Objectives It is important to maintain health for students. The School Health Law is enacted in Korea to carry out the school health project like Korean Medicine Doctor's student Health and Wellness program. The purpose of this study was to examine the student's satisfaction of the program. Methods The school project was conducted in 19 schools in Seongnam city from May 2016 to December 2016. This school program was consisted of health counseling, necessary treatment, health related lectures, and vocational education about Korean medicine. A satisfaction questionnaire was conducted to gather information about overall satisfaction of the program and the program details such as health counseling, treatment, and health lectures. Results A total of 1,713 students and faculty members participated and 164 of those students completed the satisfaction survey. The overall mean score for the teaching activities was $8.54{\pm}1.76$, satisfaction of health counseling was $8.57{\pm}1.74$, treatment satisfaction was $8.39{\pm}1.83$, satisfaction with the health lectures was $8.23{\pm}1.96$ (range 3~10), and the need for continuity of the program was $8.43{\pm}1.91$ (range 1~10). One of the main benefit from the program was that students were able to get necessary treatment as soon as possible (51.2%). Conclusions We found that Korean medicine is suitable for the program. However, the large-scale prospective study will be needed for validation of the findings.

This paper is concerned with the material properties of functional high explosive(FHX) simulant at various strain rates ranging from $10^{-4}/sec$ to $10^1/sec$. Material properties of FHX at high strain rates are important in prediction of deformation modes of FHX in a warhead which undergoes dynamic loading. Inert FHX stimulant which has analogous mechanical properties with FHX was utilized for material tests due to safety issues. Uniaxial tensile tests at quasi-static strain rates ranging from $10^{-4}/sec$ to $10^{-2}/sec$ and intermediate strain rates ranging from $10^{-1}/sec$ to $10^1/sec$ were conducted with JANNAF specimen using a tensile testing machine, INTRON 5583, and developed high speed material testing machine, respectively. Uniaxial compressive tests at quasi-static strain rates and intermediate strain rates were conducted with cylindrical specimen using a dynamic materials testing machine, INSTRON 8801. And cyclic compressive loading tests were performed with various strain rates and strains. Deformation behaviors were investigated using captured images obtained from a high-speed camera.
우심실유출로협착에 대한 심낭 Patch Graft 에 관한 임상적 연구

The present study was performed to evaluate hemodynamic effects on the pericardial patch graft for stenosis of right ventricle outflow tract in 19 patients of tetralogy of Fallot. The stenosis of right ventricle outflow tract was associated with or without pulmonary annular nar-rowing, pulmonary valvular stenosis, and hypoplastic narrowing of pulmonary artery. Total correction of tetralogy of Fallot was performed under cardiopulmonary bypass with moderate hypothermia and cardioplegic cardiac arrest. Ventricular septal defects were closed with Teflon patch graft. The chamber pressures in the heart were measured before and after a total correction of tetralogy of Fallot. The data of pressure measurement and the results of postoperative observation of pericardial patch were as followings: 1. Systolic and diastolic pressure of right ventricle was decreased after operation from $96.0{\pm}14.7/10.0{\pm}14.4mmHg$ to $61.0{\pm}13.1/8.0{\pm}9.3mmHg$. 2. Systolic and diastolic pressure of pulmonary artery was increased after operation from $18.0{\pm}5.6/10.0{\pm}5.5mmHg$ to $31.0{\pm}10.7/14.0{\pm}4.9mmHg$. 3. Preoperative pressure gradient between right ventricle and pulmonary artery was decreased immediately after operation from 78.0mmHg to 30.0mmHg. 4. It was observed that excellent widening effects of right ventricle outflow tract was resulted from pericardial patch graft. 5. No postoperative bleeding from pericardial patch graft was observed. 6. Aneurysm formation of pericardial patch was not be observed during 1 to 6 years postoperative periods.
기비전 유기논과 관행논의 토양 화학 및 환경 특성 비교

Organic farming system has been considered environmental friendly and sustainable agricultural practice. However, the influence of organic farming on soil quality and environment is not well informed and controversial. We sampled and analyzed 0~15 cm and 15~30 cm depth soils of organic and conventional paddy fields in Yongin and Anseong. The electric conductivity and organic matter content of organic paddy soil were significantly less (p = 0.0097, 0.0067, respectively) than those of conventional paddy soil. Available phosphate and total phosphorus in 0~15 cm depth of organic paddy soil were $211.1{\pm}135.3$, $872.4{\pm}286.3mg/kg$, respectively, less than those of conventional paddy soil. Available phosphate amount in conventional paddy was $358.8{\pm}246.7mg/kg$, which is higher than 300 mg/kg that can cause secondary environmental contamination by runoff. The amount of total nitrogen in organic paddy soil was less than that in conventional paddy while their difference was not significant. The concentration of the heavy metals in organic paddy soil was also lower than that in conventional paddy soil but their difference was not statistically significant. Our findings demonstrate that electric conductivity, organic matter, nutrients, and heavy metals in organic paddy soil were less than those in conventional paddy soil. However, additional monitoring of soil properties for longer period is necessary to certify such a conclusion.
