        조사료 수량이 높고 사일리지 품질이 우수한 청보리 신품종 '다청'

        '다청'은 답리작 적응 추위 및 도복에 강한 다수성 청보리 품종육성을 목표로 2002년 추위 및 도복에 강한 '선우'를 모본으로, 키가 크고 숙기가 빠른 '큰알보리1호'를 부본으로 인공교배하여 육성 선발된 '익산479호'로 전국 6개소에서 2013년부터 2015년까지 지역적응시험을 거쳐 2015년에 육성되었다. '다청'은 직립 초형으로 파성은 IV정도이고, 잎은 녹색이며, 하부잎 엽초의 털이 있다. 초장은 99cm이고, $m^2$당 경수는 625개로 표준품종인 '영양'보다 적었으며, 엽신 비율이 18.7%, 이삭비율은 52.2%로 높다. 답리작에서 출수기는 4월 24일로 '영양'과 같았으며, 황숙기는 5월 26일로 영양과 같았다. 내한성은 '영양'보다 강하였으며, 흰가루병에는 감수성을 보였지만, 보리호위축병에 저항성을 나타냈다. 건물수량은 전작에서 12.8톤/ha '영양'보다 5% 증수하였으며, 답리작에서 11.9톤/ha으로 '영양'보다 10%로 증수하였다. 조사료 품질은 조단백질 함량이 9.0%로 '영양'에 비해 낮았으며, ADF는 31.3%, NDF는 54.4%로 '영양'보다 높았으며 TDN이 64.0%로 '영양'보다 다소 낮았으나, TDN수량은 영양보다 높고, 사일리지 등급도 I 등급으로 영양보다 높았다. A new barley(Hordeum vulgare L.) cultivar 'Dachung' having high forage yielding and good silage quality was developed at National Institute of Crop Science, RDA in 2015. This cultivar was derived from a cross of the 'Sunwoo' and 'Keunalbori1ho' in 2002. And it's promising line showed both high yield and lodging resistance through the preliminary and advanced yield trials(PYT, AYT) at Iksan from 2010 to 2012. It was designated as the 'Iksan479'. 'Iksan479' was conducted to regional yield trials(RYT) in six locations around Korea for three years from 2013 to 2015. And it was released as the name of 'Dachung'. It has erect plant type, growth habit of IV and green leaf. In the paddy field its heading date was April 24 and maturing date was May 26, same day with 'Youngyang'. Plant height of 'Dachung' was 99cm. Dachung's spikes per $m^2$ was 625. It has high rate of leaf blades, resistance to BaYMV(Barley Yellow Mosiac Virus) and better winter hardiness than that of 'Youngyang'. The average dry matter of 'Dachung' was about $11.9ton\;ha^{-1}$ in paddy field. And average feed quality of 'Dachung' was 9.0% of crude protein content, 31.3% of ADF (Acid Detergent Fiber), 54.4% of NDF (Neutral Detergent Fiber), 64.0% of TDN (Total Digestible Nutrients). 'Dachung' had grade I of silage quality. This cultivar would be suitable for the area above the daily minimum temperature of $-8^{\circ}C$ in January in Korean peninsula.

        삼차망을 가진 담근먹이용 청보리(Hordeum vulgare L.) 신품종 '유진'

