      • 초등과학 재교육에 대한 고찰 -특수연수를 중심으로-

        This survey is concerned with the in-service training of the elementary school teac- hers to improve the science education through in-service education. The problems set up in the survey, in sum, are the operation of the in-service tra- ining for the special science course assisted by UNICEF, the scientific environments of elementary school, the view of elementary school teachers on the science teaching, and the undesirable problems of class work. The studying methods are survey of teachers opinion by questionnaires and analyses- of answers in papers. 531 subjects at various levels are selected from all over Choon- gnam Province by stratified random sampling and statistical methods used are t test, priority number and percentage. Subjects are classified into experimental groups of the- special science course and control group of the other courses. The results analyzed are as following: The scientific environments, relatively, seem to be in good conditions. Generally, teachers' teaching philosophy seems to have attained desirableness. Because of poor situations, teachers prefer to do demonstration rather than to help every pupil to carry out their experiments at first hand. We don’t have good teachers' guide books. Contribution of supervisors and resource personnels is not satisfactory for science education in class work. Methods and standards of the selection for the special course trainees seem to be ir- rational. Assignment of the chief teacher of science seems to be short of propriety for further improvement. The writer suggests the idea of in-service training as following, according to the results of the analyses: 1. Detailed system should be prepared for positive activity of resource personnels and effective guidance of supervisor. 2. The selection of trainees from local instructors should be managed through reas- onable system, in order to promote the effectiveness of local in-service training. 3. Urgent efforts should be made to edit the available teachers’ guide book and lab manual. 4. Team-teaching system should be, manipulated urgently or the assignment of class teacher should take reasonable operation. 5. The assignment of the chief teacher of science should take reasonable method, in order to assign practically available teacher who, continually makes effort in scientific field, in stead of the oldest teacher in the school.

        교재로서의 바나나의 활용

        This report aims to suggest that we use as science teaching material banana which is easily obtainable for the promotion of learning effect. The reasons are 1. Since banana's fleshy cells are comparatively large, it is very convenient to observation of every object needed for the experiment. 2. The use of banana enables us to be free from the complicated skills of making microscope slide. 3. Banana serves as a good material for detecting nutrient. 4. Banana is a good example of modified berry and lacks seeds. 5. Banana can be used for experiment of enzyme activity. The present writer recommend to use banana as multiple teaching material to make the student enjoy the sense of achievement.

        소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트 성공요소에 관한 실증적 연구 - 정보시스템 성공 모델 중심으로

        From the decade there has been produced a lot of papers about the information success. in these papers DeLone and McLean's paper is the most popular. but, the most of the papers has been focused on the information system's utilization area. there has been few papers about the software development area. The objective of this paper is to adjust DeLone and McLean's information system success model to software development area and to prove practically the relationship among software quality which has been defined on ISO25020. to empirical study we analyzed 172's software development project on project database and surveyed on project PMs. we designed structure equation and analyed Internal Consistency and Confirmatory Factor Analysis using AMOS tool. 과거부터 현재까지 정보시스템 성공에 관한 논문은 다수 발표되어 많은 연구가 진행 중이다. 그 중에 대표적인 모형은 2003년 Deloan과 McLean이 만든 정보시스템 성공 모형이다. 그러나 대부분의 연구가 정보시스템의 활용에 관한 영역에 집중되었으며, 소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트에 적용한 논문은 찾아보기 힘들다. 본 논문은 Deloan과 McLean의 정보시스템 성공 모형을 소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트에 적용하여 소프트웨어 개발 환경에서도 정보시스템 성공 모형이 적용될 수 있는지와 ISO25020에서 정의한 소프트웨어 품질 간의 관계를 실증적으로 분석해 보았다. 실증적 분석을 위하여 172개의 소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트에 대해서 프로젝트 데이터베이스 분석과 설문조사를 통하여 데이터를 확보하였다. 실증 분석을 위하여 구조방정식을 설계하고 AMOS 도구를 활용하여 요인분석과 내적일관성 및 타당성 분석을 실시하였다. 구조 모형에 대한 최종 분석결과 Deloan과 McLean이 제안한 정보시스템 성공모형이 소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트에서도 적용됨을 확인하였다.

