        청소년의 건강한 삶을 위한 체육교육에 관한 연구

        This study are results that rapidly spread on internet culture, face on old aged long-life, social of average life in longevity that young people improve positive selfish a bout body image that quality of life highly during whole-life health realized self. Five day schooling among a week, sports day in Saturday, phased family sports class program plan were ready for healthy life of young people in future. Through national assembly main meeting that school physical education promotion law plan to proclaim in Jan. 30. 2012 and to execute Jan. 1. 27. 2013. From elementary school`s high class to young people as development situation speedy that take physical change rapidly short of decision ability about self but concern on adult`s shape. Young people are diet, exercise even to plastic surgery which were explored rapid growth and social atmosphere relation to body care. Body image are organize on shape evaluation body satisfaction, progressive shape. Body image are cause on different organization effect on realm that are extensive that young people contribute to personality and wellness. Therefor we need to physical education for healthy life through physical activity of young people.

        건강문화의 의미와 가치에 대한 고찰

        The purpose of this study was the search on means and value concept about health culture. The young people and middle aged are change of insulin in reaction during diet control and exercising. The old aged people were revealed insulin momentary sensibility reduce circumstance that diet control and exercising. Health behavior was showed training effective response glucose use more than much fat oxidation at least insulin reduce rate are little general during exercise by diet control. The young people and middle aged need to understand that to encourage selfish responsibility or aged and aging for health. They need to study how to take safety belt, rinse out after meal, use violence, suicide, depression the blue, low selfish respect or mental health and emotional safety effect on aging and long life. The old aged people try to receive that to fulfill for several desire include physical activity.

        신체활동을 통한 평생스포츠가 알츠하이머 형 치매 예방에 미치는 영향에 대한 문헌고찰

        As a review of literature about lifelong sports througy physical activity effect on Alzheimer`s disease prevention, following conclusions are drawn. Physical activities enhance brain health of both patients and non-patients and the workout of the whole body is more efficient. For those who got Alzheimer`s disease(AD) and mild cognitive impairment(MCI) that physical activities ameliorates the conservation of brain. The workout is a good means of alleviating and preventing the aging process and neurode generative diseases. The low-intense or mid-intense jogging is good for the prevention of Alzheimer`s disease in terms of memory improvement and other low-intense physical activities such as walking, stroll, riding a bicycle, swimming or playing golf are also beneficial. It was more high reprocuction rate nerve cell, occure to increase of estrogen. Regular physical activity is defined to be 30 minutes a day and 3 times a week. It alleviates nerve cell degradation and ameliorates neural plasticity for Alzheimer`s disease affected patients. Conscious manual exercise improves learning capabilities and concentration and it prevents dementia for all categories of people ranging from infants to adults and seniors. It provides opportunities for seniors and people who are not seniors to understand, respect and communicate meaningfully with the old age and prevents the decline of physical functions caused by the lack of physical activities and Alzheimer`s disease by promoting the development of physical, emotional, social, functional characteristics and by extending schools` physical education to the lifelong sports in order for people to make a lifestyle.

        신체활동이 뇌의 구조적 특성에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 신체활동과 뇌의 구조적 특성에 관한 문헌을 조사하여 신체활동이 노화로 인한 뇌구조에 미치는 영향을 웰니스적 삶을 위해 논의해 보고자 하였다. 연령 증가에 의해 뇌의 전전두엽, 측두엽부위 변화가 유의하게 나타나고, 뇌량의 부피는 감소한 다. 뇌의 구조는 신체활동을 포함한 학습능력 및 경험에 의해 변화하며, 신체활동에 의해 해마 부피가 최대산소섭취량과 정적 상 관관계를 이루며 증가한다. 뇌 구조 발달을 위해 아동 및 청소년은 유산소 운동, 저항운동, 복합운동과 중-고강도의 신체활동이 필요하며, 성인은 개인에 맞는 운동종목과 운동량을 결정할 수 있는 능력을 갖추게 하고, 노인들에게는 중강도 정도의 빨리 걷기, 조깅, 수영 등의 유산소 운동이 적합하다고 사료된다. 학교체육과 생애교육을 통해 어린 시절부터 신체활동과 뇌 구조 특성 및 노 화에 대한 이해를 갖게 하여 인지기능 향상 및 뇌질환을 예방하고 대비할 수 있는 인식을 고취시킬 필요가 있다. This study is to effects of physical activity on structural characteristics of the brain as a review of literature to discuss that physical activity is effects of the brain structure by the aging for wellness life. A changes in prefrontal, temporal of the brain and corpus callosum volume decrease were revealed significantly by the increase of age. The brain structure changes by the learning ability and experiences including physical activity. In addition to the volume of hippocampus increases by physical activity showing positive correlation with maximum oxygen intake. For the structural improvement of the brain in childfood and young people, it is necessary to have aerobic activities, muscle-strengthening activities, bone-strengthening activities and mid to high-level intensity of physical activity. For adults, they require preparing the capability to decide their own exercise type and its intensity, while for old-aged, aerobic exercises seem to be applicable including fast walking in a week, jogging, and swimming targeting. From school physical education and lifelong educations, it essentially needs to have the fundamental knowledge to improvement of cognitive function to prevent and prepare from brain diseases, with understanding of physical activity, structure characteristics of the brain and aging process.

