A Study on Romanian Historical Dramas

Created in the early 20th century, almost all of Romanian historical dramas, were conceived under the influence of Al. Davila's drama Vlaicu-Vodă. Namely, writers such as Barbu Ştefănescu-Delavrancea, Mihail Sorbul, Nicolae Iorga -who is considered as the greatest Romanian historian-, Mircea Dem. Rădulescu, Victor Eftimiu and A. de Herz described in their works the conflict between a lord and the nobility, a symptomatic medieval theme. Barbu Ştefănescu-Delavrancea published a trilogy The sunset (Apus de soare, 1909), The snowstorm (Viforul, 1910) and Venus (Luceafărul, 1910). In addition, he created Irinel (1911) and Hagi-Tudose (1912) and The Second conscience (A doua conştiinţă). The first two works, were written on the basis of the short stories he wrote as a young writer, but they were not aesthetically well received by literary critics of the period. Delavrancea wrote an historical trilogy as well. The first part, The sunset, was evaluated as his most successful literary work. This historical work has a strong romantic feature having as background the year of 1504, last year of reign of the glorious prince Stephen the Great, Ruler of Moldova. The sunset is an historical drama that connects three other Romanian historical dramas: Hasdeu's Răvan şi Vidra, Alexandri's Despot-Vodă and Davila's Vlaicu-Vodă. The plot of Venus, the last part of Delanvrancea's trilogy, is in progress at the beginning of Petru Rareş's reign, the lord of Principality of Moldova. The snowstorm is a romantic historical drama, composed of four chapters with the main character of this work being the lord of the Principality of Moldova. The main feature of Romanian historical drama, the constant tension between the lord and the nobles, is centered this time around the figure of Luca Arbore. Mihail Sorbul's creation in drama contains ‘dramatic sketches (schiţe dramatice)’ and ‘tragic comedy(comedii tragice)’ centered on some real historical figures. Even though Mihail Sorbul, died at the age of 80 in 1966 he created a total of 20 dramas, but only three among them are considered successful literary works: The chronicles (Letopiseţi), Red Passion (Patima roşie) and The deserters (Dezertorul). Sorbul's representative work, The chronicles, is a historical drama and it's made up a total of five chapters. In this work, we can also see the 'classic' conflict of Romanian historical drama between a lord and nobles.

The food allergy as a clinical entity has been recognized for many years, although there is yet no general consensus as to the incidence of this syndrome. To evaluate the causative food allergens were studied by using dietary protein-dependent allergy. As the most common food allergen, followed by the allergens of korea's yellow soy beans, powdered red peppers, chestnuts, pine needles, young pumpkins and black peppers were the listed on the 3 -75KDa, According to the protein electrophoresis method. The author attempted to develope a food allergen that is indicative of evaluating IgE-specifically dependent on the causative food allergens.

It was attempted in the experiment to abserve the effects of ginseng saponin on AST, ALT and the biosynthesis of protein in liver extract of mice. The following results were obtained ; It was realized that the activities of AST(20~44%)and ALT(91~140%)were increased of 7 to 13 percent. Therefore, it was concluded from the above results that the ginseng saponin stimulated metabolism of amino acid and protein in the human body.

Osmolarity makes an influence on morphological change of cytoplasm and nucleus, thus lead to morphological change of cytoplasm and nucleus in superficial and intermediate cells. The reason why morphological change or degeneration a fully grown cell's environmental factor are assumed to be comparatively strong. But the young cell, as parabasal cells are remarkable a degeneration and dissolution phenomenon compared to other cells. Though the change of pH doesn't affect much of the morphologic change, it does make an influence on chromatic phenomenon and it pH rating gets lower the eosinophilic degree get higher, when the pH gets higher the eosinophilic degree get lower. The same is with basophilic cytoplasm when the pH gets lower basophilic degree get lower, when the pH gets higher basophilic degree get higher as well.

The detection of leukocyte levels played an important role in indication of such medical informations as urogenital tract infection or other dysfunction. The test strip made of 0.5% borate buffer pH8.0, 0.03% 2-phenyl-4(N-tosyl-alanyloxyl)-thiazole[PTT], 0.1-0.8% PolyVinyl Pyrrolidone[PVP], and 1% decanol was tested for not only reactivity, stability, variation of the number of leukocytes in urine. The detectable responses were shown at the different number of leukocytes and clinical usefulness.