        '유진'은 농촌진흥청 국립식량과학원에서 2005년 삼차망으로 도복 및 내한성이 강하고, 초형이 양호한 수원406호/수원389호의 F<sub>1</sub>을 모본으로 하고, 장간으로 총체적성이 높은 SB961012/수원389호를 F<sub>1</sub>을 부본으로 복교잡하여 육성된 '익산488호'로서 2014년부터 2016년까지 전국 6개소에서 지역적응시험을 거쳐 2016년에 육성되었다. '유진'은 직립 초형으로 파성은 II 정도이고, 잎은 녹색이며, 엽폭은 중간정도이다. 초장은 99cm으로 장간에 속하고, ㎡당 경수는 696개로 대비품종인 '유연'보다 적은 경향이었으나, 엽신 비율이 19.0%으로 높은 경향을 보였다. 출수기와 황숙기는 각각 4월 24일과 5월 26일로 '유연'보다는 늦은 경향을 보였다. '유진'은 내한성과 보리호위축병에 대해 저항성을 보였다. 건물수량은 전작에서 17.1톤/ha, 답리작에서 11.0톤/ha로 '유연'보다 각각 19%, 2% 높은 경향을 보였다. 조사료 품질은 조단백질 함량 10.6%, ADF 24.8%, NDF 43.5%, TDN69.1%로 우수한 품질특성을 보였고, 담근먹이 품질등급 I 으로 '유연'보다 우수하게 나타났다. A barley(Hordeum vulgare L.) cultivar 'Youjin' with hooded spike type having good silage quality was developed at National Institute of Crop Science, RDA in 2016. 'Youjin' showed both high yielding and cold resistance through the preliminary and advanced yield trials(PYT, AYT) from 2012 to 2013. We conducted regional yield trials(RYT) of 'Youjin' in six locations around Korea for three years from 2014 to 2016. It had erect plant type, growth habit of II, the green leaf and hooded awn type. In the paddy field its heading date was April 24 and the maturing date was May 25. Plant height was 99 cm and the number of spikes per ㎡ was 696. It has high rate of leaf blades, resistance to BaYMV(Barley Yellow Mosiac Virus) and good winter hardiness. The average dry matter of Youjin was about 17.2 MT ha<sup>-1</sup> in the field. And feed quality of 'Youjin' was 10.6% of crude protein content, 24.8% of ADF(Acid Detergent Fiber), 43.5 % of NDF(Neutral Detergent Fiber), 69.1% of TDN(Total Digestible Nutrients). And also 'Youjin' had grade I of silage quality.

        가축 기호성이 좋은 반매끈망을 가진 청보리 신품종 '미한'

        '미한'은 추위 및 도복에 강한 다수성이면서 총체적성이 우수한 청보리 품종육성을 목표로 2001년 추위 및 도복에 강하며 초형이 양호한 'SB00T2064'를 모본으로, 양질다수성으로 총체적성이 우수한 '수원385호(IT215831)'를 부본으로 인공교배하였다.'익산487호'로서 전국 6개소에서 2014년부터 2016년까지 지역적응시험을 거쳐 2016년에 육성되었다. '미한'은 기존 육성된 '영양'의 거친 망의 단점을 개선하여, 까락의 거치가 적은 반매끈망의 특성을 지니고 있다. 미한'은 직립 초형으로 파성은 IV정도로 영양보다는 추파성이 강하였다. 미한의 잎은 녹색이며, 엽폭은 중간정도이며, 엽이의 안토시아닌색은 없으며, 초장은 96cm, $m^2$당 경수는 665개로 표준품종인 '영양'보다 적었으나, 엽신 비율이 17.9%, 이삭비율은 52.2%로 높다. 답리작(전주 등 5개 지역 평균)에서 출수기는 4월 23일로 '영양'보다 3일 늦었으나, 황숙기는 5월 23일로 '영양'보다 1일 늦었다. '미한'은 내한성에 대해서는 '영양'보다 강하며, 흰가루병에는 약하며, 보리호위축병에 저항성을 나타냈다. 건물수량은 전작에서 13.9톤/ha으로 '영양'과 보다 5% 감수하였지만, 답리작에서 10.9톤/ha으로 '영양'과 같았다. 조사료 품질은 조단백질 함량이 10.3%로 '영양'에 비해 높았으며, ADF는 26.1%, NDF는 46.9%로 '영양'보다 높았으며 TDN이 68.2% '영양'보다 다소 낮았으나, 사일리지 품질등급은 I 등급으로 '영양'보다 우수하였다. A new barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) cultivar 'Mihan' having ruminant-palatable semi-smooth awn and good silage quality was developed at National Institute of Crop Science(NICS), RDA in 2016. This cultivar was derived from a cross of the 'SB00T2064' and 'Suwon385' in 2001. And its promising line showed high yielding through the preliminary yield trials(PYT) and advanced yield trials (AYT) in Iksan from 2012 to 2013. It was designated as the 'Iksan487'. 'Iksan487' was conducted to regional yield trials (RYT) in one upland field and five paddy fields around Korea for three years from 2014 to 2016. And it was released as the name of 'Mihan'. It has growth habit of IV, erect plant type, green leaf and semi-smooth awn. Its heading date was April 23 in the paddy field and maturing date was May 24. Plant height of 'Mihan' was 96cm. Mihan's spikes per $m^2$ was 665. It has better winter hardiness and resistance to BaYMV (Barley Yellow Mosaic Virus) than that of barley cultivar 'Youngyang'. The average dry matter of 'Mihan' was about $10.9ton\;ha^{-1}$ in paddy field. And average feed quality of 'Mihan' was 10.3% of crude protein content, 26.1% of ADF (Acid Detergent Fiber), 46.9 % of NDF (Neutral Detergent Fiber) and 68.2% of TDN (Total Digestible Nutrients). 'Mihan' had grade I of silage quality. This cultivar would be suitable for the area above the daily minimum average temperature of $-8^{\circ}C$ in January in Korean peninsula.