        Prognostic Factors for Risk Stratification of Patients with Recurrent or Metastatic Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma Who Were Treated with Gemcitabine-Based Chemotherapy

        Purpose The aim of this study was to verify prognostic factors including sarcopenia in patients with recurrent or metastatic pancreatic cancer receiving gemcitabine-based chemotherapy. Materials and Methods Medical records and computed tomography scan of consecutive patients treated with palliative gemcitabine-based chemotherapy from 2008 to 2014 were reviewed. The lumbar skeletal muscle index at third lumbar spine level was computed, and together with clinicolaboratory factors, univariate and multivariable analyses for overall survival (OS) were performed. Results A total of 88 patients were found. Median age was 65 years, and male patients were predominant (67.0%). Most patients had initially metastatic disease (72.7%), and gemcitabine monotherapy was administered in 29 patients (33.0%) while gemcitabine plus erlotinib was administered in 59 patients (67.0%). Seventy-six patients (86.3%) had sarcopenia. With a median follow-up period of 44.3 months (range, 0.6 to 44.3 months), median OS was 5.35 months (95% confidence interval [CI], 4.11 to 6.59). In univariate and multivariable analysis, high carcinoembryonic antigen level (hazard ratio [HR], 4.18; 95% CI, 1.95 to 8.97; p < 0.001), initially metastatic disease (HR, 3.37; 95% CI, 1.55 to 7.32; p=0.002), sarcopenia (HR, 2.97; 95% CI, 1.20 to 7.36; p=0.019), neutrophilia (HR, 2.94; 95% CI, 1.27 to 6.79; p=0.012), and high lactate dehydrogenase level (HR, 1.96; 95% CI, 1.07 to 3.58; p=0.029) were identified as independent prognostic factors for OS. Conclusion Five independent prognostic factors in patients with recurrent or metastatic pancreatic cancer who received gemcitabine-based chemotherapy were identified. These findings may be helpful in prediction of prognosis in clinical practice and can be used as a stratification factor for clinical trials.

      • 三年山城 안팎의 植物相

        This study was performed to get the basic ecological data for the conservation and recovery of the mountain castle as a part of surface survey of Samnyon Sansung(Mountain Castle), from May 15 to July 18, 2001. We found that this region flora was consist of 69 families, 104 genera, 190 species and 2 forms, totaling 192 taxa, including 10 cultivated species. In Amiji pond area near the western gate, Typha orientalis and Salix nipponica(height 6∼7m) are the dominant species, but the area above Amiji was cultivated as the paddy and upland field, the natural landscape near the temple(Boeun Sa) has been interfered by the gardening. But because the species composition between inside and outside castle are overlap 64.7% level(herb 58.1% and tree 75.7% level), the flora difference between inside and outside area was not observed. Even though Quercus acutissima and Q. variabilis are the dominant species surrounding the castle, the natural landscape of the castle was severely damaged by planting Populus tomentiglandulosa, Larix gmelini var. principisruprechtii, Pinus rigida, Robinia pseudo-accacia Therefore, the natural landscape seems to be composed with the recovery of natural habitat, through eradicating all planted trees and replanting Pinus densiflora, Zelkova serrata, Prunus sargentii, Pyrus ussuriensis, Acer mono, Carpinus laxiflora, A. ginnala, A. palmatum.

        일본의 과학 영재 교육의 고찰

        The purpose of this study is to show the way of' teaching the scientific talent in Japan. This study was conducted only by the printed matters. The results of the investigation are as follows ; 1. Japan at present gas neither systems nor lawn for offical scientific talent education. 2. Japanese's scientific knowledge and way of rational thinking had been widespread among the general public by elementary education from one hundred twenty years or so ago. 3. In addition, the instrument subjects such as foreign language and mathematics were well educated in the elementary and secondary school level and the preparatory courses of college. 4. Especially, the third and the first preparatory course(Daisan Koukou and Daiitchi Koukou) and Kyoto University have contributed greatly to the cultivation of liberal spirit in education, which turned out to be one of the essential elements for scientific talent education.