        Trichoderma 수집균주별 오이 덩굴쪼김병 방제효과

        This study investigated the relationship among seven species of trichoderma through the identification of strains collected in Korea. The phylogenetic tree among the collected strains was classified into four groups. The trichoderma strains isolated in this way showed inhibitory effect on the fusarium wilt which is parasitic to cotyledon stem..The invisibility of J9, J10, J13 and J16 strains were higher in comparison with other strains in vitro test stand, and their spore production level was also higher. In the aluminum ring tests, it showed that the yield of the spores in J9, J10 and J13 were more than any other strain. As a result conducting the port test for cucumbers, the plant lengths of J13 were larger than the control plot, and the root lengths of all strains, except for J2 were longer than the control plot, and the root weights of J1, J9, J10, J13 and J16 were larger than the control plot. The disease severity for the fusarium wilt showed the smallest values at J13 and J16 in comparison with the control plot, and the control values of J13 and J16 were higher than other strains.

        유영이 (遊泳) 혈장지질 조성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of korea job`s tears on increasing control of, food intake, food efficiency, body weight, and serum lipid(Total-C, Free-C, HDL-C, ATriglyceride), TBA-value in rats which devided into 4 groups that basal diet(A), exercise group(B), 30%Job`s tear diet group(C), 30%Job`s tear diet and exercise group(D). Food intake amount were little in C group and D group. Food efficiency ratio were downed in Bgroup and C group. The resrlt of the experiment and test are as follows body weight increasing amount were reavealed little in C, Dgroup than control group(A, B). Serum lipid level are lowed TotL-cholesterol in D group, Free-cholesterol levels showed high in B group, HDL-cholesterol were low in C group. Triglyceride levels ranking reavealed D group, next to C group.

        Pleurotus ostreatus 영양원의 수입국별 재배 가능성 검토

        This Research was the standardization of nutrient sources by reviewing the possibility of cultivation and analysis of imported nutrient sources used in Pleurotus ostreatus culture. As a first result, the concentration of heavy metals was not detected or trace, and the total nitrogen content of cotton seed pomace was 6.22% in Australia, which was higher than that of Chinese or USA. As a second result of physical properties of nutrient sources, the water holding capacity of beet pulp from Egypt was higher with increasing pressure. The volume water content of US was highest at 400hpa and 500hpa in case of cottonseed meal. Third, the content of total nitrogen was the highest at pH 5.51 and the total nitrogen content was the highest at 2.45, and the C/N ratio was the highest at 28.18. Last result shows that first germination day, yield and biological effciency of all treatments were not significant differnet except T2. These results shows that australian cootton was inappropriate to Pleurotus ostreatus culture. Nevertheless, the safety and standardization of the Pleurotus ostreatus culture medium should be assured by reviewing the media low material importing season, mushroom yield and nutrient sources.