        호남지역 수확시기에 따른 밀 곡실 발효사료의 사료가치 및 발효품질

        This study aimed to determine the optimal harvesting time for wheat to make grain silage, in Honam region of Korea. We harvested wheat grain every third day from 30 to 42 days after heading (DAH). The moisture content decreased from 61.6% at 30 DAH to 42.8% at 42 DAH. Yield of wheat grain significantly increased from 30 to 42 DAH (p< 0.05). Yield at 39 DAH (3.46T/ha) was not significantly different from that at 42 DAH (p< 0.05). With respect to the feed value of wheat grain silage, the amount of crude protein, crude fiber, and crude ash was different by harvesting time (p< 0.05). However, the amount of total digestible nutrients (TDN) from 30 and 42 DAH was not significantly different. The pH of wheat grain silage from 30 to 42 DAH was between 3.8 and 4.5 and it was stable until 39 DAH (p< 0.05). The lactic acid content of wheat grain silage from 30 to 42 DAH decreased from 3.08% to 1.10%. With respect to moisture content, yield, feed value, and fermentation, the optimal harvesting time for wheat grain silage was 39 DAH. 출수 후 수확일수에 따라 수량 및 사료가치를 고려해 보면 밀 수량은 출수 후 30일부터 42일까지 유의적으로 증가하였으며(p<0.05), 최대 수량은 42일차에 5.57T/ha이었는데, 39일, 42일차와는 유의적 차이를 보이지 않았다. 사료가치의 경우 조단백, 조섬유, 조회분의 경우 유의적 차이를 보이나, 조지방, TDN의 경우 유의적 차이를 보이지 않았다(p<0.05). 발효에 영향을 주는 pH는 30일부터 39일까지는 pH 3.8-4.2까지 안정을 유지하다가 42일차부터는 pH4.5로 증가하여 일부 품종의 경우 발효에 적합하지 않았다(p<0.05). 따라서 밀의 곡실 발효사료 제조를 위한 최적 수확시기는 출수 후 39일차였다.

        유연성 편평족에 대한 내측 전위 종골 절골술의 단기 추시 결과

        Purpose: To evaluate the short-term results of medial displacement calcaneal osteotomy without flexor digitorum longus transfer for flexible flatfoot deformity. Materials and Methods: Twenty four patients (25 feet) who had undergone medial displacement calcaneal osteotomy without flexor digitorum longus transfer for flexible flatfoot between July 2004 and May 2007 were included. The mean age was 43.6 years (16~78 years). The mean follow-up was 26 months (14~50 months). Clinical outcomes were assessed using American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) score and visual analogue scale (VAS). Six radiographic parameters were measured from weightbearing radiographs to assess the difference between preoperative and postoperative radiographs. Results: The mean AOFAS score improved from 57.9 points preoperatively to 89.2 points at latest follow-up (p=0.000). The mean VAS improved from 62 points preoperatively to 23 points at latest follow-up (p=0.000). The mean talonavicular coverage angle on anteroposterior (AP) view changed from 20.2 degrees to 16.0 degrees (p=0.002). The mean calcaneal pitch angle on lateral view changed from 12.6 degrees preoperatively to 14.5 degrees at latest follow-up (p=0.001). Regarding these radiographic parameters, the difference between interobserver measurements was larger than that between pre- and post-operative measurements. The calcaneus was transferred medially by average 11.8 mm (p=0.003), which was 27.9% of the width of calcaneal tuberosity (p=0.000). The mean talo-first metatarsal angle on AP and lateral views, and navicular height on lateral view were not significantly changed. Conclusion: Medial displacement calcaneal osteotomy without flexor digitorum longus transfer for flexible flatfoot could lead to improve the clinical outcomes, although the restoration of medial longitudinal arch was not clinically significant.