Interpretation of Infrared Spectra of Renal Calculi with Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy

For objective qualitative analysis of the IR specπa of renal calculi, We introduced systematic schemes devised by R.V. Sweet for Two case of patients. We could obtained the renal calculi samples by method of Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy. In the case of patients A, the calculi sample contains oxalate and urate and in the case of patient B, it was phosphate as a main comφnents. The method requires less time than standard-comparing method and it’s considered very useful method for clinical pathology field. .

The study was attempted, Therefore, The present situation of 669 persons and 295 persons by regional groups according to occupation in clinico-physiological function field. During the study performed from september to November, 1990. The results are summarized as follows : 1. As respects of Cardio-Pulmonary function were above the average 2. 2. As respects of Encephalic function were above the average 1. 3. Others physiological function were above the average 1. 4. The number of all the test of clinico-physiological function groups make a factual survey employed now is 295 persons, and among, all of them, when investigated by position unqualifier is 32.9%. A.N is 29.2%, M.T is 14.9%, M.D is 10.5%, R.N is 8.5%. R.T is 2.7% and P.T is 1.3%. Furthermore, Carry on clinico-physiological field were put a system in operation that hasten the improvement as a Medical Technologists and unlicensed other groups.

Selective Separation of Amino Acid Mixtures Using H2O-CH2Cl2-H2O Liquid Membrane Systems Containing Polyaniline, 1-Butylalcohol and Toluene

This paper studies amino acid separation using a H2O-CH2Cl2-H2O liquid membrane system. A CH2Cl2 layer is modified and 1-butylalcohol and toluene act as carriers. The solubility of amino acids to CH2Cl2. and Polyaniline is also introduced to examine the ability of 1-butlacohol and toluene as carriers. From an amino acid mixture containing GLy, LEu, ILe, VAl, CYs, PHe, HIs, ALa, GLn we successfully separated ALa, LEu, ILe, VAl. This result indicates that this optimized analytical condition obtained could be successfully applied to the qualitative analysis of the amino acids in human blood, urine, and other tissue samples using this liquid membrane system. .

China’s ‘One Belt, One Road’ Plan and Romania

The Silk Road was an ancient network of trade routes, formally established during the Han Dynasty of China. Xi Jinping calls it the “project of the century,” a decades-long drive to grease the wheels of trade with massive infrastructure spending; Morgan Stanley estimates it will total $1.3 trillion by 2027. The Belt and Road is at the core of China’s foreign policy strategy and was even added to the Communist Party constitution in 2017. Virtually all the states of Western Europe, including Austria, support the Belt and Road Initiative as members of the AIIB. The CEE countries are involved within the framework of the 16+1 initiative (11 EU member states, five non-EU countries from the Balkans, and China), within which they are supposed to act as bridgeheads to the industrial centers of the EU. Historically, Romanian territories have been frequently a key to the geopolitical ambitions of the rising players on the international arena due to their strategic geographic position, Romania being located at a crossroads between the East and West, between the CIS, Middle East and Western spheres of influence. Since the early ages, the Black sea has represented a transit area for the economical, political and strategic interests in the area and a link between Orient and Occident by its Silk Road. Situated at the crossroads of several commercial routes, Constanţa lies on the western coast of the Black Sea, 185 miles north of Istanbul and Bosphorus Strait. The third largest city in Romania, Constanţa is now an important cultural and economic centre, worth exploring for its archaeological treasures and the atmosphere of the old town center. Constanţa is the fourth largest port in Europe, after Rotterdam, Antwerp and Marseille. In 2018, Pakistan is to be in a difficult situation for getting bailout. In fact, this country got a loan $62 billion from China for ‘China-Pakistan Economic Corridor’ but it had a financial crisis because bank interest was high and this project does not really help the domestic economy. In addition to this country, many countries such as Laos, Nepal, Kyrgyzstan and Djibouti from Africa are also facing a financial crisis. But in August 1, 2018, U.S. President Donald Trump said that IMF will not grant a loan to these countries. And then China would help these countries but it’s quite the reverse. China has taken over the port of the countries that can not pay principal and interest. A good example is the port Hambantota from Sri Lanka. Therefore, many countries which participated at ‘One Belt One Road’ and got a large amount of loans from China are concerned about the lost of their territory to China. So Myanmar and Malaysia, including India, also announced that they would cancel the project regarding to ‘One Belt One Road.’