        UV-B조사 시간에 따른 흑타리 자실체의 저장 특성

        흑타리 UV-B조사시간에 따른 저장특성과 에르고스테롤함량의 변화를 조사하였다. 중량감모율은 조사시간이 길어질수록 중량의 감소율이 증가하는 경향을 보였다. CO<sub>2</sub>/O<sub>2</sub> 조성의 경우 UV-B 조사시간이 길어질수록 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 𝚫E는 Lightness와 Redness에서 30분처리와 무처리에서 큰 차이를 보이지 않았지만, Yellowness에서 무처리가 15분처리보다 2.7, 30분처리보다 1.6 높은 값이 나온 것을 확인할 수 있다. 경도에서도 마찬가지로 UV-B 조사시간이 길어지면 빠르게 물러지는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 에르고스테롤의 함량변화의 경우 30분처리가 무처리보다 약 2배 정도 높은 값이 나온 것을 볼 수 있었다. 전자현미경으로 관찰한 결과 UV-B조사시간이 길어지면 길어질수록 세포벽이 부서지는 경향을 나타냈으며, 30분처리에 비해서 15분처리의 세포벽이 좀 더 양호한 것을 볼 수 있었다. 전체적인 결과로 보았을 때 UV-B 조사시간이 길어지면 저장특성이 나빠지며, 세포벽이 파괴되지만, 에르고스테롤의 함량이 증가하는 것으로 보인다. 하지만, 30분처리의 저장특성에 비해 15분처리의 저장특성이 높았으며, 에르고스테롤의 함량 차이가 크게 나지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서, UV-B 30분처리를 하게 되면 에르고스테롤의 함량은 증가하지만, 중량의 감소율이 증가하며, 색차값이 달라지며, 세포벽이 많이 부서지는 경향을 나타내었다. 추후 UV-B의 적정조사시간에 대한 추가적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다. This experiment was conducted to investigate the changes in freshness parameters and determine the optimal UV-B irradiation conditions for each storage period for Heuktari, an oyster mushroom cultivar, grown under LED lightNo significant changes were observed in the CO<sub>2</sub> and O<sub>2</sub> content until day 12 of storage; however, after day 15, the CO<sub>2</sub>/O<sub>2</sub> ratios were higher in the UV-treated groups than in the untreated groups. No color difference was observed between the UV-treated and untreated groups. In all UV-treated groups, hardness decreased over time; however, the group irradiated for 15 minutes showed higher hardness values than those of the untreated group. The UV-irradiated group showed higher ergosterol content than did the untreated group, and scanning electron microscopy revealed that mushroom cell wall destruction increased with increased UV treatment time. Overall, these findings confirmed that UV-B irradiation increased the ergosterol content of Heuktari but decreased its freshness and negatively impacted other storage characteristics.

        염화나트륨 농도가 느타리 자실체의 아미노산과 향기성분에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 염화나트륨에 의한 비생물적 스트레스가 생육과정 중의 느타리에게 미치는 영향을 자실체의 생육특성, 그리고 구성아미노산함량과 향기패턴 분석을 통해 확인하였다. 농도별로 염화나트륨을 처리한 톱밥배지에서 수확한 느타리 자실체의 생육특성을 조사한 결과, 처리구별 수량은 무처리구 대비 염화나트륨 0.5%처리구에서의 값은 비슷했으며, 염화나트륨 처리 농도가 1.0%에서 2.0%으로 증가하면서 수량이 확연히 감소하였다. 자실체의 구성아미노산함량 분석결과, 무처리구 대비 모든 염화나트륨 처리구에서 glutamic acid과 proline을 제외한 aspartate, threonine, serine, glycine, alanine, methionine, valine, isoleucine, leucine, phenylalanine, tyrosine, lysine, histidine, arginine의 14종 구성아미노산의 함량이 낮음을 확인하였다. 자실체의 향기패턴 분석결과, 염화나트륨 처리구에서 버섯고유의 향을 나타내는 octane compound로 추정되는 물질의 intensity가 감소하였음을 chromatography상에서 확인하였다. We investigated the effect of sodium chloride-associated abiotic stress on the development of Pleurotus ostreatus. We examined the growth characteristics of fruiting bodies, constituent amino acids, and fragrance pattern to determine the effect of culturing Pleurotus ostreatus on a sawdust substrate supplemented with sodium chloride in a dose-dependent manner. Pleurotus ostreatus fruiting bodies exhibited an increasing tendency towards augmented yields when grown in the presence of 0.5% sodium chloride as compared with that grown in the control group. However, increasing the supplementation of sodium chloride from 1.0 % to 2.0% resulted in significantly decreased yields of Pleurotus ostreatus fruiting bodies in these groups as compared with that in control groups. Further assessment revealed the presence of 14 types of amino acids in the fruiting bodies, including aspartate, threonine, serine, glycine, alanine, methionine, valine, isoleucine, leucine, phenylalanine, tyrosine, lysine, histidine, and arginine, at lower levels in all the sodium chloride-treated groups than in the control group; except for glutamic acid and proline. Similarly, fragrance pattern analysis of the Pleurotus ostreatus fruiting body by chromatography confirmed that the intensity of the substances presumed to be octane compounds, to which the unique flavor of mushrooms is attributed, was lower in all the sodium chloride-treated groups than in the control group.
