        Internalization of Rat FSH and LH/CG Receptors by rec-eCG in CHO-K1 Cells

        Equine chorionic gonadotropin (eCG) is a unique molecule that elicits the response characteristics of both fol-licle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) in other species. Previous studies from this laboratory had demonstrated that recombinant eCG (rec-eCG) from Chinese hamster ovary (CHO-K1) cells exhibited both FSH- and LH-like activity in rat granulosa and Leydig cells. In this study, we analyzed receptor internalization through rec-eCGs, wild type eCG (eCGβ/α) and mutant eCG (eCGβ/αΔ56) with an N-linked oligosaccharide at Asn56 of the α-subunit. Both the rec-eCGs were obtained from CHO-K1 cells. The agonist activation of receptors was analyzed by measuring stimulation time and concentra-tions of rec-eCGs. Internalization values in the stably selected rat follicle-stimulating hormone receptor (rFSHR) and rat lute-inizing/chorionic gonadotropin receptor (rLH/CGR) were highest at 50 min after stimulation with 10 ng of rec-eCGβ/α. The dose-dependent response was highest when 10 ng of rec-eCGβ/α was used. The deglycosylated eCGβ/αΔ56 mutant did not enhance the agonist-stimulated internalization. We concluded that the state of activation of rFSHR and rLH/CGR could be modulated through agonist-stimulated internalization. Our results suggested that the eLH/CGRs are mostly internalized within 60 min by agonist-stimulation by rec-eCG. We also suggested that the lack of responsiveness of the deglycosylated eCGβ/ αΔ56 was likely because the site of glycosylation played a pivotal role in agonist-stimulated internalization in cells express-ing rFSHR and rLH/CGR.

      • 교리 교안 작성에 있어 올바른 학습 목표 설정을 위한 제언

        교리교육에 있어 교안의 작성은 선택사항이 아니라 필수적인 과제이다. 예비자 교리교육, 신자 재교육 등 실천신학의 가장 핵심이 되는 선포의 역할을 수행하는 사목자는 교리서에 전적으로 의존하는 교리교육이 아니라, 교리서와 그 외 다양한 교리교육의 원천들을 활용하여 대상자들의 환경과 상황을 고려한 자신만의 고유한 교리 교안을 만들어야 한다. 교안의 사전적인 의미는 학습 내용의 성질, 교재의 종류, 학습자의 요구 수준, 학습 환경 등에 따른 특성을 고려하고, 필요에 따라서는 임시로 학습 지도 계획을 변경할 수 있도록 융통성 있게 작성되는 것을 말한다. 이러한 교안의 공통적인 요소로는 학습목표에 대한 설명, 학습 과정, 선수 학습과의 연결, 학습 형태에 적절한 지도 기술, 평가 방법 등이 포함된다. 여기서 가장 중요한 요소는 무엇보다도 학습 목표의 설정이라고 볼 수 있는데, 교리교육에 있어 어떤 학습 목표가 설정되느냐에 따라 내용, 도구, 시간 등이 조직되기 때문이다. 하지만 한국교회의 많은 교리 교안들은 학습 목표의 설정에 많은 문제점들을 드러내고 있다. 목적과 목표를 혼동하거나, 구체성, 실현 가능성의 결핍으로 이어지는 검증 불가능한 학습 목표들은 이러한 학습 목표 설정의 어려움을 초래한다고 볼 수 있다. 이에 본고는 교리 교안 작성의 핵심이라 할 수 있는 학습 목표를 어떻게 설정할 수 있을 것인지, 교육공학적 입장에서 살펴보았다. 짧은 지면으로 깊이 있게 다루지 못한 아쉬움이 남지만 미약하나마 교리교사들의 교안 작성에 도움이 되기를 희망한다.