        KOINONIA 고속 WPAN의 멀티미디어 전송을 위한 채널 타임 할당 및 CAC 알고리즘

        KOINONIA는 고속 무선개인네트워크(Wireless Personal Area Network: WPAN) 기술로 개인 영역에서 고속의 데이터 전송과 멀티미디어 트래픽 전송을 지원하기 위해 개발되었다. 마스터와 슬레이브가 스타 토폴로지 형태로 피코넷을 구성한다. 멀티미디어 트래픽의 QoS를 위해 마스터가 슬레이브의 요청을 받아 채널을 할당해주는 TDMA방식의 매체 접근 방법을 사용하는데, 이때 마스터가 각 할당요청에 대해 스케줄링을 하는 방법이 네크워크 전체의 성능에 크게 영향을 끼치게 된다. 따라서 채널을 효율적으로 사용하고 멀티미디어 트래픽의 QoS를 효과적으로 보장하기 위해서는 효율적인 채널 할당 스케줄링 알고리즘이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 슈퍼프레임의 길이와 관계없이 일정 간격으로 채널 타임을 할당할 수 있는 스케줄링 및 CAC(Connection Admission Control) 알고리즘을 제안하고 시뮬레이션을 통해 채널 사용과 QoS 측면에서 효과적임을 보였다. 또한 제안한 알고리즘은 기본적인 스케줄링 기법인 WRR(Weighted Round-Robin)에 비해 데이터 특성에 맞게 채널 타임을 할당하므로 채널타임 절약과 더불어 전력소비도 절약할 수 있다. KOINONIA is high-rate Wireless Personal Area Network (WPAN) technology, and is developed for multimedia traffic transmission in personal area. A KOINONIA piconet is a collection of one or more associated slaves under a single master. Efficient scheduling of a master for the traffic of slaves is essential to use channel effectively and to guarantee QoS of multimedia traffic. We propose a new scheduling algorithm to allocate channel time at desired intervals regardless of superframe length, and a Connection Admission Control(CAC) algorithm to regulate the number of traffics in a piconet. Our proposed algorithms have been shown to save channel time and to meet QoS requirements compared to the conventional weighted round-robin algorithm.

        단안 실명 환자에서 실시한 건안 백내장 수술의 임상성적

        Purpose: To investigate complication rates and results of cataract surgery in a monocular patient compared to normal binocular cataract patients. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed 84 eyes of 84 patients that had undergone phacoemulsification, intraocular lens implantation and were followed up for 6 months or more. The fellow eye condition was classified into two different groups: Group A (experimental group) and Group B (control group). The best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) before and after surgery, operation time, nucleus sclerosis, and complication rate between the two groups were compared. Results: Both groups showed a significant level of visual improvement after 6 months (p < 0.01, 0.01). There was no significant difference in sex, age, preoperative lens opacity, pre- and postoperative visual acuity, spherical equivalent, astigmatism, and rate of complications (posterior capsule rupture [n = 1], uveitis [n = 1] vs. posterior capsule rupture [n = 3], intraocular lens capture [n = 1]. Conclusions: The present study showed no difference in surgical results between Groups A and B. The results demonstrated that cataract surgery in a monocular patient resulted in favorable visual improvement.

        외상성 심실중격결손 및 삼첨판 역류증 치험 1례

        Recently, cardiac injury due to blunt thoracic trauma appears to be increasing in frequency. The rising incidence of this mishap may relate to the absolute increase in automobile accidents as well as to more universal recognition that cardiac damage may have been sustained. We have experienced a rare case of ventricular septal defect caused by non-penetrating thoracic trauma. Of further interest is the history of chest trauma, clearly resulting in rupture of the chordae tendineae of the tricuspid valve successfully treated by operation-re-placement with two, 6 - 0, double-armed, expanded polytetrafluoroethylene sutures-2 months later. The unique combination of ventricular septal defect and rupture of the chordae tendineae of the tricuspid valve secondary to non-penetrating thoracic trauma is presented below to emphasize another variety of cardiac injury.

        지주막낭종으로 인한 압박성 시신경 병증 1예

        Purpose: To report a case of suprasellar arachnoid cyst with compressive optic neuropathy. Case summary: A 50-year-old man presented with decreased visual acuity in the right eye of 6 months duration. Best corrected visual acuity was 0.2 in the right eye, 1.0 in the left eye, and the intraocular pressure was 13 mm Hg in the right eye, and 18 mm Hg in the left eye. Fundus examination showed pale optic disc in the right eye and retinal nerve fiber layer defects in both eyes. Visual field examination revealed a central visual field of 10° in the right eye and an inferior visual field defect in the left eye. The brain magnetic resonance image (MRI) showed a suprasellar arachnoid cyst that compressing the optic nerve and chiasm. Conclusions: The author experienced arachnoid cyst accompanied by optic disc atrophy and visual field defect in a patient diagnosed and treated for glaucoma. In cases of non-specific clinical features that differ from typical glaucomatous presentations, the utilization of brain MRI appears to be helpful in diagnosis and treatment.
