that the structure of ‘N-hada’ and that of ‘N-eul hada’ is heterogeneous. So examining that the result and ‘the Constraint of Surface Tonal Sequence’ in this dialect, I discriminate ‘N-hada’ as a morphological ‘word’. ‘N-hada’ is not a syntactic structure(‘phrase’). The next aim is to discriminate the type of word formation (compound or derivative) of ‘N-hada’, because ‘N-hada’ is a complex word. So I compare the several tonal patterns of ‘N-hada’ and those of the compound and derivative words in this dialect. The result is that the several tonal patterns of ‘N-hada’ and compound word(‘NV’ type) is homogeneous, but those of ‘N-hada’ and derivative word is not. Therefore, I discriminate ‘N-hada’ as a compound word. 本稿에서는 原 咸北 慶興地域語에서 確認되는 ‘N하다’ 및 ‘N을 하다’ 構成의 聲調 實現 樣相을 檢討함으로써 이 지역어 ‘N하다’ 構成의 形態論的 解釋을 試圖해 보았다. 이 지역어의 ‘N하다’와 ‘N을 하다’의 聲調 實現 樣相을 比較한 결과 두 構成은 서로 異質的인 것으로 나타났다. 本稿에서는 이를 이 지역어의 ‘表面聲調 配列 制約’과 연관 지어 검토하여, ‘N하다’를 統辭 構成이 아닌 形態論的 單語로 判別하였다. ‘N하다’가 ‘單語’라고 할 때, 이는 ‘複合語complex’이므로 그 語形成 類型의 判別이 필요하다. 本稿에서는 ‘N하다’의 合成語, 派生語 與否를 判別하기 위하여 이 지역어의 일반적인 合成語, 派生語 聲調 實現 樣相과 ‘N하다’의 聲調를 比較하는 方法을 택하였다. 그 결과 이 지역어의 ‘N하다’는 聲調 實現 면에서 派生語와 상당히 異質的인 반면, ‘NV’류 合成語와는 同質的인 것으로 나타났다.

        A Study on the Comparative Method Using AHP and GIS Based Distributed Runoff Model

        Research in the field of river hydrology has been mainly concerned with the investigation of the rainfall-runoff phenomenon through the analysis of hydrological factors such as meteorology and geography, with the focus being on each river basin. Recently,various forms of digital information such as GIS (Geographic Information System) and RS (Remote Sensing) data have been made available in worldwide digital map format. Therefore, there has been a shift in focus from lumped-parameter models to distributed runoff models, as the latter can consider temporal and spatial variations in water quantity. Distributed runoff models have made possible the comparison of runoff field and rainfall-runoff characteristics considering spatial distribution. Hydrological conditions are differently distributed regionally or nationally, and each river basin has unique characteristics. The main purpose of this study is to compare hydrological characteristics in several river basins and methodologies by using a GIS based distributed runoff model and AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) for the analysis of river basins based on their regional hydrological characteristics and considering their temporally and spatially-distributed physical properties is proposed. Based on the methods, the main purpose of this study, as proposed is to clearly identify the characteristics and similarities for each river basin so that we can understand the differences and similarities of river basin characteristics quantitatively and to provide objective criteria for the characteristics of each river basin as a basic study on comparative hydrology. An application of the comparative hydrology approach is presented for the comparison of three river basins located in the Asian-Pacific region.