      • 權威主義體制下에서의 立法府一行政府 關係分析

        The purpose of this study is to analyses relationships between legislatures and the Executive in Korea under the context of authoritarian system(or regime). The strenthening of the Executive power is common phenomena among the modern administrative states. This is also true in many developing countries. Where the legislatures play a relatively weak role in politics. Overshadowed by the predominance of the Executive, the legislatures in these countries tend to be weak and subservient. G.A. O'Donnell's bureaucratic-authoritarian model (B-A model) was quoted in the analysis of this study. The theoretical structure of B-A model has three political dimensions (regime, coalition, public policy), and also has three socio-economic dimensions(industrialization, activation of popular sector, technocratic roles). This study examines the cuase of the long decline of the congress in relation to the president and bureaucracy from the point of view of B-A model. For this study many empirical data were used. Analysing the bill treatment process, we came to know that relationships between Legi slatures and Executive have been unbalanced, and Korean National Assemlly has been deformed structurally and institutionally. The Executive played a consistently larger and more effective role in legislation than did individual representatives. When we examine the rate with which the Executive bills successfully passed the legislature, the data show that the Executive fared comparatively better than did the representatives. Among all the legislation considered in the National Assembly, regulatory policies figured most prominently. But the percentage of distributive bills incrcased considerably in the 6th Assembly. Several improtant trends were discovered in the Legislature- the Executive relations. First, the role of the Executive in legislation has been large and effective throughout the period examined(from constitutional Assembly to the loth National Assembly). The Executive proposed more legislative bills than did the individual representatives. Second, the First Republic of korea was authoritarian regime characterized by charismatic personal leadership of president Syngman Lee. Third, the Third and Fourth Republic strngthened its Executive power on the gound of modernization and economic development initiated by government. In conclusion, the relevancy of B-A model was idetified prtially explaning the cause of establishing Yushin system. But O'Donnell's B-A model is rather limited in explaining the authoritarian system in Korea, just because B-A model is a theory through analysing the nations in Latin America.

        Social changes due to digitalization and globalization have required a new leadership. This new leadership is a high-touch leadership based on the morality, trust, and humane h. While industrial society was dominated by hierarchial and managerial leadership, emerging society(post-modern society) will request organic and humanistic leadership. The purpose of this article is to search essential conditions for desirable leadership in the digital knowledge-information society. First, leader can create a new vision and encourage their members to share it. Second, the leader is able to develop a pervasive commitment to achieve the visions and shared goals of the organization. Leader can encourage members to find worth doing and usefulness through their participation. Third, lees is able to induce collaboration through network thinking. In network society, everyone should play a central role and have entrepreneurial spirit. Fourth, leader should encourage a high level of participation and involvement on the members. Fifth, leader should have humanistic authority. The humanistic authority is based on one's modesty, devotion and love.

      • 정수슬러지를 활용하여 제조한 흡착제의 H₂S 흡착특성

        H 2S adsorption characteristics of adsorbent made by drinking water treatment sludge were investigated. For analyses of the manufactured adsorbent, various methods such as scanning electron microscope(SEM), measurements of BET surface area and pore volume were adopted. As major adsorption characteristics, adsorption equilibrium capacity was measured by using a batch type experimental apparatus for operating variables such as adsorption temperature(25 45 ), adsorbent types. The experimental result showed that the H2S adsorption equilibrium capacity of adsorbent made by drinking water treatment sludge increased remarkably with an addition of chemical reagents and steam activation for the sludge. 정수슬러지를 탄화 및 활성처리하여 흡착제를 제조하였으며, 이를 이용한 황화수소 흡착특성을 고찰하였다. 제조된 흡착제에 대한 BET측정 및 SEM 등 물성분석을 실시하였으며, 황화수소를 대상으로 회분식의 흡착평형실험을 실시하였다. 실험변수로는 흡착제 종류, 흡착온도(25 45 )등이 적용되었다. 실험결과, 정수슬러지는 스팀이나 약품을 이용한 활성화과정을 통해 커다란 성능 향상이 이뤄짐을 알 수 있었다.
